They answer emails and calls right away, there were not hidden fees and they actually included the tipping into the price so we didn’t have to worry about that day of either. They were the most reasonably priced and they didn’t have any stipulations about when or where pickup way. The bus was clean, radio worked well for hooking up our music, and the driver was very nice. Very nice people and very easy to work with! We had one mishap, but once we brought it up to them, they corrected it without hesitation. I would definitely use them again!

my entire cost at the time of booking with was almost $1000.00 months prior and to be told the morning of your wedding they don’t have your information that’s crazy. That was Strike 1. That got figured out then we confirmed the pick up and drop off information. Strike 2 was when the limo driver drove my husband and his groomsmen to the wedding but failed to return to pick me up. Myself and my bridesmaids had to drive ourselves to the venue. Talk about a nightmare. After waiting for 20 mins because maybe there was traffic we called the company to get an eta and they told us we were already picked up. So now we have to drive ourselves and I’m late. Talk about panic mode. I would love to say that this was it. But it wasn’t. Our driver was not very nice and when we were on our way to take pictures he told us he couldn’t drop us off where we needed to be. At this point after the service we had received and the amount of money that was paid I got snippy in return and told him I didn’t care what he thought and he would drop me off where I needed to be. When I called to discuss they informed me I must call back. How rude and unprofessional. I’m telling you all. DONT it is not worth your time on an important day.

nice. Roger was the absolute BEST. We had to change our transportation plan day-of because of rain and he was able to turn on a dime to get us where we needed to be. He also held an umbrella for me and the bridesmaids to and from the bus and stored all of our bouquets in the back, getting them out and putting them away at every step.

easy to work with and perfect for what we needed. We used the Stretch Escalade for our wedding party of 12 (including us) and it fit us all perfectly. Our driver drove us to the Scioto Mile to take our wedding photos prior to our ceremony! After, we had a little extra time so he took us on the scenic route through downtown and the Short North before heading to our venue! It was a perfect way to kick off our wedding festivities.

Our wedding was in October 2020 which was in the middle of the COVID pandemic, and I felt that Xtreme Limo did a great job handling the safety of all of the passengers. The bus was very clean and you could tell it had been sanitized thoroughly prior to us getting on. I would recommend Xtreme Limo to all of my friends and family in Ohio!

The sound system was easy to connect to and sounded great. There was ample space for storing cold drinks and plenty of cup holders to keep our open drinks. They were professional and prompt through the planning and booking process (you get the 7th hour free if you book 6!). They were flexible with any changes or questions we had. The bus was on time and efficient during the day of our wedding and Kevin our driver was great. Would highly recommend them and will certainly utilize them for future events.

s from point A to point B. What I DIDN'T expect was for the bus driver to be standing and waiting for us outside the limo to help the ladies get in. I didn't expect the driver to spend almost 20 minutes trying to help me get my phone connected to the sound system so that we could play music. I didn't expect the driver to help us load decor and gifts! I didn't expect the driver to PARALLEL park that rig!! I didn't expect the coolers to be filled to the top with ice, with red solo cups awaiting our arrival. Xtreme limo was above anything I expected for a limo/bus service. They were extremely friendly, came with a great attitude each day they worked with us, and enhanced our experience significantly. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Our driver, Bob, was extremely professional and fun while transferring us from the ceremony, to pictures and to our reception. Our friend who used Xtreme for her wedding recommended them to us, and we are so glad that she did!
