If you are looking for a rustic DIY venue that is absolutely beautiful, this is the place for you! I recently got married there the first weekend of October and it could not have been more perfect! Maddison, the property manager, is always available to answer any questions. She provided us multiple viewing of the venue so that I can get a better idea on how to set things up. She offered us pictures and other layouts from past weddings that made it easier to make final decisions for our wedding. She truly was a huge help! What more could you ask for when it comes to the BEAUTIFUL property! From the horses from the farm behind the venue, the barns itself and everything in between I could not ask for anything better. We were able to get soooooo many beautiful pictures. The grounds are kept up immaculately! The wood fire pit was a nice add to our wedding vibe. I LOVED the colorful Adirondak chairs. We were able to utilize the pavilion for cocktail hour which eliminated people going into the reception to early. Now lets talk about the reception barn. OMG!!!!! This barn is absolutely AMAZING! No need for a lot of decorations as the venue itself is beautiful. With the open concept with the barn doors and the sliding glass windows, we were able to have a cool, fresh October wedding without it getting too hot or too cold. It was such a help when it came to finances that tables, chairs, 3 barn tables, a rolling bar, a few wine barrels and ceremony chairs were provided by the venue. An added plus to this venue is the attached AirBNB's. We rented both houses for the weekend. The girls had one house and the guys had another. We even had our small rehearsal dinner at one of the houses with a huge finished garage! It was very connivant having a place to get ready attached to the property but still have separate areas. We had 12 girls getting hair, makeup and getting dressed at once and there was plenty of room. I was even able to get pictures done at the house before the ceremony because the property is so nice. I cannot express enough how amazing this venue is! It checked off every box for my dream wedding. If I could do wedding day over again, I would not change one thing about the venue or anything it provided for us!

This was an absolutely perfect spot for our wedding. Madison, who is in charge there, is so helpful to deal with and very accommodating. This location is perfect for a DIY wedding. I highly recommend booking the guest houses with Madison as part of your package. Having everyone getting ready on site made logistics that much easier. Truly, I can't recommend this venue enough.

Wyndcrest Estate is a wedding venue located in picturesque Bethlehem, CT. The newly built rustic-style barn is positioned on top of a hill, overlooking a beautiful equine facility. This stunning property can host up to 250 guests and features a gazebo for cocktail hour, spacious lawns for yard games, and new ceremony building! Wyndcrest Estate Venue is set up a bit differently, which is something we pride ourselves on! We are exclusive in the sense that we host only one wedding a weekend. We give wedding parties the entire weekend to enjoy their big day! This includes the day before for set up and rehearsal, the day of for the event, and the day after for cleanup. Additionally, onsite housing allows for the parties to gather throughout the entire weekend. We do not have a preferred list of caterers, in order to allow you to chose however you would like to celebrate your wedding. Feel free to book caterers of your choice, from food trucks to buffets to formal sit-downs. We also allow special requests such as dogs, bounce houses, mobile bars, etc. A little about the venue owners: The Smith family owns and operates Wyndcrest Estate Venue, which is overlooks Smith Stables. The girls of the family became interested in horses at a young age, which eventually lead to the purchase of the farm, and along with it the field in which the venue is built. Overtime our farm family grew, and the farm is now home to 15 horses, along with turkeys, pigs, old goats, and many chickens. The field that overlooks the farm has always held a special part in our hearts, and we wanted to be able to share its beauty with others, leading to the venue. The inclusion of the tables, chairs, and a bathroom trailer are a huge advantage, as it’s one less thing we had to worry about renting. They also have a number of additional items like wine barrels, arches, and flower pots that are all already incorporated into the venue's overall cost (which is extremely affordable considering all you’re getting!). What sets this venue apart is its versatility- it’s basically a beautiful blank canvas, which makes it perfect for DIY-ish weddings. Its adaptability allows you to infuse your personal style. Our experience with Madison, the venue coordinator, was an absolute pleasure from day one. She proved to be not only accommodating but also exceptionally friendly. From the moment we secured our booking, she provided invaluable assistance, ensuring that every detail was executed just as we envisioned. She sent me layout examples from previous weddings to help us construct ours, photos of everything included at the venue, and measurements before I even had to ask. Madison even went the extra mile by granting us full access to the venue throughout the entire weekend for setup, rehearsal, and cleanup. She even allowed our friends to bring their camper and sleep right on site. The presence of two conveniently located AirBNB accommodations on-site was very convenient, which were easily accessible by a short walk from the venue. In every way, this venue exceeded our expectations and left an indelible mark on our special day. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary and stress-free wedding experience!!!

