roughout the whole evening. Leading up to the reception I was nervous. The event planner is very unorganized. She sent us the incorrect invoice several times and changes weren't made. At one point she sent us someone else's invoice. That was making me cautious going into the evening of wondering what would go wrong. The hostess at the front of the restaurant didn't even know there was a reception happening. This confused the guests in the beginning and then for the signage to have the wrong last name confused them evening more. I will say the catering and bar tending staff were amazing however! Love them!

The bartenders were friendly and so accommodating....and the food....the food was delicious!! The entire evening went off without a hitch and folks are still telling us how much fun they had. We had dancing and a DJ and there was plenty of room for that. Best of all...the price. We shopped around and it was the best deal for what we wanted and what we got. I HIGHLY recommend Wynkoop for a private event!!

ful, affordable, and original! We had large tables for older guests to sit, standing cocktail tables, and plenty of additional room on the outdoor patio. Kete was our contact their and was very responsive and helpful during the entire planning process, she had helpful suggestions and answered all my questions easily! She made the process easy and fun and was a delight to work with. We had heavy displayed foods for cocktail hour and additional food served later for dinner. Food and drinks were delicious and it was great to have that all in-house and not have to coordinate catering. For a venue downtown to hold that many people and cater it was VERY affordable. We only had a food and drink minimum rather than pay extra for event space, chairs, tables, linens, etc. so it was very easy! The only reason I don't give it a 5 for quality and service is because there are a few things I had trouble with that might not be so at other typical event spaces. Such as they don't do a lot of decor set up besides simple stuff so I couldn't get lights on the columns that I wanted, because I didn't have anyone to do it for me that day, but that was a small detail! Everything else they took care of and the room looked beautiful. All we had to do was drop off decorations that morning and staff set it up for us following our instructions. The only other reason it doesn't get a 5 is that I had to warn guests about parking downtown and had trouble finding an easy way to accommodate guests parking. In the end I just warned people via our website typical parking is $10 downtown and lots/garages that were closest and as far as I know no one had trouble or complaints about the parking situation. Everything turned out great and was just what we wanted. Very chic, cool atmosphere and the beer was GREAT!!

ebrate with our Colorado family and friends...Wynkoop was perfect! We rented the event room just off the bar and had a ton of space that easily accommodated our 100 guests. The room also had a great bar so our guests did not have to go outside of the room for drinks. The wait staff and bartenders were friendly and provided great service! We were able to bring in our own flowers and DJ. Also, we had access to the outside patio that was a nice option for our guests to enjoy the gorgeous weather! Wynkoop proved to be a easy location for our guests that traveled from many different directions. The food was delicious and there was plenty! We would absolutely recommend Wynkoop for any celebration!

room for guests to walk around and mingle. We were very impressed by the waitstaff and the services they provided. They were very accommodating and attentive to our guests and did not get flustered or frustrated with the large crowd at any time. The food left a little bit to be desired, but this did not bother us, because we booked them more for the atmosphere and great beer. All in all though, we were very happy with our experience and would most definitely book a future event here.
