ntimate Hindu wedding (ceremony & reception) in NJ. My husband and I live in CA and have very demanding jobs and we honestly didn't have a clue about what we wanted for our wedding, but Priya was incredibly patient and made the planning process really easy for us. She was always accessible to chat (even at odd hours due to our time difference) and gave us excellent recommendations for vendors she's previously worked with. What drew me to her initially was her level of organization (the dashboard is superb!), but as I got to know her, I really respected her opinions and how she helped us deal with unexpected challenges. She is truly an expert at what she does. The week of our wedding was particularly stressful because COVID-19 was becoming more prominent in the news and a personal family matter meant Priya was going to miss our wedding. I was devastated, but knew we would be in great hands with the Xquisit team. The day-of coordination services were beyond expectations. Bella, Prachi and Pankti made sure the day ran smoothly and that my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. They kept us calm, made us laugh in tense situations and were all so attentive to all our needs and requests. The biggest surprise was to see Priya the day of the wedding. She literally hopped off a plane and came straight to the venue! We didn't expect to see her there and we were both overcome with emotion when we saw her. Her dedication to us and our day meant so much. We would highly recommend Xquisit Events to other couples looking for top quality planning and day-of coordination services. We even plan to use Xquisit Events for my sister's wedding later this year. Thank you all for everything during the last 10 months! It was truly a pleasurable experience from start to finish.

Our timeline was managed effortlessly, and the to-do lists were completed without ANY oversight! Priya also recommended the best cake vendor who fit our budget and satisfied our palates! We had two last-minute vendor fall outs and Priya handled them well without our knowledge until after the fact! My husband and I are big parent pleasers, and nothing meant more to us than our immediate families to be stress free on our big day and be praised for hosting a well-organized event for their respective son and daughter. Priya and her team (Bhavisha, Roshni, and Richali) helped us achieve that! During the events, I felt super relieved to see their smiling faces whenever I made eye contact. We think the key element which sets Priya apart from all the other vendors we have dealt with (A LOT) is her honesty, promptness, and communication style! We were left with this impression from the very first phone call with her which was very efficient, direct, and excluded the overwhelming and unnecessary details (less talk, more work!) 😊

our DJ, who was fantastic (Amplifire ENT). Closer to the wedding, she helped us to finalize our timeline and organized for conference calls to take place with our families to ensure that all important aspects of each event were addressed. On the day of our events, we had the help of Priya, Bella and Nisha. Priya oversaw the events and Bella and Nisha stayed with my side and the groom's side, since we were getting ready in two different locations. There were many moving parts during our events, from shuttle buses, to pre-wedding ceremonies, coordination of hair and makeup at two different locations, family pictures, performances, and of course the wedding ceremony itself, which had to meld Gujarati and Kashmiri traditions. The team did a great job in ensuring that our events ran on time/smoothly and they had constant communication. Bella and Nisha were extremely helpful and supportive during the wedding day, when there were 20+ things going on at once. Bella held my phone for the day and thankfully documented the events with pictures and videos, which I was so happy to see at the end of the night! They were all very conscious of my and my husband's needs (ie always asking if we needed something to eat/drink, etc) There were a few hiccups which are not unexpected at large scale and hectic events, but overall we are happy with the outcome of our wedding, and both we and our guests had an amazing time.

eading up to our wedding week and her organization and communication were impeccable. Her attention to detail is hard to put into words. The day of coordination for the wedding events was led by Priya Patel and she and her team were phenomenal! They kept everything running smoothly for our wedding of over 550 guests and were literally by our sides to handle anything the entire day of. Highly recommended!

ortation, the arrival of the vendors, set-up, photos, the ceremony, cocktail hour, the best man/maid of honor speeches, the cutting of the cake, etc. Then at the end of the night, they packed everything up for us! We also rented the Xquisit photo booth, which all of our guests LOVED. The Xquisit team really did a great job and allowed my husband and I to enjoy every moment of our wedding day. Not to mention, they put together an awesome video for us to share with family and friends! We absolutely recommend Xquisit!

As we got closer to the wedding, they made sure that the wedding schedule was set and they worked with me to make sure that the two-day event was executed perfectly. I was not the easiest bride to work with as I had very specific ideas on how I wanted everything to look, and despite this, they worked with me every step of the way. During the wedding, they set everything up exactly how I imagined it! I had a lot of small details that I provided, such as a welcome mirror sign, that they put up in the right spot. This meant a lot to me because it showed that they listened and took extra care to make sure the details I was concerned about was their concern too. During the wedding weekend, they also created a video that they shared with us and they gave my husband and me a special present! (I don't want to give away the present because some of you future Xquisit brides may also receive it!). All in all, Xquisit events did a fantastic job! They will work hard to make your dream wedding a reality! They go above and beyond and I am so glad to have them as my A-Team for my wedding!

They were professional, always attentive, and worked very well together as a team. But my favorite part was that they treated us like friends. From the beginning Natasha and Priya helped us take control of the entire ordeal. They made sure to help us find awesome vendors within our budget. We sorted through everything together. What most people don’t tell you is that on the day of your wedding, no matter how well you prepare and organize, something will always go opposite to what you plan. The key is to not let it deter you from enjoying your day. If it weren’t for our planners who knew exactly what to do and who flawlessly jumped in to taking care of every issue big and small (and there definitely were a few), we honestly wouldn’t have enjoyed our one special day. They constantly reassured us to just have fun through the whole night while they were dealing with battles behind the scenes that we didn’t even have a hint about until the very next morning. We are absolutely so grateful to them for allowing us to sit through and dance through our entire weekend worry free. The entire team is amazing- very well coordinated, professional, understanding and above anything dependable.. from the simplest little thing my family or I needed they were there to provide it in a snap. Our families still can’t stop talking about how our wedding raised the bar for all future weddings in each of our families. The entire Xquisite team went well above and beyond what we expected from them and we’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs help taking on the task of planning any kind of event!  Thanks for everything guys!

We had several calls, texts and conferences with her and she kept us updated about the planning process. She always had helpful advice, ideas and vision how the baby shower event would look like.She always got back to us immediately and there was not a question she could not answer. Her partner Natasha was equally good and resourceful when it comes to event planning. On my wifes baby shower day, she and Natasha were everywhere making sure DJ, food, decor, table layout and everything looks perfect! The baby shower hall looked spectacular! All the games were organized well, and our guests really enjoyed all the games and praised the event flow! The gender reveal party and the box filled with balloons was a hit! She made sure that all our requests are considered during the day of event and made sure our guests are taken care of during lunch time who had special requests. She started early and stayed till the end ensuring all the baby shower stuff was put back safely in boxes so we can take it back home.
