We had the pleasure of working with Mel for our wedding that just happened this weekend. I rushed to write this review while everything was fresh in my head. I worked with Mel for 1.5 years leading up to our big day and she did not disappoint. Despite the fact that Mel had to deal with a traumatic family event in the weeks leading up to my wedding, I never felt like she dropped the ball once. She was always available to respond to my messages, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. I felt prioritized and confident in her. I'm a type A bride, and had so many vendors and things that needed to get done on the big day. It was a lot of moving parts. But Mel and her team executed it perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better planner and team to have executed my vision. All my guests were also so impressed with Mel and her team, with how professional they were and how they accurately and efficiently handled everything. They say every wedding has some unplanned hiccup, but I feel like thanks to Mel and her team, the night went seamlessly and perfectly. We stayed on schedule, and my vision came to life exactly how I wanted it. Big shoutout to Mel and her team once again.

It was wonderful from start to finish working with XOXO Weddings In Reno. We worked with Taylor and she went above and beyond. We had so many wedding guests comment on how smoothly everything went. Taylor is equipped to handle anything that comes up and she does it with a positive attitude and a lot of energy. She did many tasks before the wedding, came with ideas and vendors. She communicated through the whole year and was very organized. The day of the wedding she was there very early and was the last to leave. I would definitely hire XOXO Weddings for any future events again.

We had the best experience working with Kelly Pruner as our wedding planner from XOXO Weddings. From start to finish, she was incredibly organized and made sure every detail was thoughtfully handled. One of the things we appreciated most was how she kept me, my fiance and our families on track with the schedule—always prepared and attentive, but never in an overbearing way. She has such a calm, professional presence that really allowed us to enjoy the day without stress, knowing everything was under control. Our wedding ran seamlessly thanks to her guidance and expertise. We worked with Kelly from XOXO form our wedding at The Ebell of Los Angeles and she was fabulous! Super responsive, always on top of it, great vendor recommendations, great advice, and overall just so nice and pleasant to work with. Hiring Kaci from XOXO Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I cannot imagine what a better planning and day-of experience could be because Kaci made our experience as easy and stress-free as possible. We went with the “Kisses” level of service and it was everything we needed and more. Kaci offers exceptional value compared to what other planners were offering for a partial planning service. Kaci is warm, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave excellent guidance on vendor and decor selection that aligned with our budget, and she built a realistic and efficient day-of timeline. She made sure everything was taken care of and running smoothly throughout the wedding day. Her calm and confident presence allowed us to enjoy the day and not worry about any details. Kaci truly cares about her clients and it shows in every step of the planning process. Her assistant Jane was also fantastic! To anyone thinking about hiring a planner or coordinator, stop looking and just go with XOXO Weddings. You just won't find anyone better!

Sarah is a dream. I feel like I not only was so taken care of as a bride, but as a friend. Her attention to detail, patience, humor, and "realness" was in perfect concert with what we were hoping to achieve in creating a magical night. She exceeded our expectations in every way. We truly adore her and could not be happier with our choice to work with XOXO and Sarah.

Mel was fantastic! She was referred to us by a friend and I’m so glad that we found her. Our wedding was in May 2025 and we agreed to a contract with her in January 2025. We had booked our major vendors by then – reception and ceremony venues, hair and makeup, photography and videography – but there was so much left to do. From the moment we signed with her, Mel set up monthly meetings to make sure we were on track to do everything else we had to do. From first dance choreography, wedding signage, the linens for the ceremony, so many details I never would have thought I needed. As the wedding date got closer, she took a more direct role in contacting and coordinating with the different vendors. She created a detailed timeline that was incredibly helpful considering we had two bridal parties and 3 different locations. She ran the rehearsal the day before, making everyone felt confident about what they had to do. When things came up last minute, as they inevitably do, she was there to help, and that made a huge difference. On the day of the wedding, she had told us that she would be one of the first people we would see that day and one of the last. She was right. She was there at the end of hair and makeup to make sure we were settled. She was there when we arrived at the ceremony venue, helping to set it up with her assistant, and she was in charge of the timing for us to walk down the aisle. Even when the mic fell off the stand and lost its battery and battery cover, she was able to swoop in and assist. Then it was off to the reception. The reception had several components, including our grand entrance, our first dance, the lion dancers, the speeches, 2 wardrobe changes, the cutting of the cake, and an 8-course banquet. And we pulled it off. She was there from beginning to the end, and we had a fantastic time. Our friend said Mel was one of the hardest working wedding coordinators she had ever met. I fully agree. Thank you, Mel! Our wedding was everything I could have asked for, and I am so grateful to you for helping make it so.

