About this vendor
Based in Golden, CO, Xeno Design is a custom jewelry retailer that is pleased to work with couples planning their wedding. Rings exchanged between two loved ones can symbolize lasting love. Because of this, Xeno Designs offers a range of unique, cherishable options. No matter what the client is looking for, this establishment has something that can capture their interest.
Owner Kate is a trained geologist, educated to the Master’s level. After moving from Canada to Colorado, she found a mentor in a jeweler. After a time, Kate transitioned from a geologist to a goldsmith, leading her to her career today.
Kate’s goal is to offer her clients one-of-a-kind pieces. Her specialty is incorporating gemstones that display geologically-unique attributes. Kate uses a variety of ethically-sourced materials, and designs may be set in gold or silver. Heirlooms may also be repurposed with her services, where she is able to breathe new life into the item. To allow Kate to tell a couple’s story through beautifully crafted jewelry, those wed or planning to be wed may contact her for a meet-and-greet.

gn. Kate was so great to work with and made the process so easy! It is truly a unique experience to see your rings come together from wax, to little bits of gold to the final product. I am so happy that we went with Xeno Designs and I love that when I look at our rings it represents so many things within our relationship that no other designer would have been able to capture! Thank you so much Kate!

the design was meaningful to us as a couple. She made the process easy and seamless and always looks to the best method of creating the rings. I am going to have her convert some older jewelry into a ring that represents my family and I.
I found Kate and Xeno Designs through a family member when I decided it was time to propose to my girlfriend. I had a family heirloom diamond, but I wanted a special, and one-of-a-...
kind engagement ring to go with it. I contacted Kate and was completely impressed with her professionalism and the amount of attention she gave to my piece of jewelry from day one. She had a vast portfolio of past projects for me to look at, and was great at helping me bring my idea to life. She was very flexible and worked with me to keep the project a surprise from my soon-to-be fiancee, and the end result was breathtaking. The ring she created was exactly as I had imagined it, and the quality was exceptional. My experience was so great, and my wife was so pleased with her engagement ring, we went back to Kate to have her complete the wedding set. Kate is a very talented jeweler, a gifted artist, and an awesome person, and my wife and I will always recommend her to anyone, not only for engagement and wedding rings, but for any custom jewelry project.

mily heirlooms. She is the only person I know that could have made such meaningful jewelry for us. She also designed a gift that now hangs in the chapel at Glamis Castle in Scotland. The gift was for the Dowager Countess of Strathmore and was a Celtic cross( which Kate designed)that included flown silver from my husband's mission to space. We continue to ask Kate to design jewelry for us to include cherished gems, pearls and metals that we can now pass down to our children. We HIGHLY recommend Xeno Designs, especially if you want to add a personal and unique touch to your wedding jewelry.

euroscience, our alma mater and of course our new family. We sent Kate some pictures and she has gone above and beyond to turn these pictures into a work of art.
