ntacted to say that a new person took over, forcing us to contact the venue multiple times for help as our emails and calls were not being answered. After being introduced to our new wedding coordinator, she was incredibly rude and condescending. She did not reply to emails or return phone calls. The venue charged extra money to be at the venue at 8am because the wedding coordinator would “have to be there early”, yet she did not show up until 1030am on the day of the wedding. The valet and wait staff were incredibly rude to our wedding party while getting ready. One of the kitchen staff said "tell the customer to F*** Off we don't open till 11am" when the wedding party asked for a bottle opener when they arrived. It was loud enough for the bride to hear. The wedding coordinator said she would be with us while taking pictures but was nowhere to be found, forcing the couple and photograph to wander around the venue. The venue asked our guests to walk across the venue to get to the reception even though they told the couple they would have golf carts to take the guests from the ceremony to the reception. The wedding coordinator asked the bride what meals went to what guests even though she was given the place card color coding system multiple times before the wedding day. The dinner menus were different from table to table and the plates had incorrect side dishes than what was agreed upon at the tasting and listed on the menu. A gluten free guest was given a meal with gluten. Overall, the bride and groom came up with a list of MULTIPLE things that went wrong during their special day. After sharing their concerns with the venue, they refused to refund any of the charges and offered "free golf" to make up for all of the problems. The coordinator did not apologize or make any effort to make things right. All three of the vendors used expressed that the venue was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

They accommodated our idea to have a brunch wedding, they worked with us to keep everything within our limited budget, and their professionalism and friendliness is both impressive and inviting. Two weeks before our wedding, they called us and said that they had no choice but to cancel our reception due to the executive orders, but they remained upstanding and even refunded our full deposit. I wish we could have had our reception there, but I highly recommend The Wyndgate to anyone who is looking to have an elegant gathering.

The event coordinator Jordan made this process of planning so enjoyable, she was very responsive and even offered assistance throughout the whole day of the wedding! I would most definitely recommend Wyndgate for ANY event you host.

We requested info and tour of the venue while we were in the midst of setting a date and she was simply the best person we had worked with in that search and made the process so easy, it wasn’t even a second thought to host our reception at Wyndgate after meeting her and seeing the venue. They are on top of it completely from the major questions you may have about your wedding to even the tiniest details. She also worked with us on our Bridal Shower. Not only is this venue absolutely gorgeous but the food is soooo delicious, staff is friendly, the amenities and packages are fair as well. My girls and I were able to get ready downstairs the day of, Jordan offered assistance through out the day and took care of things that I wouldn’t have even thought of. We have had nothing but compliments on how beautiful everything was and how much fun everyone had at our wedding and we owe a lot of that to Jordan and the staff at Wyndgate – we appreciate everything you did for us and cannot thank you enough!
