Literally one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
My flight was canceled and I thought I was going to have to sleep in the airport for two days. When I called the Sheraton, I spoke with Meredith and Cici, and their customer service ...
and hospitality were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation.
I have stayed in many hotels over the past 20 years of traveling, and this was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff truly made all the difference.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you to Meredith and Cici for turning a bad travel day into an amazing stay. Highly recommend this hotel!
Also shoutout to Thomas Porea he cleaned up our table and was very quick with service!

Hotel 2 airport shuttle runs every 30mins... wish it were every 15mins -
Love the bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap stocked in bathrooms! Love the scent!
TV uses smartTV apps (Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc) which is great!
Some rooms have flight landing views which is awesome!

I booked in a premium room because the other ones looked old and outdated, and I was pretty happy overall. The room seemed clean with some scratches but overall passable, and the food was alright though they had great variety. Convention center...
is a little old but very big, and the elevators were quick. Unfortunately I didn't get a great view of the airport since my room was facing the other side, and my key didn't work for the Sheraton Club on the top floor, but maybe because I didn't book a club level room. Overall passable hotel stay, decent but not outstanding service, and a pretty great location next to the airport. Old but clean, happy to come back.

I’m sorry to leave such a low rating, but the service at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff — especially the assistant manager (I believe her name was Niconda) — did not treat us professionally. She spoke loudly in front of her own st...
aff and told us it was her personal choice not to give us a slight upgrade(same room just different floor), even though there were 24 rooms available at 7pm. She said they would absolutely sell all those rooms that night, and we were only ‘gold” status, not “ambassador’, so she would rather sell them to other people, and make more money for the hotel, because we paid less than the current rate they were charging.
Later, we called to ask for a 30 minute late checkout, because we wanted to eat at the hotel bar, before going to the airport. They told us the hotel was “sold out,” even though online we could still see 19 room type options available — and we know more than 30+ guests were checking out after our event in the morning.
If you only need a place to sleep and leave, this hotel is okay. But if you expect to receive great customer service, or any flexibility on your room from the staff, be prepared for disappointment.
I always believed customer service was about making guests happy and encouraging them to return. But here, it feels more like customer service is focused on reminding customers who’s in charge.

While the staff were polite in person, the follow-up service has been incredibly disappointing. I’ve called at least five times in the past week asking about a blazer I left behind. Every single time, I’m told someone will look into it and call...
me back, and no one ever does.
On top of that, they rarely answer the phone. I keep getting left on hold or my calls just go unanswered. It feels like I’m being completely ghosted. I just want to know if my blazer is there so I can come pick it up, but I can’t even get a simple callback.
It’s frustrating because this should be an easy issue to resolve. A quick check and a return call would go a long way. Instead, I’ve been left chasing them for a week with no answers. Really disappointing customer service.