Hi all! I found XOXO weddings after a not-so-great experience with another planner and I'm so happy I ended up where I ended up because XOXO paired me up with Barb... and everything was great. She was there with and for me, every step of the way. I had most of my vendors picked out by the time I signed on but anything I didn't have picked out already... she had suggestions for and saved me a ton of time. Barb was quick to respond, always prepared, and kept everything (including myself) in check and on time. And did so in a way that was really appreciated by all involved. I believe everything she suggested and did, was to help me have the wedding I wanted to have. Evennnn when it came to things she might not choose for herself! :D So yes, I recommend Barb with XOXO weddings to any bride (or someone planning an event) who needs any kind of support from planning all the way through to just enjoying your special day.

Where do we begin after this nearly two year long journey? We truly couldn’t have had as perfect of a wedding if it wasn’t for Kaci. At the beginning, it seemed like we wouldn’t need a planner or coordinator. We had a long window and our own personal experience coordinating teams and events. It quickly became apparent that our lives would be exponentially better relying on Kaci at every turn. There are so many things to be grateful for, like the big stuff of scheduling visits to venues and providing lists of trusted vendors. But we think so much of the little stuff is what saved us: sending an email after a day when we were just not up to it or chasing down answers when the videographers might not be making sense. And we’re sure there’s three times as much stuff to be thankful for that we never even heard about because of her work. But maybe most of all, we have to acknowledge her positivity and energy. We have to imagine that not every day is a good one. But she never let on that any task was a burden or that we were another number on a spreadsheet or that she needed a moment to just be in a bad mood. It’s rare to find that quality in a person, let alone someone who has dedicated their life to making sure other people have one of the best days of their lives. We can’t stress enough how perfect our wedding was. And she is one of the main contributing factors in that perfection.

She provided me with amazing tools to help plan my wedding day and a very customized experience! You can tell she has lots of experience, she handled my wedding day with love, authority, and organization! I am a very DIY person, I’m so glad I booked a wedding coordinator! My husband and I have said repeatedly the single best decision we made regarding our wedding was working with Kaci at XOXO. Kaci is the epitome of a professional, this is evident from the moment you meet her. She is beyond organized and does it all with a smile. We live in NYC and got married in LA, the thought of planning a wedding across the country was stressful but Kaci made the planning process seamless. We opted for her Hugs package, which seems to be truly unique in the industry, and she allowed us to customize and add to the package as we needed. We got married two weeks after the horrendous LA fires broke out in January and through it all Kaci was in constant contact with us and our vendor team (even when her own home lost power!). She is incredible at what she does and overall just a joyful person to be around. I cannot recommend her (and her team) enough!

I could not say enough great things about my wedding coordinator Kehau (Kehaulani Gabriel). I chose the hugs package and I really liked that it was not just a "month of" coordination which is what most planners/coordinators offer. From the moment we had our first meeting, she was ready to jump in and start drafting a timeline. I originally planned to do all the coordination and planning myself but halfway through the planning I realized that I really needed help, especially on the day of. Now, I could not imagine going through the planning process without Kehau! Since we was able to put together the timelines, communicate with vendors, and set up all the decor, I was able to focus on enjoying the wedding itself without worrying about things going smoothly. Because of this, I really had a lovely wedding and I owe this unforgettable day to Kehau and xoxo weddings.

XOXO were the very first wedding vendors we hired, and it was the single best decision we made with planning our wedding. They guided us through the entire process, took ownership of all the annoying work (contracts and insurance!!) we didn't want to do, made our wedding run like clockwork, and were a delight to have as part of our special day. Kelly was a joy to work with, she took care of every detail, and our wedding was perfection thanks to her. If it was possible, I would have Kelly run my everyday life too!! She is a maestro, a magician, and a mensch!! We are forever grateful to Kelly and XOXO!!!