get married in one of those all-inclusive wedding halls but didn't want to deal with all the logistics of planning a backyard wedding. Wyndcrest was the perfect medium because it allowed us the creative freedom to bring in our own vendors and decorations but came equipped with enough tables & chairs for 200+, a rolling bar, dance floor, pavilion with picnic tables, and a bathroom trailer. I priced out some other local barn style venues that were more expensive and didn't even have a bathroom! The barn itself is gorgeous and required very little decoration. I believe it was built brand new just a few years ago. We loved the aesthetic of the edison bulb string lights and the beautiful chandelier in the middle. Double sliding doors run the entire length of the building and two large barn doors at either end open up to allow plenty of air flow in the summer. One of my favorite aspects of Wyndcrest is that it offers the best of both worlds in terms of indoors/outdoors. We held our ceremony and cocktail hour outside on the west facing lawn and moved inside for the reception. After dinner out guests enjoyed sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs and wandering across the lawn to visit the mini-horses as the sun set and meandered their way back inside to the dancefloor as night went on. Definite bonus points for the stunning sunset views. Venue manager Madison was extremely helpful in the months and days leading up the wedding to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted. The venue does not provide any staff on the day-of but they do have a contractor on call who quickly helped us with a couple of minor issues. We also had plenty of access to the barn for set up prior to the wedding and clean up the day after. Side note: Wyndcrest also offers a gorgeous Air Bnb house on the same property that comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. We stayed here with some members of our wedding party, and it was incredibly convenient and comfortable. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Wyndcrest every time!

perty for the first time we made our decision to book it very quickly. The venue set in beautiful Bethlehem offers the quintessential farm backdrop for a country style wedding. The barn itself is big enough for easily over 200 people , its beautifully lit and offers plenty of airflow with sliders all the way around including two large barn doors. There is ample parking on site, a bathroom trailer, tables and chairs and a rolling bar . There is a pavilion perfect for satellite bar or cocktail hour( picnic tables under pavilion as well). The lawn to west or north of the barn is big enough for a large tent and certainly provides enough room for a ceremony of any kind, we used the west side facing stables for backdrop as I imagine most couples would. Madison who now runs the venue was extremely helpful in guiding us through site rules and showing us everything we needed to know about the barn and amenities, she helped a ton in days prior the wedding making sure the space was ready for us. We found great local vendors to help with our day , caterers set up on the south side of the barn and where out of site for the ceremony and guests entering. The band was able to set up on the opposite side of the barn , no issues with electrical access. We had a late august wedding, it was a warm day but the interior of the barn was perfectly comfortable, there are large fans to keep guests cool. Overall we had an amazing time and found everything about the venue perfect for what we needed and our greatly satisfied with the service we received . When we drive by we will think fondly of our special day and look forward to going back for another friend or family members event someday. Big Thanks to Wyndcrest Estate

ace to have a wedding that flowed so beautifully from inside and out. It was so beautiful that minimal greenery and simple decor made the inside breath taking. The staff is so attentive and made sure that everything was perfect for our big day. We were the first wedding held at this facility and the day was flawless and think that in itself speaks for itself! This barn is a hidden gem!

nd spacious for the 130 attendees. The house located nearby was large enough to house 10 guests and was well kept. I would definitely recommend this venue for any couple looking for a unique place to have a wedding reception.
