This girl kicks butt and takes name! We are so glad that we chose to have a wedding day coordinator and even more happy that it was Katie with Wylie Weddings. She made sure everything ran better than smoothly and made sure people complaining got put in their place. She was everything we wanted and needed to make sure we could enjoy our special day! I am an Event Coordinator for a living, so when it came to my own wedding, I knew there was only one company I could trust, and that was the one run by the wonderfully creative and hard working Ms. Katie Hund. I hired Wylie Weddings for my day-of coordination, as well as the floral arrangements, and I could not have been happier! We had a few meetings leading up to the wedding, but the real magic happened on the day-of. Katie had a great understanding of my "vision" as she handled all the set-up, vendors, table arrangements, etc. with confidence and care. I can remember peeking out the window as I got my hair and make-up done, and smiling at Katie miraculously whipping our venue into the wedding of my dreams. But her outstanding service didn't stop there; during the ceremony and reception, Katie kept everything flowing, from walking down the aisle to speeches to dancing, even bringing my husband and I beers during dinner! And did I mention the floral arrangements and bouquets? BE-A-U-TI-FUL! The best part was, not for one second did I put my "Event Coordinator hat" on, and worry or stress, because I knew Katie had it handled. I couldn't have asked for a more beautifully-executed wedding, one where I was able to be in the moment and celebrate with those I love the most. I owe a lot of that to Katie and Wylie Weddings.

wylie weddings is truly unique and really will put a special spin on your wedding. they will take your personalities, character and ideas and turn them into something solid and tangible. we had our wedding invites designed by wylie. they did a PERFECT job!! i never thought anyone would be able to put down on paper what my husband and i envisioned.

Katie, of Wylie Weddings, gave us a huge sigh of relief when she agreed to coordinate our wedding. She is one of those dynamic, professional, FUN and easy to like people who make even the most stressful times somehow ok because she just KNOWS how to deal with the nuances and intricacies of the complicated nature of wedding planning. Being an organizer myself, it was tough at first to think of handing off all of our well-laid plans to someone else, but Katie is so trustworthy, capable and on top of things that once she had all our google docs in hand, I could breathe a deep breath and trust her to get the job done. And BOY DID SHE!! Our backyard, mostly DIY wedding with 225+ guests, on site catering, parking shuttle and lots of detail was executed with perfection by Katie. She even weathered a guest passing out and ambulance coming, a power outage and rambunctious drunken groomsmen post-wedding. Katie is one to be trusted and empowered to make it happen for your wedding. We felt lucky to have had her on the job for one of the biggest days of our life!