Of all the decision we made for our wedding, this was by far the easiest. We got engaged in October, 2023 and started interviewing planners shortly after that. Kaci was one of the first wedding planners we chatted with and the way she asked questions about us, our story, what was important to us, the vision of our wedding, gave us all the confidence that she was the perfect person to handle our special day. We live in Minnesota (although the groom grew up in LA), so having someone help plan your wedding when you don't live in the state is of the utmost importance. After hiring her in December, 2023 she was right there with us for the next 13 months. She made sure we stayed on budget, gave us various vendors to contact, and answered all of our questions promptly. She did all of this with a smile on her face through each conversation. She made us feel like we were the only wedding she was planning. The sign of a great wedding planner is how they handle everything when things don't go as planned. How about getting married in LA during the week of the fires? Our wedding was January 11 and we flew into LA on the 8th, the day where things really started to get out of hand. Despite one of the many fires getting close to Kaci's house, and her power being cut, she never panicked. She never made us feel like our wedding was of the utmost importance to her. She handled it all with professionalism. Because of the fires, we did have to pivot on some things, including our officiant not flying in. Kaci was there at every turn to help us with important decisions and she kept calm the entire time. The day of our wedding went on without any issues, 13 months of planning paying huge dividends. Bottom line, if you want someone that is going to make you feel like your wedding is the only thing going on in her life, can help you every step of the way, and can handle the most major of crises, then Kaci, and XOXO Weddings, is the company to go with.

TRULY do not have enough good things to say about XOXO and Kaci Johnson. We were recommended to Kaci and XOXO through a close family friend and when we first met Kaci and heard about XOXO we instantly knew they would be a great fit for us and our wedding planning needs. Kaci is extremely organized and made the planning process an absolute breeze. She was easy to communicate with and get a hold of always. She guided us and gave her recommendations which helped us in a lot of our decision making process. The day of - Kaci and her team made everything run so smoothly. I truly did not have to worry about one single thing. We even had a spill all over my dress and Kaci was prepared with everything and anything to remove the stain. She made the day stress free and I cannot thank her enough. 20/10 recommend Kaci and her team. They were truly amazing to work with

We HIGHLY recommend Kelly and XOXO Weddings for anyone's wedding if you want it organized to a tee!! We actually found Kelly because she was coordinating some of our best friends' wedding and by the middle of the night, we were asking for her business card. She is so extremely hard working and goes above and beyond for you. She's perhaps the most organized person I've ever seen and she prepared us for things we never would have thought of. Every time we started to get any anxiety about the wedding, we reminded each other about Kelly and immediately felt at ease. Because of her diligence, our wedding day went off without a hitch! I’m almost afraid for you to read these reviews and get your hopes up- XOXO planners are the best in the business and I’m already sorry if they are booked out on your date. You should call them *quicky*. We had Mel supporting us from before we even had our venue or date picked and let me tell you- now after the fact, I would have cut budget in every other category to keep her if for some reason it came to it. She was truly the MVP of my entire wedding vendor list, and my entire wedding process (besides my choice of groom). A word to the super organized brides out there- if you are the most responsible and reliable one of your friends and family, you MUST get a planner! And a strong one at that. I wanted one day where I wasn’t solving everyone else’s problems and could just enjoy, and the only way that was possible is because I hired, and 110% trusted, Mel. Kaci has incredibly high standards so I can only imagine the other planners are just as rigorous, but I’m very biased towards Kaci and Mel just from my experience with them directly.

Sarah was phenomenal. I cannot imagine our day without her! We selected XOXO because they were a preferred vendor for our venue. Based on the communication between Sarah and our venue manager, you could tell there was a clearly established relationship there. We had Sarah booked as our day-of coordinator, but she assisted far beyond that. As soon as we booked her, she provided us with any recommendations we needed and was available via email for any questions that arose! My favorite part of XOXO's packages are that they handle timeline creation for you (such a game-changer), and they took over vendor communication about 2 weeks out from your wedding. That saved me so much stress and hassle leading up to the day! On the day, as everyone says, we had some hiccups, but Sarah handled them and reminded me to relax and not worry. She helped keep us on time throughout the evening, and we are so grateful for her. Thank you Sarah and the XOXO team!!

