My husband and I hosted our Welcome Reception the night before our wedding in the beautiful indoor/outdoor Beacon Room right on the water. Colby and her entire team made planning this evening for our out-of-town guests so simple. From the food/beverage choices to the room layout, and every detail in between, it was an absolutely lovely evening. Many of our guests, including ourselves, spent the weekend here and we were all treated with such love and care by the staff. 10/10 experience!

We hosted our brunch wedding at the Wyndham and WOW!!! The hotel and area is stunning, the staff is beyond kind, thoughtful and helpful and very communicative. Over the 13 months that we planned our wedding they answered every question promptly and in great detail. We had never been to the hotel before and our expectations were blown out of the water. We knew the day would be special but the Wyndham went above and beyond to make it absolutely perfect. Every guest raved about the food and the venue. Special shoutout to Colby!

I can truly say that our wedding was an absolute dream and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in on Friday before the wedding, to the moment we left on Sunday, every staff member was kind, courteous and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. Everyone we came in contact with who worked at the hotel was praising their congratulations to us every time we saw them! Colby, the events coordinator is an incredible asset to the WGJ team and makes you feel like family. I booked the Wyndham in 2021, 2 years before we got married, and there was never a time I doubted we were in good hands. She was extremely responsive, organized, highly accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our perfect day went so seamlessly and our guests have not stopped talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how great the food is. We highly recommend the Wyndham Grand Jupiter for any event or to just stay and take in all the beauty it has to offer!

Our wedding was an absolute dream come true and we have the Wyndham Grand Jupiter to thank. From the moment we stepped foot on property wedding weekend to the moment we left, the staff went above and beyond to take care of every last detail. Our expectations were high, but they were greatly exceeded. Colby Shank, the Events Coordinator we had the pleasure of working with, was an absolute super star. She was very responsive, communicative, extremely organized, highly accommodating and an absolute joy to work with. The whole weekend went seamlessly and was so stress free and for that, we cannot thank Colby enough. The venue is of course stunning and the service was out of this world. Everyone was so accommodating from the valet, to the front desk staff to the bartenders, to the setup crew and everyone in between. They were all smiles all around and truly treated us like royalty. We highly recommend the Wyndham Grand Jupiter for all your event needs.

We held our wedding Welcome Party at this hotel in the Beacon room for about 100 people, and it was so perfect! I can’t say enough good things about Colby, she was so professional, she even gave us a tour of the whole hotel when we came to visit. We were able to organize everything with her remotely, knowing that everything would be taken care of. The day of the event, they had signs all over the hotel to point our guests to the room, and the bartenders were so quick to get people drinks for the duration of the event. We ended up getting the bridal suite too which was so beautiful. It was so relaxing waking up to the intracoastal view every morning. Thank you!

The Wyndham Grand went above and beyond for our wedding!! We got married in October and booked our hotel block only with Wyndham Grand. They were extremely accommodating to all of our guests, especially us as the bride and groom. We booked the Presidential Suite which is absolutely beautiful and 1000% worth it!! The concierge, valet, housekeeping, maintenance, and every other staff member was so nice and friendly during our entire stay. We also had our rehearsal dinner party the night before the wedding at the hotel and Megan did the best job arranging everything! The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and a perfect wedding weekend atmosphere!

This venue was an ABSOLUTE DREAM! My husband really wanted somewhere that the family could stay together and hangout all weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The hotel is nestled in a small downtown on the intercostal filled with restaurants and shops. We had no shortage of things to do leading up to our big day. The ballroom is absolutely stunning with large crystal chandeliers and a neutral color palette that goes with anything. The floor to ceiling windows made our indoor ceremony feel like we were outside without the heat and humidity of florida. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was incredible and our family won’t stop raving about the steak. Megan was an absolute sweetheart, very responsive, and ensured our day was everything we dreamed of. She went above and beyond in coordinating private space for our welcome happy hour the day before and worked with our vendors so well! After our first meeting, we fell in love with her and felt like we’ve known her for years. This place was absolutely perfect ❤️

