Wyldewood Cellars

So there were a lot of things I loved about the venue. The outside for the ceremony was beautiful and we had gorgeous pictures with the vineyard as a background. The inside was nice for the reception and they provided quite a bit which was helpful and nice. The downsides: we were told that it fit 200. It’d be full but we would fit. I would say that max should be 150. We were so cramped in there that it was difficult to get around. Other issue we had was with Beth the wedding coordinator. She was pleasant to start and was very good about answering emails with questions leading up to the day of. However when we met a month before to finalize everything she seemed almost annoyed getting everything set up. Then I had emailed her three weeks before to make special time arrangements for the rehearsal. Morning of rehearsal, she said she didn’t remember that arrangement and became upset. And that was the last I saw of her. I didn’t even see her day of our wedding and she never checked with me day of that everything was done. We had lights we couldn’t figure out and other small issues that should have been handled by her. But I think she was upset about the rehearsal times (which was previously agreed to). There were two younger ladies there (can’t remember Names) but they were very helpful. If it weren’t for those two ladies helping us in the morning, the day would have been a disaster.