We had the privilege of working with Alli with XOXO Weddings and we truly could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her! We opted for the day of coordination package as we would be doing a fair amount of the back end booking of vendors and organization. Since day one Alli was nothing but organized, prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, kind, and not to mention hysterical (providing the comedic relief I needed as a type A & stressed bride). Any question I had or recommendation on a vendor was met quickly and with incredible information and experience and did an incredible job at keeping me organized and on top of everything for the big day ahead. While I won't go into too many details, Alli consistently put out fire after fire due to the lack of organization of other vendors without adding to my stress and keeping me calm, happy, and in the loop. She was always one step ahead of me in resolving any problems and most of the time had resolved any issues before I even knew there was any! For us the wedding flowed so smoothly, guests were extremely happy and having an incredible time, and the setup of the wedding was straight out of our dreams (when I know behind the scenes she was working incredibly hard all while 7 months pregnant!). I have nothing but incredible things to say about Alli and working with XOXO Weddings! We highly recommend to all future brides and grooms!

We were incredibly lucky to have Mel from XOXO Weddings as our wedding coordinator! She made our wedding planning process go as smoothly as possible, from meeting with us on a monthly basis once we signed the contract approximately 7 months before the wedding, and making herself available whenever we had questions about working with our vendors and other details. My husband, parents and I had some specific visions for the wedding including a two-part ceremony (Traditional American and Persian), and she was extremely helpful with refining and executing our vision. The day of our wedding, Mel and the XOXO team were on top of it, from coordinating with all of our vendors and setting up decorations, to making sure that we followed the planned timeline. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have and we owe a huge thank you to Mel and the XOXO team for that!

Working with Kehau before the wedding was great: she was positive and attentive and I trusted her fully. I did notice some red flags (like not taking notes when I explained the lay out and not updating changes on our checklist after we talked about it fully) but she was just so happy and excited about our wedding I did not think too much into it. Our wedding day was a disaster (of course our love, the marriage and all of our friends and family was great as people are forgiving) but thexecuting part of it was a nightmare. Our ceremony started 30 minutes late (which effected pictures at sunset and when our hungry guests ate) due to our wedding planner. The wedding itself was not set up in time (guests were walking in to boxes as opposed to the vibe we discussed and envisioned). She did not put out important things we had in the box we gave her --she only put out some things: things she "forgot" were pictures of people who were deceased, markers for our guests book, the table numbers which were pictures of us as children, etc etc. She set up the audio phone wrong so people were leaving us messages but they were not recorded....weddings are a once in a life time thing and these precious memories and the time we spent trying to capture these memories were just ignored. All of our vendors including the place in which we had the wedding (in which XOXO said they"always did weddings here" commented on how much of a mess or all over the place our coordinator was. I was also doing the coordinating the day of from getting the hair and make up room set up to dealing with last minute things at the vendor because our wedding planner was not picking up her phone. Honestly, I could ignore all of this because I run a small business of my own and like to give people the benefit of the doubt and am a forgiving person. The worst thing she did was start to take down our wedding while it was happening (so guests were confused, didn't get to sign the guest book, it ruined the vibe...) and then threw everything in boxes and then made me and my groom carry all of the boxes to our shuttle bus to load ourselves. She had a cart but used the cart only for her stuff and then watched us (I was wearing a $3000 wedding dress and so tired from the night) load things. First of all, this was her job, not ours and second we don't mind helping but she didn't do anything: she watched and told my bridal party to delegate. I kept a smile on my face the whole time because I was marrying the love of my life and the day was sacred; I also do not like to start drama. I reached out the owner Kaci to just share what happened so she was aware and she did exactly what she did to the other responses of the other negative reviews that are posed about XOXO: acts defensive and gaslighting us like it was our fault. Why would I cause this on the happiest day of my life? I paid thousands of dollars for someone who messed up their short checklist of things to do. It would have been better if I did it myself (I mean I did half of it myself anyway). I write this lengthy review because XOXO has companies in three different states. The owner is not present in California and if you are planning a wedding here, I highly recommend going with another company. There are many better options out there.