Megan with catering was phenomenal! She was very helpful, provided much needed advice/suggestions and went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. She was also very easy to work with allowing us (mostly me haha) to ask many questions to ensure our day was perfect. My family was also very impressed with her as she took the extra effort to make everyone feel comfortable. Our wedding was perfect and I cannot thank her and the Wyndham enough for all that they did for us. The food was delicious, the hotel staff, bartenders and waitstaff were all professional and wonderful, and the venue and hotel rooms were all beautiful. Our guests all very much enjoyed themselves. This was our 3rd wedding date, thanks to COVID, and completely different from our original wedding but I am so thankful we decided to go with The Wyndham. I cannot say this enough, it was perfect!

We had all our guests stay here with us for our wedding in May. Their customer service is exceptional. Everyone from the valet, front desk, guest services, cleaning, and events team was absolutely accommodating.
We had gift bags delivered to guests rooms and the staff made sure they made it to everyone, which took work off us. Anything we needed, they were there to do happily, and each time was beyond expectations.
The day we were there, we went to the beach with a bunch of people and it was such a short drive away. You get great views but still near to the beaches and restaurants.
Our cocktail hour we hosted by the pool, and our server went to go get cases of specific beer the guests wanted.
We all got ready in our suite the morning of our wedding and probably left it a mess. They came in after we left for our event, without request, and cleaned up everything. We came home to a nice relaxing room. Our guests also said they were pleased with the level of service from this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is probably by far my favorite hotel in the world and everything they did for me, my husband, our families and friends were so wonderful!! This is where I had my family and our guests stay before/after my wedding and the staff, the building and everything about the Wyndham was just beyond perfect! They went over and beyond for us and I can’t wait to stay there again!! If you are ever in Jupiter and need a place to stay this is the place! There is so much to do there and so many amazing places to eat and shop! There location is beautiful and I highly recommend the Wyndham Grand Jupiter! 💕

We got married at the Wyndham Grand in Harbourside in April 2021 and the entire experience was wonderful. I could not recommend this venue highly enough. Megan Young is the banquet director at the Wyndham and working with her was fantastic - not only was she very friendly and kind, but also very helpful and provided guidance and advice. She was always prompt responding to my (many) emails and truly helped make my fairytale wedding vision a reality. Her and the entire staff set up our decoration items perfectly and made the reception room beautiful! The food was delicious and many guests commented how much they enjoyed their meal. Overall, our wedding would not have been the fun success it was without Megan and the Wyndham staff and we are very appreciative of everyone’s efforts. We would definitely recommend this venue to other couples!

Bill and I completely enjoyed having our wedding at the Wyndham Grand Jupiter. From the very beginning Megan Young guided us to pure wedding bliss. She is so professional, smart and knows just how to make your special day AMAZING!! The staff was also incredibly on point. Having our sunset wedding outside was beautiful and perfect. I’m still reliving the night !!!

We got married at the Wyndham Grand Harborside in Jupiter and couldn't have been happier with everything. Megan was so helpful and in tune with our needs on the day of the wedding as well. We held our ceremony outdoors and the reception in the Mangrove ballroom. The pictures turned out amazing with the beautiful greenery and sunset also. We stayed at the hotel the night before and of the wedding and it was the best staycation yet. I 100% recommend using the Wyndham for your wedding!

All I have to say is my husband and I were both blown away at our wedding at the Wyndham. We were treated like kings and queens from the time we pulled up. From the valet staff, ( the guy with the fun socks) to Austin at the front desk. Megan the catering coordinator was more than incredible. Each and every detail she was on it! I didn’t have a worry the day of the wedding. The hotel staff all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than enjoyable. The food was good! Room service was very prompt. I would recommended this venue to anyone getting married. Beyond blessed to have found this incredible venue and staff!

