Priya P and the entire Xquisit team really made our dreams come to light. Prutha and I were overwhelmed by the love and support that we received. Roshni was really on top of everything with pre-site visits, texting us and directly coordinating with our vendors in the days leading up to the event. She was a true professional and I don’t think our wedding would have happened without her. In the process of being our day of coordinator, she became part of our family! Priya P was really amazing, as always, with her ability to foreshadow events that may spoil our functions, she was able to balance many personalities on both sides of the wedding party and it is really with her balance of assertiveness and kindness that we were able to make this wedding happen. The entire Xquisit team made this wedding go off to be our perfect fairytale beginning to a happy married life. Priya and her team exceeded our expectations on day of coordination. Me and my husband were soo happy to have them and they were up and ready to start the day. Priya, Stephanie, Alicia, Mansi, and the whole Xquisit team are a must have. These girls are amazing and we are so glad we had them on our special day. From the get- go, Priya created an extensively detailed dashboard for my wife and I to input information making our discussions very productive and smooth. Priya is very accessible, full of knowledge, and understands everything that needs to go into a wedding. During our final week of planning, Priya and her team really understood what tasks needed to be completed prior to the wedding and the Xquisit team delivered on every single piece. She is in constant communication with all of our vendors, bridal party, and venues to make sure everything is going smoothly. While some of the team is tackling tasks that we delegated, the other half attended to the bride and grooms needs. They always made sure that we were eating, having water (amongst other beverages), holding our phones, vow books, etc. We had a big bridal party and you know how hard it can be to get that many people moving together during your busy wedding timeline but these girls were able to keep to our timeline perfectly. I can not give enough praise to this team. They allowed my wife and I the ability to enjoy our wedding to the max. Every single video and picture taken during this wedding showed genuine smiles and happiness and I promise you that a lot of it was due to the hardworking, knowledgable, and talented team, Xquisit Events. Priya and her team did an incredible job for our recent wedding! They are very professional and on their game. Priya was super organized leading up to the wedding - she has a great system for scheduling calls and organizing all the info needed for the wedding with her dashboard system/in take forms. It works because the coordinators (Steph, Roshini and Sanjana) were not only awesome but knew exactly what needed to be done and helped to execut seamlessly. Priya is also very responsive and has gives great tips and advice and made us think through a lot of things we hadn’t considered re: logistics. All in all the weekend went very smoothly. Many of our guests and family even commented how helpful the team was throughout the weekend. The whole team really looked out for us - making sure we always had food/drinks anything we needed and made sure everything ran on time. We’re so happy we found Priya and her team. They did a tremendous job and I would highly recommend them for planning!!

We hired Priya as our day of coordinator for our March 2nd wedding. Leading up to the event, Priya had provided us with an extensive dashboard and wonderful recommendations for all of our other vendors. On the day of the wedding, she did a great job delegating her team members to the manage all of the behind the scenes activities. She was able to work with our decorator, dj and photographer to ensure they had the proper schedule, and helped our venue coordinator with all of the ad-hoc requests. They had assigned my husband and I, each, a team member for the day. One thing that I really appreciated about her team was that they made sure to keep an eye on the weather. Since we had our wedding in downtown Philly, our dream was to take the iconic Broad street picture - but it had been raining the entire day. However, they found a 15 minute time period during the reception when it had stopped raining and made sure that we got our picture!