From our very first Zoom call with Mel at XOXO Weddings, we knew we were in great hands! We couldn’t have pulled off our 110-person wedding without her. Mel is experienced, organized, communicative, and just an all-around amazing person. We signed our contract with XOXO about six months before the wedding, and Mel was there to help every step of the way. From suggesting vendors to setting up monthly catch-up calls, everything felt so much smoother once she came on board. She was a great point of contact for the vendors we had already booked and handled all the communication with the new ones we hired. Mel even helped us through a tough situation with our original photographer, who ghosted us a few months before the wedding. We highly recommend XOXO Weddings and Mel to any couples getting married in SoCal—they made our wedding planning experience so much easier!

XOXO Weddings helped us have the best wedding ever on Catalina Island. Sarah was our planner and was truly a rock star. She made every part of the planning process easier and our entire wedding day went incredibly smoothly, all because of her. She was accommodating, proactive, and professional, helping make a destination wedding feel like a breeze. She immediately put us at ease when during our first meeting, she asked us to tell her all of the things we were worried about regarding our wedding. Our whole family fell in love with her and we truly could not recommend her and the whole XOXO team more strongly.

We highly recommend XOXO Weddings! We were matched with Sarah as our coordinator and she was amazing. Organized, friendly, and understood what we were going for very quickly. When she took over on the logistics, we felt like we were in great, capable hands. During the wedding, we kept getting compliments on the flow of the event. We had everything we wanted and more. Kaci was incredibly kind and caring! We couldn't have come anywhere close to the wedding we had if we tried to plan it ourselves. Cannot recommend XOXO enough!

My husband and I got engaged in March 2023, and within one week, I was too overwhelmed by the prospect of planning a wedding and handling the pressure of my overly demanding full-time job. Fortunately, my husband's sister had an excellent recommendation for XOXO weddings. We opted for the comprehensive wedding package and were rewarded by working with the owner of XOXO, Kaci! Kaci immediately put my mind at ease. From the first call we had, we bonded over so much. She makes you feel safe in your decisions but also has a keen sense of when and where to guide you to make the right calls for you. One of the most significant game changes was her list of what to worry about when. It made me realize I didn't have to take it all on at once; we could break each thing down into individual steps per month. Additionally, she didn't overwhelm us with options, she listened to our requests and presented us with three options at a time. If we didn't like any of the three, she brought three more. The wedding took place in Palm Springs in April 2024, and it was gorgeous. Every one of her recommendations was so kind and professional. From the venue to the flowers to her team that was on hand the weekend of to assist - it was everything and more.

Xoxo Weddings was the best investment I had made for my wedding! Alexa was our planner, and she was so consistent and organized. The weeks leading up to the wedding, Alexa checked in with our vendors and made sure everything was up to date. She made a complete time line for the day of the wedding, so we were able to stay on track. I cannot say enough nice things about Alexa and Xoxo Weddings. HIRE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING! You will not regret it!

My husband and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kaci Johnson. If you’re planning a wedding and don’t have a Kaci, what are you even doing? We were living in Hawaii while organizing our wedding on Catalina Island—a logistical nightmare. Kaci was a lifesaver throughout the entire process. She understood our vision from the start and guided us every step of the way. Kaci’s deep knowledge of wedding planning was invaluable, especially since we were organizing everything from afar. She knew all the ins and outs and made sure we stayed on budget without sacrificing quality or beauty. Because of Kaci, we had our cake and ate it too—literally, the cake was amazing, thanks to the incredible vendor she connected us with. When it came to the flowers, I had ideas, but Pinterest can only get you so far. Kaci was patient and helped me formulate a vision that exceeded my expectations. The flowers were magical and elevated the entire atmosphere. It was like she reached into my brain, found the hidden dream garden I didn’t know existed, and made it real. On the morning of my wedding, Kaci went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly sorted out so I could relax and enjoy getting ready. She even steamed and ironed my dress and handled all the little details that might have stressed me out. She was always one step ahead, intervening on my behalf. A standout moment was during photos after the ceremony when our dog Arthur, who was part of the ceremony, became stressed. Kaci had her assistants take him back to our hotel and made sure he was comfortable and well cared for. This kind of thoughtful, behind-the-scenes care is just one of the many reasons Kaci is so exceptional. After the wedding, we learned just how much Kaci handled behind the scenes. Several guests shared that she quietly and efficiently put out small fires, from family emergencies to wardrobe malfunctions, making sure everything went smoothly without us even knowing. Throughout the entire process, Kaci was incredibly kind, understanding, and flexible—and more patient than we deserved. Thanks to her, our wedding day was more magical than we ever dreamed. She took all the stress out of planning and allowed us to focus on celebrating our love. We are forever grateful to Kaci for her expertise, kindness, and dedication. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect, look no further than Kaci Johnson. The cherry on top is that Kaci quietly put out multiple fires on our wedding day—two family emergencies, wardrobe malfunctions, and more—all without batting an eyelash. The woman is unflappable. We had the most amazing wedding thanks to Sarah at XOXO Weddings. As a very type-A bride with a vision, I was apprehensive to have someone take over as our day of coordinator, but our wedding would not have been able to happen without Sarah and the team at XOXO Weddings. Sarah was super responsive the entire-time leading up to our wedding. She was organized and extremely helpful in making sure we had all of our bases covered by sending detailed packing lists and to-do lists for us. On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. Sarah and her team were extremely detail-oriented and professional. We were so sad after our wedding to not have Sarah to talk to every week! We had Mel as our wedding coordinator. For over a year, she made sure we had all the tools and information necessary to prepare for the wedding. We appreciate her organization, humor, honesty, and energy. We couldn't have done it without her! We researched/interviewed many coordinators and she was one we connected with right away. She will go above and beyond what most coordinators will do and we felt like she genuinely cared about our wedding. We had 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsman, big families, and some crazy personalities. You can imagine that is hard to work with, but she has the right balance of understanding and management to keep everything going smoothly. As both a person of integrity and as a one of a kind coordinator, we cannot recommend Mel enough. She will always be a part of our special day.

