He was truly my right-hand throughout the planning journey- up until the day before our wedding! He gave me his word that everything would be planned out to a Tee and he most definitely went above and beyond that! He is one of the sweetest, most professional people you will ever meet and I am so glad I had him as my wedding coordinator! He showed the utmost patience with the million questions and emails I sent his way and always responded within an hour. Planning an Illinois wedding from Texas was not an easy one, but his organization skills and passion for his work made my job as the bride that much easier and fun! The staff helped decorate the day before, helped tremendously with the breakdown, and made the process as smooth as possible! Our pictures turned out beautiful and I have to thank Loren, and his team, for making sure our wedding day was perfect from beginning to end. The food was spectacular and our guests could not stop talking about the temperature, flavors, and size of each serving. I honestly wish I my husband and I got married every year at The Wyndham just to experience this journey all over again! He organized a themed chalk board to guide our guests once in the hotel lobby and he was present to make sure each place setting was exactly as we wanted them. I wish we could hire Loren for every party we host, you couldn't ask for a more suited planner to help you pull off the event of your dreams. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and on point, from the chef's perfectly cooked dishes to Pauline's tender care of my grandmother- I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at the Wyndham Springfield.
