the airport and ASU, which I was in town for graduation. Everyone at the front desk was nice and helpful. Also easy service at the bar/restaurant! And the airport shuttle was so convenient! I would stay here again!

e refilled and I worked through the random drawer openings. Other than that, everything was just great. From the coffee maker, the microwave, and refrigerator to the amazingly comfortable king sized bed, I slept right through the night.
The restaurant was delicious for breakfast, and even though I didn’t take on their dinner menu, it looked delicious and smelt nice when I was downstairs. That and the staff in the restaurant were so kind and helpful when it came to coffee/drink/condiments for my day’s needs. Thank you!!
Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We booked through 3rd party due to a special discount and when we arrived, they couldn’t find the reservation. Instead of waiting and having to call the 3rd party, the reservation employee booked me a new reservation for the meantime (so I didn’t have to wait), and asked me to forward them the reservation when I had a free moment and they would take care of the rest. They also made sure every question and request I had was fulfilled just fine and even above and beyond to hold my belongings after our checkout. Like super above and beyond!!!

een completed. We used the pool and the gym and all were great. Our service at the restaurant was wonderful. They really accommodated all of our dietary needs. Would definitely stay again.

nstead of carpeting, which makes it feel much cleaner. The bathroom has been updated. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is a hotel restaurant, but is only open for breakfast between 630 and 9 AM and reopens for dinner around 5:30 PM. There are some meal options between 15 to 20 minute walk away. Including Denny’s and a subway shop. Lots of convenient parking. The negatives are the location as far as it being advertised as an airport hotel it’s not that close to the airport you do need to get Uber or some other transportation to get you to and from the hotel. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but I couldn’t turn it off because the room would get much too hot as the hallways are not air-conditioned. There was a bit of a smell in the room not sure from what perhaps a previous smoker. The bathroom water tap had too much pressure in it, and it was easy to get water all over the counter and myself. The toilet was lacking in flushing power. In conclusion a pretty decent hotel.

ooms so the rest of our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good, the people in the restaurant were very nice. In all for our first stay ever in a Wyndham hotel was a good experience.

Prior to booking room. I called and asked if shuttle service was offered. I was told “Yes” this was EXTREMELY important. I had a 5a flight the next day. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED.. WITHOUT SHUTTLE SERVICE BEING AVAILABLE! The lady @ the front des...
k was extremely rude and condescending. She said I shouldn’t have been told they had no shuttle (they don’t have a driver) well Ma’am… that is not a question you ask (if they have a driver!) she realized how dumb she sounded and agreed to provide a taxi (I asked if THEY would be paying) she said “Yes” (note was left for morning person @ front desk.) This morning,I get downstairs, give them my name and room number, told them about cab being provided. The guy said nothing…. Other than “I will call them now” (It was suppose to be pre arranged) after getting to airport, driver was expecting payment from ME! She said she didn’t know anything about the hotel paying for me. Hotel need COMPLETE renovations! And new staff! NEVER TO RETURN!!!! Would NEVER RECOMMEND! SHUTTLE BUT NO SHUTTLE DRIVER!

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The shower/tub was clogged and the water would not drain properly. The room was dirty, and there were spiders present. Housekeeping did not provide room service for three days.

requested a non-smoking area. While I understand tobacco may be prohibited, there was a strong smell of marijuana, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
Additionally, there was no microwave in the room, and the door lock did not work properly, which was concerning for safety reasons.
Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I am very disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of service.