XOXO was absolutely amazing to work with. Alli was our coordinator, and she was beyond a dream. BEYOND! We just got married 3 days ago, and we couldn't have done it without Alli. Truly. She was so responsive, on top of everything, and attentive. She advocated for us and guided us through a lot of the things we didn't know. She made me feel so at ease as a bride. We LOVE Mel! From our first call, Mel just got it - so genuinely fun, positive, and clearly a master of her craft. She answered all the questions we had and, even more importantly, the ones we didn’t even know we needed to ask. She was always available when we needed her and gave us endless advice and recommendations! Through a very involved and inherently stressful process, we left every meeting with her feeling reassured and confident we were heading in the right direction. She is sharp as a tack, proactive, has contingencies for every contingency, and is at the same time a caring friend and a true professional. She is dependable and an absolute pleasure of a person to be around. On the day of the wedding, we felt so at ease that everything was handled from set up to clean up. We really just got to enjoy our wedding day as bride and groom - totally stress free and made our vision a beautiful reality!! We cannot recommend Mel and XOXO enough!!

Our big night was amazing, but unfortunately I do not feel that was because of our planner. Here are three major red flags/issues we learned in the aftermath of our wedding: -Our specialty cocktail signs that featured our dogs-- which we labeled and put in a bin for our planner as part of the many bins to take to venue -- were never put up at the bars. As a result, no one even knew there were specialty drinks, nor did they get to see the dogs be part of our wedding in that special way. We also spent hundreds of dollars on those signs on Etsy, and it was a detail that was important enough to us to ask for shots of (sadly the photographers of course didn't get any since they were never put on display). -Similarly, our ketubah was never put on display post-ceremony, which we had specifically asked for / our officiant mentioned during the ceremony. Our coordinator specifically told us she would handle it as long as it wasn't in the glass just yet. As a result, there's also not an image of the ketubah at all in our shots. Many people also asked if they could see it after the fact, which confused us as it was supposed to there for them to see. Later, when unboxing our signed ketubah ourselves, there was damage to it because it was never put in the frame by our planner or one of her TWO coordinators. -The majority of people had no idea cake was distributed, and did not get to try it (neither did we). We could have benefitted from being told or having our planner tell the DJ to make an announcement, especially since the original plan was to have people eat at their tables. I know that we were running behind but as a planner we thought she'd have this handled. We had 2 additional "assistant planners" that came with our robust package. I saw them once. While we did appreciate our planner's logistical guidance, as well as her familiarity with our venue, what we needed help with most was bringing a vision to life. I'm a type a organized person already, but I struggle with visual elements and tying them all together. We specifically paid for a more robust package to get that help. But each time we asked for more direction, we were met with just vendor recs or general tips about what others have done. I have dozens of emails that showcase this back and forth, and we also had various calls where we kept asking the same q's. She never got it. Even when it came to logistics which she was supposed to be on top of, she missed the mark. To help us, as per what our contract also included, she had a spreadsheet of vendors and deadlines for payments. Toward the end of the home stretch, less than two weeks till the big day, she failed to inform us of the final payment to our cake vendor. We only realized because my mom had asked us to double check. Unfortunately by the time we realized all this it it was too late for us, as we'd paid a lot to the company already, and couldn't afford to look elsewhere. Ultimately, I felt like I planned much of this wedding myself, which is not a great feeling to have when you paid for a planner.

