Luis was a top tier professional with organization leading up to the day and then was beyond amazing with announcing/entertaining the entire night. We had to force people off the dance floor at the end of the night as we could have kept the music going! We cannot thank Luis enough for the celebration that he helped us throw for our wedding. From our very first meeting, we knew we had made the right choice. Luis came into that first meeting with an entire game plan for our reception entertainment and made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable. He gave my wife and me the ability to collaborate with him through a music organizer app where we could search for and select the exact songs we loved, review our contract, complete questionnaires, and add special notes and requests that we wanted incorporated into our wedding day. He even came prepared with specific pictures and details of our wedding venue, which made it so easy for us to visualize exactly what our reception would look and feel like with his setup. Throughout the entire process, Luis was flexible with our busy schedules, incredibly responsive, and always willing to accommodate our requests. He made us feel heard, understood, and completely confident that everything was going to be taken care of. It should also be said how seamlessly Luis worked with our other vendors. He had our timeline completely locked in and coordinated everything so well that, from the day we first met him through our wedding day, he gave us the feeling that everything was under control. That peace of mind is something you simply cannot put a price on when planning a wedding. Luis has now DJed an entire generation of my family’s weddings. My older and younger cousins have chosen Luis, and every single time, he has knocked it out of the park. At this point, he has become more than just a wedding vendor to our family — he has become a part of so many of our most important memories and someone our family trusts wholeheartedly. Personally, our wedding day would not have been nearly as perfect without DJ Luis Mota and the incredible experience he brought to our celebration. wedding day possible. We left our initial conversation having complete trust that Luis would make our wedding planning as least stressful and work with us to create the vision we dreamed of. His organization and event planning app made everything extremely easy and user friendly. We were able to input all our songs through the entire day (ceremony, reception introductions, father/daughter - Mother/Son dances, cake cutting, etc.). We were also able to provide plenty of must have songs for cocktail hour and reception dance music, as well as include some don’t play songs! The ceremony went flawlessly. We had two songs and wanted the bride to walk down the aisle at a certain part of the 2nd song. At first we were nervous with timing of people walking down too fast or too slow. Luis ensured us we had nothing to worry about and he had it covered. And that he did! Luis is extremely talented and can create any vision you want. The microphone quality during the ceremony and reception speeches was perfect! The microphones were wireless and had absolutely no delay or did not cut in/out at all. Luis also worked extremely well with the venue crew in keeping to the timeline and make sure the day went according to plan! The reception dancing was certainly the best part of the night, it was definitely a party! Luis skillfully incorporated all the songs we wanted and mixed in other songs to create the exact vibe we wanted. We also wanted to include 2-3 Portuguese songs at some point in the night in which Luis picked the perfect time to transition into them, get everyone on the dance floor and then transition back to the other music. The DJ booth itself was incredibly pleasing and look very professional. We would highly recommend the reception introduction and dance lighting as it made the look that much better! Luis and his team then include a complete, edited video, of the entire day completely included! From the ceremony to reception activities to the dancing to cap off the night. We cannot recommend Luis and the Extreme Soundz DJ team enough, over a month later we are still talking about how happy we are we chose them!
