Our wedding here was fantastic. The venue was beautiful, with multiple different spaces at the Wyndham as well as next door to have a variety of events throughout the weekend. The staff was all really helpful and kind. Food and drinks were delicious. We planned from afar which wasn't ideal, but the team helped make sure things went smoothly and coordinated with our vendors to get everything delivered as needed. Definitely would recommend.

was PERFECT. Not only is the hotel beautiful, clean and accommodating for guests to stay at, the restaurants and shops and activities surrounding the area made everyone’s stay even better. The ceremony space was perfect and the ballroom we held the reception in was BEAUTIFUL. The coordinators we worked with over at the Wyndham were so helpful from the moment we booked our venue, to 14 months later when we had the wedding. And so kind! Alexis Kary especially was extremely helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue and highly recommend!

r patio allow couples to customize many options within a hotel that becomes like a vacation spot for traveling guests. Also, the food, service staff, and bartenders were fantastic for the day of the wedding.
As Maria W. noted in an earlier review, the logistics and communication is where the Wyndham Grand could have done significantly better. It took days to receive email responses to simple questions when almost all other vendors would reply within hours. As part of our package, we had a hotel room block for a set number of rooms to be filled. I was promised to receive weekly updates on who booked - I received one update over 4 months and a final one after the fact. To add additional rooms to the block was a two-week process that eventually took me driving to the hotel to receive a reply. When we arrived at the hotel pre-wedding to drop off items, it was almost a surprise to the staff on who we were so I needed to walk up to the sales office to get access to the room where we placed our items. I also was overcharged my bill by a few thousand dollars, which they noted, but took around a month to receive a refund. You'd expect some better communication by the venue when you are spending a significant sum of money to host your big day.
Once again, I will reiterate that the venue was an amazing location and place to host a reception/wedding. However, the team needs some work in making sure that your big day is as stress-free as possible.

le times to get the answers to simple questions. We had a day of coordinator that came with the package. We met her at the tasting about 3 weeks before the wedding. She was great! A week before the actual wedding we found out she was no longer with the company and we were appointed someone new. We were assured she had worked at the location and would be a huge help. Turns out that was just a lie. She wasn’t at the rehearsal. Never came to my room prior to the ceremony. I met her as I was about to walk down the aisle. She was basically useless, my wedding planner did it all. So, for anyone looking at this venue I give the same advice. If you have a planner, you’ll love it. But if you don’t plan on having one don’t waste your money, I think my wedding would have been a disaster.

Everyone we came in contact with who worked at the hotel was praising their congratulations to us every time we saw them! Colby, the events coordinator is an incredible asset to the WGJ team and makes you feel like family. I booked the Wyndham in 2021, 2 years before we got married, and there was never a time I doubted we were in good hands. She was extremely responsive, organized, highly accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. Colby Shank, the Events Coordinator we had the pleasure of working with, was an absolute super star. She was very responsive, communicative, extremely organized, highly accommodating and an absolute joy to work with. The whole weekend went seamlessly and was so stress free and for that, we cannot thank Colby enough. The venue is of course stunning and the service was out of this world. Everyone was so accommodating from the valet, to the front desk staff to the bartenders, to the setup crew and everyone in between. They were all smiles all around and truly treated us like royalty. she even gave us a tour of the whole hotel when we came to visit. We were able to organize everything with her remotely, knowing that everything would be taken care of. The day of the event, they had signs all over the hotel to point our guests to the room, and the bartenders were so quick to get people drinks for the duration of the event. We ended up getting the bridal suite too which was so beautiful. It was so relaxing waking up to the intracoastal view every morning. Thank you!

our guests, especially us as the bride and groom. We booked the Presidential Suite which is absolutely beautiful and 1000% worth it!! The concierge, valet, housekeeping, maintenance, and every other staff member was so nice and friendly during our entire stay. We also had our rehearsal dinner party the night before the wedding at the hotel and Megan did the best job arranging everything! The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and a perfect wedding weekend atmosphere!