Kelly was the best. I wasn't sure why we needed a wedding planner but now I cannot imagine how anyone can get married without one. Kelly was amazing.

Working with XOXO Weddings and our planner, Kelly, in particular took so much pressure off of planning our wedding. I kept being told that the stress of wedding planning would come, but with Kelly it never did! She was so responsive and incredibly helpful when it came to finding and selecting vendors, designing our vision board/theme, and providing guidance on any random thing that came to mind. I would highly recommend her and XOXO to anyone looking to make their special day a little less stressful!

My husband and I had the BEST experience working with Mel from XOXO weddings! She truly went above and beyond, and gave incredible recommendations on everything we needed advice on (schedule/timeline, vendors, etc.). She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and easy to work with - you could tell how thoughtful she was in her recommendations and how much effort she puts into making sure everything goes flawlessly. On the day of our wedding, Mel did an incredible job making sure everything went to plan (which must have been exceptionally difficult with a guest count greater than 200). She created the most stress-free day for my husband and I; we were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that Mel and her assistants were taking care of every detail and making sure we kept to the timeline. I can't recommend XOXO weddings highly enough!

Sarah with XOXO was the BEST!!! My husband and I were so overwhelmed by the planning process and had no idea what we were doing. Sarah was such a helpful guide, respected our budget and gave us great vendor recommendations. The day of our wedding, Sarah was invaluable. It was so amazing to have someone that was 100% focused on us and advocating for what we wanted. We had multiple people tell us after that Sarah really had our back and they were so impressed with her. I can't recommend Sarah and XOXO enough!!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mel from XOXO Weddings! We were new to the area when we got engaged and needed guidance on the best vendors for all things wedding. Within the first 5 minutes of my call with Mel I knew we had to move forward with having her coordinate our special day. Mel is SO knowledgeable about the best of the best when it comes to vendors but also smaller details and ideas. She is also an amazing sounding board when making pesky decisions like which shade of white is best. It was also great to have someone that understood these types of contracts and was fighting for you in your corner! All of our friends and family noticed the work that Mel did the day of and complimented her abilities! Everyone saw how much she was doing and how swift and on top of everything she was! As I was getting ready I said I needed a diet coke and within 2 minutes there was one for me :). I wish I could get married over and over again just to work with Mel. Having a wedding planner is worth it, but having someone from XOXO weddings makes it even better!!!!

Mel and her team made our wedding day as smooth as possible. I did not have to worry about anything on the day of and any small hiccups that occurred, they were able to handle. For example, right before the grand entrance, my bouquet leaked and stained a part of my dress red. Mel was prepared and had materials that took the stain right out! Many guests also complimented on how smooth and efficient our wedding was. Mel and her team were integral to making our wedding day a success :)

Wow! Kaci and her team are top notch! Not only do they do the required tasks any planner/coordinator should cover at a reasonable price but their calm, direct and goofy energy is what verified that they were the ones for us! Always one step ahead on any questions or concerns I had: which is hard to do with being a perfectionist regarding details. I never thought I would find someone who could do as good of a job as me but I found my double. You will not regret hiring her and her team!

I was recommended XOXO by my wedding venue and I can not recommend them enough!! I had the pleasure of working with Mel through the planning process and she was truly my savior through it all! She made sure we remained on time while always lending a helpful hand whenever it was needed (which was often)! She was mindful of our budget and our vision and always made sure we were working with those in mind. On wedding day, she kept me relaxed, and handled everything (all I had to do was show up)! It was 100000% worth the investment and I would honestly plan another wedding just to work with them again!
