Available at Wyoming Hereford Ranch MAY 1st-OCTOBER 15th, we offer three charming event spaces that allow you to tailor your special day to your unique vision. Our popular Sale Barn, with its striking red and white exterior, can welcome up to 250 guests. For more intimate gatherings with your nearest and dearest, our Horse Barn is ideal, comfortably accommodating up to 100 people. Its warm and inviting atmosphere is perfect for creating cherished memories with family and friends. For grand celebrations, our spacious Events Center is the ultimate venue, capable of hosting up to 500 partygoers. This impressive arena features two fridges and a serving area, providing ample space for dining, dancing, and festivities. With a large sports court, it's the perfect place to gather and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Additionally, we offer cozy accommodations for overnight stays, ensuring you and your guests can fully enjoy every moment of your celebration.
At Wyoming Hereford Ranch, our dedicated team is here to help you celebrate a variety of special moments, including weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, and engagement parties. We are committed to making sure your occasion is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. From the moment you begin planning to the last guest's departure, we'll be there to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You'll have exclusive access to your venue from noon the day before your event until noon the day after, allowing plenty of time for setup, celebration, and a leisurely takedown and cleanup without any unnecessary rushing. 20000 places were asking for in Colorado for the full weekend (Friday to Sunday). We found the Hereford ranch and growing up I always remember driving by it and being in love. They were super affordable for a full weekend and we even had a house on the property to stay at and get ready in. The manager was super accommodating and easy to work with. Even for the end of September the property was gorgeous and green. There is an adorable little creek running right through it. You won’t regret it if you check this place out!

alcohol you can have, plus sets strict guidelines for what is required to get your deposit back. Steve the ranch manager acts as if its a bother to him to meet with you as well. It was great visually, but the service from the manager could use some upgrading and they may want to consider adding more to what you get or lower their price.

0 deposit, $1,000 payment we paid another $500 for insurance. Not a very good deal just for our reception. Also had a hard time getting our deposit back because two tables were not in the center of the room. Yeah, kid you not! Not a happy bride. Loved the scenery, hated everything else. Don't recommend it at ALL!
