lem was the bus did not go back and forth. It did one pickup and the hotel and that was it. Several of my guests had to get an Uber to the reception because the bus never came back. Towards the end of the reception, we had to call the driver and ask her to take some guests back and then come back for the rest. I never specifically requested that the bus run back and forth so maybe that was my fault but I was under the impression that since I paid for 7 hours, the bus would run back and forth for 7 hours. Not make one trip, sit for 6 + hours, and make two trips back.

I booked a 16 passenger party bus for my bachelorette party to take us on a winery tour. I called ahead of time and gave Xtreme transportation directions to the airbnb we were staying at (which were provided by the airbnb owner). When our driver arrived 10 minutes late his first words to us were "Where is the bride? We are going to fight. I got lost because of your directions, otherwise I would have been here on time." We didn't care that the bus was late, but this accusation was a poor way to start the day.
The entire trip was also a terrible experience. We only made it to two of the three wineries we were scheduled to go to. The driver managed to get lost going to ALL THREE of the wineries, even though he was using a GPS. Two hours were lost that day due to getting lost. In addition, the driver backed into a tree at one of the wineries. When we were five minutes out from our third and last winery stop when the driver informed us that we couldn't go because his general manager was at the winery and said there was no way for the bus to turn around.
In addition to all of this, we had to ask the driver multiple times to drive slower because he was speeding through winding Southern Indiana roads which was (1) making us all car sick and (2) making us feel very unsafe. Highway routes were also available to each of our destinations.
Lastly, when speaking with the manager about our whole experience he was not very understanding and tried to make "excuses" for all of the events that happened. Ultimately, we did end up being refunded for the 2 hours that were lost. Although it was nice to receive this compensation back, it does not change the fact that this was a stressful and unenjoyable experience.
I will never use Xtreme Transportation again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Eddie Barret was our driver throughout majority of the day; he picked up the fellas from the hotel and then was our driver while we hustled around town for photos. Greg Webster was our "get away" car escort. Both gentlemen were prompt and professional. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to ride around town in the stylish limo and town car provided to us on the day of our wedding. We also credit Debbie Potts with helping us plan and facilitate our contract. Xtreme also allows for pre-paid gratuity to the drivers which we found especially helpful-- one less thing to worry about on the big day! Highly recommend!