We loved working with Priya! We had her for planning and day of coordinating. She helped us with our rehearsal dinner, Hindu ceremony, Sangeet, Christian Ceremony, and reception. We had three different venues and numerous different vendors which she helped coordinate! Our favorite part about working with Priya is how calm she is throughout the entire process. Everyone knows planning a wedding can be stressful--there are tons of big decisions and small details to keep in mind, and it can get overwhelming to keep track of it all. It's even worse if you have to do all the work on the wedding day itself. Thankfully, we made the decision to hire Priya and her team at Xquisit Events, and we were blown away by their work. First, pre-wedding planning: Priya sent over some dope organization documents that really helped us get all the small pieces put together, including a vendor tracker (to make sure we paid all the bills on time), a comprehensive schedule (so our speeches, performances, etc. happened on time), list of suggested vendors, etc. This document was seriously useful and extremely helpful. We were able to have quite a few meetings wth Priya to discuss the specifics and got many suggestions based on her extensive experience! Second, wedding day: No one wants to deal with small problems on their wedding day, so having a team like Priya's is super helpful. Add to that the foresight the Xquisit Events team had and you have a recipe for a smooth day. Our wedding, surprisingly, ended up finishing ahead of schedule (another benefit of having the Xquisit Events team manage the day), and instead of worrying about making guests wait, Priya and team took the initiative to ensure everything flowed naturally, which included pushing lunch up early and getting more time for the bride to change and get ready for her Reception make up. We have been blown away by the amazing work Priya and her team did for our wedding, and we HIGHLY recommend her to literally anyone. She is a true professional and will ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. And she does it with a very happy and excited disposition. Planning a cultural wedding in less than 9 months is no joke but it felt like a total breeze with Priya and her team on our side. Priya and her team were fantastic. We hired Xquisit for our Day of Coordination for our wedding. Priya was very organized in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She had a spreadsheet that made sure no detail was missed. She made herself available whenever we needed her during the stressful weeks leading up to the wedding. When we were having trouble getting in contact with other vendors, she made sure they answered us quickly. She and her lead coordinator were extremely knowledgable about all of the details we should think about when we met with our venue for the walkthrough. Day of was such a breeze with all three coordinators helping make the day run so smoothly. We had a two hour ceremony, lunch and then reception at night and we didn't have to worry about a single detail as Priya and her team handled it all, even taking on extra roles when our ceremony musicians had to cancel last minute. Her team was a joy to be around on our wedding day and made our day perfect. They made sure we had the drinks and food we wanted so we were able to enjoy our day. Our wedding was Fourth of July weekend and we hired xquisit to do all of our coordinator work. I can’t tell you how happy we were with the work they did. They were on point the whole weekend. Anytime I had a question they had the answer even though it was my wedding. They made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and kept track of all of the gifts. Both Priya and Steph were amazing. They were our coordinators, our friends, and even on occasion our therapists. I had a mixed Desi-Western wedding (mehndi/sangeet night + more American-format wedding ceremony/reception) and Priya + her team were perfect for both events. Her vendor lists/contacts and suggestions were amazing for both events--it has been almost a month and people are still texting me about the paan station and mirror photo booth!! (both suggestions from Priya). I was an overwhelmed, anxious mess right before I reached out to Priya and had no idea where to start with wedding planning, on top of balancing a stressful career in healthcare and moving across the country (literally got back in town two weeks before the wedding). Through it all, Priya was a perfect model of professionalism, calm, and support. Making sure the order of events ran according to the schedule was VERY important to us as nearly all Southeast Asian weddings always struggle with this! We hired Xquisit Events for our sangeet, wedding and reception on 5/24-5/25/19. During the planning process Priya helped us to set up appts with some of our vendors and compiled a list of vendors that were within our budget. She referred us to our DJ, who was fantastic (Amplifire ENT). Closer to the wedding, she helped us to finalize our timeline and organized for conference calls to take place with our families to ensure that all important aspects of each event were addressed. On the day of our events, we had the help of Priya, Bella and Nisha. Priya oversaw the events and Bella and Nisha stayed with my side and the groom's side, since we were getting ready in two different locations. There were many moving parts during our events, from shuttle buses, to pre-wedding ceremonies, coordination of hair and makeup at two different locations, family pictures, performances, and of course the wedding ceremony itself, which had to meld Gujarati and Kashmiri traditions. The team did a great job in ensuring that our events ran on time/smoothly and they had constant communication. Bella and Nisha were extremely helpful and supportive during the wedding day, when there were 20+ things going on at once. Bella held my phone for the day and thankfully documented the events with pictures and videos, which I was so happy to see at the end of the night! They were all very conscious of my and my husband's needs (ie always asking if we needed something to eat/drink, etc) There were a few hiccups which are not unexpected at large scale and hectic events, but overall we are happy with the outcome of our wedding, and both we and our guests had an amazing time.

My husband and I hired the Xquisit team to coordinate our wedding. Throughout the planning process, they were always available to help answer questions or even to help us find vendors. On our wedding day, they coordinated everything: the transportation, the arrival of the vendors, set-up, photos, the ceremony, cocktail hour, the best man/maid of honor speeches, the cutting of the cake, etc. Then at the end of the night, they packed everything up for us! I hired the Xquisit team for the full wedding planning package and I'm so glad I did! My initial consultation was with Natasha, who listened to my ideas and started helping me in the planning process. Both Natasha and Priya helped answer all my questions and concerns. They helped me pick some amazing vendors as well. As we got closer to the wedding, they made sure that the wedding schedule was set and they worked with me to make sure that the two-day event was executed perfectly. I was not the easiest bride to work with as I had very specific ideas on how I wanted everything to look, and despite this, they worked with me every step of the way. During the wedding, they set everything up exactly how I imagined it! I had a lot of small details that I provided, such as a welcome mirror sign, that they put up in the right spot. This meant a lot to me because it showed that they listened and took extra care to make sure the details I was concerned about was their concern too. During the wedding weekend, they also created a video that they shared with us and they gave my husband and me a special present! (I don't want to give away the present because some of you future Xquisit brides may also receive it!). All in all, Xquisit events did a fantastic job! Xquist Wedding Planners were absolutely amazing. We used them for my wedding at the end of June- and they did an amazing job. They took care of so many things, ranging from coordinating with the vendors, to the 'day of coordination' so that my now wife and I didn't have to worry about that. My now husband and I can honestly not say enough nice things about our planners. We began absolutely clueless about how to go about organizing a large multi day wedding. We didn’t know where to even begin with vendor search, venue search, what’s an average price to pay for catering and decor services, what kind of dance floor to get etc. or what should be expected in a contract. From the beginning Natasha and Priya helped us take control of the entire ordeal. They made sure to help us find awesome vendors within our budget. We sorted through everything together. What most people don’t tell you is that on the day of your wedding, no matter how well you prepare and organize, something will always go opposite to what you plan. The key is to not let it deter you from enjoying your day. If it weren’t for our planners who knew exactly what to do and who flawlessly jumped in to taking care of every issue big and small (and there definitely were a few), we honestly wouldn’t have enjoyed our one special day. They constantly reassured us to just have fun through the whole night while they were dealing with battles behind the scenes that we didn’t even have a hint about until the very next morning. We are absolutely so grateful to them for allowing us to sit through and dance through our entire weekend worry free. The entire team is amazing- very well coordinated, professional, understanding and above anything dependable.. from the simplest little thing my family or I needed they were there to provide it in a snap. Our families still can’t stop talking about how our wedding raised the bar for all future weddings in each of our families.
