h . And no dress. Me and mom decided maybe they would let me look at dresses at XO Bridals I didn’t have an appointment So I knew they didn’t have time to let me try them on. But while there I would set me up an appointment for next weekend. We are allowed to the back wall where there are tons of dresses in my budget . And she was so helpful she immediately started me a dressing room with 8 different styles of dresses beautiful gowns I fell in love before I got thru all of them . Today I said yes to the dress !!

I went to this salon a few weeks ago looking for an accessory. What I found was sub par customer service. The woman at the front seemed less than thrilled to help me out, but handed me her card and promised to keep an eye out for the accessory ...

and would let me know via email whether she found it. Instructed me to initiate the email with a photo of the accessory. I did all of those things immediately. As expected, I never heard back. I’m glad I didn’t choose this salon for my dress, because I got the feeling I’m not the type of customer they want... I’ve visited three bridal salons and this was such a different experience from the treatment I received at the other two salons.

t am still also trying to find options. We don’t have very many bolero options in store or with our designers and they aren’t the style you are looking for. I was trying to find you something that was from a reputable company so that you weren’t ordering from an online website. I apologize for not updating you along the way. We should have been letting you know as we looked. Being a new store, we are still working on things and will learn from this. I am sorry that you didn’t get helped like you should have.