My wedding at the Wyndham Grand at Harbourside was perfect. Megan was the “event coordinator” at the hotel and she was fantastic, she was like working with a best friend and I had complete trust in her to make my wedding beautiful and ensure everything I wanted was correct. The weekend of the wedding, the entire hotel and front desk was very accommodating for me and my bridesmaids. The outdoor ceremony setup was exactly as I would have wanted, the food was amazing and we got many many compliments on it. The staff made sure to pay extra attention to me and my groom to make sure we had drinks and such. And out of all the places I looked in Jupiter area - the Wyndham was actually more affordable than most for everything you got!

After having to switch our initial wedding plans to have our wedding out of the country, my husband and I had our wedding with the Wyndham Grand Jupiter and worked with their coordinator Megan Young. Megan and staff were extremely accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed and linked us with additional vendors. We wanted our wedding on the beach and the reception at the hotel. Megan linked us with the agency Wedding Bells and Seashells to run the ceremony, and connected us with our bakery (Earth and Sugar) and DJ (Good as Gold events). All of the vendors were fantastic to work with and frequently do weddings at the Wyndham. Our guests all stayed at the Wyndham as well and everyone had a great time!

This place was our number one choice, but do to unfortunate circumstances we had to look elsewhere. Due to Covid issues, we found ourselves coming back to The Wyndham. At this time we found ourselves with a new Director of catering Megan Young. She made this process so easy and it was a pleasure to work with her. She did an amazing job putting our special day together. We were blessed by her services. If we had to do it all again, we would hands down choose her over anyone. Our wedding venue was a night to remember. Our guest loved everything Food, ambience, and location. Thanks again Grand Wyndham. We will always cherish all these memories created there.
My one recommendation is for any future bride & groom is to obtain a wedding coordinator to make sure all is covered on the day of the wedding, and you don’t have to worry things were missed or overlooked. Not having one was my greatest regret.

BEST place for bridal party & guests, especially if reception at the Pelican Club! Bride had beautiful large suite, #344 & groomsmen down the hall in 330. Perfect lay out as moms & others had to run between parties many times that day! Brides room was huge, plenty of space for 3 hair/makeup chairs. And gorgeous balcony overlooking intracoastal. Staff very accommodating. We did informal breakfast in the lobby next morning & was perfect place to gather & reminisce all wonderful wedding moments!

The Wyndham Grand is not only gorgeous and clean, they are more than accommodating and excited to assist with anything they can! As a covid bride, my journey to my big day was a rollercoaster. I was originally an April bride postponed to July and three weeks before the wedding, the previous venue decided they would not host my event. Talk about stress and anxiety through the roof! I was already working on a room block at Wyndham with Aziz (amazing) and Elena was kind enough to check on their space for the night. That's when I met Megan. What a gem, seriously on top of everything, excited, confident, kind and warm. She got me in the same day to tour the venue. She answered all questions and managed to calm and encourage me about my big day. Ramon and his team did an outstanding job with the reception and food. People were talking about how delicious the food was for days! The venue and the team were just perfect, so accommodating, friendly, excited. Of course with Covid, there were a couple hiccups, but Megan handled/solved it efficiently and with grace. They turned a negative/sad situation into the most amazing dream day and I could not thank them enough. I would highly recommend hosting any event here. I will certainly use them for life events in the future, they feel like family now!

Our wedding was at the Wyndham Grand Jupiter on July 25, 2020. My wife and I were so happy with the way everything turned out. Megan, Director of Catering, was very attentive and responsive with the communication and needs of our special day. The banquet staff were great. The food was beyond excellent. Every need was meet and even beyond expectations. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the hotel and the wedding from beginning to end. Elena and Chris in reservations were also very attentive and helpful with all of our group needs. The rooms were well appointed and clean. If you are looking for a place to have your dream wedding, very hard to find a place better than here.

As the grooms parents we hosted the Sunday morning brunch at the Wyndham Harborside in Jupiter, FL. Our point of contact, Alyssa Morrow, was more than wonderful. She was thorough without being overpowering & had great insight and suggestions.
The brunch went well! Wait staff was on their toes the entire time, they all did a great job. From what I could see all our guest (110) enjoyed their breakfast & the Ibis room worked out perfect for the crowd.
I thank you & your team for pulling it all together and making our families & friends happily content. I will recommend your services whenever questioned.
