Priya is very accessible, full of knowledge, and understands everything that needs to go into a wedding. During our final week of planning, Priya and her team really understood what tasks needed to be completed prior to the wedding and the Xquisit team delivered on every single piece. She is in constant communication with all of our vendors, bridal party, and venues to make sure everything is going smoothly. While some of the team is tackling tasks that we delegated, the other half attended to the bride and grooms needs. They always made sure that we were eating, having water (amongst other beverages), holding our phones, vow books, etc. We had a big bridal party and you know how hard it can be to get that many people moving together during your busy wedding timeline but these girls were able to keep to our timeline perfectly. I can not give enough praise to this team. They allowed my wife and I the ability to enjoy our wedding to the max. Every single video and picture taken during this wedding showed genuine smiles and happiness and I promise you that a lot of it was due to the hardworking, knowledgable, and talented team, Xquisit Events. It works because the coordinators (Steph, Roshini and Sanjana) were not only awesome but knew exactly what needed to be done and helped to execut seamlessly. Priya is also very responsive and has gives great tips and advice and made us think through a lot of things we hadn’t considered re: logistics. All in all the weekend went very smoothly. Many of our guests and family even commented how helpful the team was throughout the weekend. The whole team really looked out for us - making sure we always had food/drinks anything we needed and made sure everything ran on time. We’re so happy we found Priya and her team. They did a tremendous job and I would highly recommend them for planning!!

She was able to work with our decorator, dj and photographer to ensure they had the proper schedule, and helped our venue coordinator with all of the ad-hoc requests. They had assigned my husband and I, each, a team member for the day. One thing that I really appreciated about her team was that they made sure to keep an eye on the weather. Since we had our wedding in downtown Philly, our dream was to take the iconic Broad street picture - but it had been raining the entire day. However, they found a 15 minute time period during the reception when it had stopped raining and made sure that we got our picture!

First, pre-wedding planning: Priya sent over some dope organization documents that really helped us get all the small pieces put together, including a vendor tracker (to make sure we paid all the bills on time), a comprehensive schedule (so our speeches, performances, etc. happened on time), list of suggested vendors, etc. This document was seriously useful and extremely helpful. We were able to have quite a few meetings wth Priya to discuss the specifics and got many suggestions based on her extensive experience! Second, wedding day: No one wants to deal with small problems on their wedding day, so having a team like Priya's is super helpful. Add to that the foresight the Xquisit Events team had and you have a recipe for a smooth day. Our wedding, surprisingly, ended up finishing ahead of schedule (another benefit of having the Xquisit Events team manage the day), and instead of worrying about making guests wait, Priya and team took the initiative to ensure everything flowed naturally, which included pushing lunch up early and getting more time for the bride to change and get ready for her Reception make up. We have been blown away by the amazing work Priya and her team did for our wedding, and we HIGHLY recommend her to literally anyone. She is a true professional and will ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. And she does it with a very happy and excited disposition.
