We just had our wedding at Wylder on April 11th. From the very beginning, Olivia set the tone and became our MVP! She was incredibly patient with our millions of e-mails and genuinely invested in making our day perfect, while helping us stay within budget. She had some awesome ideas, was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life.
That level of service continued throughout the entire weekend. From Robin & Mack at the front desk, the gentleman with the long hair (I apologize, I do not know his name) who went above and beyond to assist with our arch, the waitstaff, to Chris and Kat...each person on staff was more helpful than the next. Everything flowed seamlessly throughout the weekend and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Our wedding planner, who has coordinated hundreds of weddings around the world, was so impressed with the staff at Wylder, even said she would want her own daughter to get married there. That kind of praise speaks volumes and is a true testament to the quality of staff.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the atmosphere, and overall vibe. The venue was immaculate and beautifully maintained. If we could give a million stars, we would. The staff at Wylder is truly special and played a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable.
The folks at Wylder Windham are the most helpful, amazing, organized, wonderful (the list goes on and on) team we have ever worked with. From the moment that we toured the venue, to our delicious wedding tasting, to the food and ambiance at the reception, to the accommodation of all the little requests made over the course of the weekend, to the hospitality they showed all of our closest friends and family, to the ease of check in and check out, they made our wedding perfect beyond words!
Every space at the resort is postcard worthy beautiful. They made it so easy to have our weekend of celebration all over the property. They let us keep the party going! The food at Wylder is mouth wateringly delicious. Our guests raved about everything, including the succulent lamb chops at cocktail hour to their famous cauliflower at the reception to our brown butter and espresso wedding cake.
We had the most amazing weekend because everyone involved in the preparations for our wedding went above and beyond at every turn. We are still getting messages from our guests about how magical the weekend was and how it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to (and we think it’s THE best!). We heard all weekend about how amazing the hotel team was and how helpful and kind the team had been.
The team is so easy to work with and helped to bring our vision to life. We are deeply appreciative of everything they have done for us. They addressed all of our questions and all of our requests with poise and professionalism. We could not have asked for a better team to help us plan and celebrate our big day. We can’t wait to visit again soon!