The ballroom is absolutely stunning with large crystal chandeliers and a neutral color palette that goes with anything. The floor to ceiling windows made our indoor ceremony feel like we were outside without the heat and humidity of florida. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was incredible and our family won’t stop raving about the steak. Megan was an absolute sweetheart, very responsive, and ensured our day was everything we dreamed of. She went above and beyond in coordinating private space for our welcome happy hour the day before and worked with our vendors so well! After our first meeting, we fell in love with her and felt like we’ve known her for years. This place was absolutely perfect ❤️

Our wedding was perfect and I cannot thank her and the Wyndham enough for all that they did for us. The food was delicious, the hotel staff, bartenders and waitstaff were all professional and wonderful, and the venue and hotel rooms were all beautiful. Our guests all very much enjoyed themselves. This was our 3rd wedding date, thanks to COVID, and completely different from our original wedding but I am so thankful we decided to go with The Wyndham. I cannot say this enough, it was perfect!

m was absolutely accommodating.
We had gift bags delivered to guests rooms and the staff made sure they made it to everyone, which took work off us. Anything we needed, they were there to do happily, and each time was beyond expectations.
The day we were there, we went to the beach with a bunch of people and it was such a short drive away. You get great views but still near to the beaches and restaurants.
Our cocktail hour we hosted by the pool, and our server went to go get cases of specific beer the guests wanted.
We all got ready in our suite the morning of our wedding and probably left it a mess. They came in after we left for our event, without request, and cleaned up everything. We came home to a nice relaxing room. Our guests also said they were pleased with the level of service from this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

director at the Wyndham and working with her was fantastic - not only was she very friendly and kind, but also very helpful and provided guidance and advice. She was always prompt responding to my (many) emails and truly helped make my fairytale wedding vision a reality. Her and the entire staff set up our decoration items perfectly and made the reception room beautiful! The food was delicious and many guests commented how much they enjoyed their meal. Overall, our wedding would not have been the fun success it was without Megan and the Wyndham staff and we are very appreciative of everyone’s efforts. We would definitely recommend this venue to other couples!

The hotel staff all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than enjoyable. The food was good! Room service was very prompt. I would recommended this venue to anyone getting married. Beyond blessed to have found this incredible venue and staff!

complete trust in her to make my wedding beautiful and ensure everything I wanted was correct. The weekend of the wedding, the entire hotel and front desk was very accommodating for me and my bridesmaids. The outdoor ceremony setup was exactly as I would have wanted, the food was amazing and we got many many compliments on it. The staff made sure to pay extra attention to me and my groom to make sure we had drinks and such. And out of all the places I looked in Jupiter area - the Wyndham was actually more affordable than most for everything you got!

inator Megan Young. Megan and staff were extremely accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed and linked us with additional vendors. We wanted our wedding on the beach and the reception at the hotel. Megan linked us with the agency Wedding Bells and Seashells to run the ceremony, and connected us with our bakery (Earth and Sugar) and DJ (Good as Gold events). All of the vendors were fantastic to work with and frequently do weddings at the Wyndham. Our guests all stayed at the Wyndham as well and everyone had a great time!

Our guest loved everything Food, ambience, and location. Thanks again Grand Wyndham. We will always cherish all these memories created there.
My one recommendation is for any future bride & groom is to obtain a wedding coordinator to make sure all is covered on the day of the wedding, and you don’t have to worry things were missed or overlooked. Not having one was my greatest regret.

BEST place for bridal party & guests, especially if reception at the Pelican Club! Bride had beautiful large suite, #344 & groomsmen down the hall in 330. Perfect lay out as moms &...
others had to run between parties many times that day! Brides room was huge, plenty of space for 3 hair/makeup chairs. And gorgeous balcony overlooking intracoastal. Staff very accommodating. We did informal breakfast in the lobby next morning & was perfect place to gather & reminisce all wonderful wedding moments!

llercoaster. I was originally an April bride postponed to July and three weeks before the wedding, the previous venue decided they would not host my event. Talk about stress and anxiety through the roof! I was already working on a room block at Wyndham with Aziz (amazing) and Elena was kind enough to check on their space for the night. That's when I met Megan. What a gem, seriously on top of everything, excited, confident, kind and warm. She got me in the same day to tour the venue. She answered all questions and managed to calm and encourage me about my big day. Ramon and his team did an outstanding job with the reception and food. People were talking about how delicious the food was for days! The venue and the team were just perfect, so accommodating, friendly, excited. Of course with Covid, there were a couple hiccups, but Megan handled/solved it efficiently and with grace. They turned a negative/sad situation into the most amazing dream day and I could not thank them enough. I would highly recommend hosting any event here. I will certainly use them for life events in the future, they feel like family now!

esponsive with the communication and needs of our special day. The banquet staff were great. The food was beyond excellent. Every need was meet and even beyond expectations. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the hotel and the wedding from beginning to end. Elena and Chris in reservations were also very attentive and helpful with all of our group needs. The rooms were well appointed and clean. If you are looking for a place to have your dream wedding, very hard to find a place better than here.

The brunch went well! Wait staff was on their toes the entire time, they all did a great job. From what I could see all our guest (110) enjoyed their breakfast & the Ibis room worked out perfect for the crowd.
I thank you & your team for pulling it all together and making our families & friends happily content. I will recommend your services whenever questioned.
