ll of our vendors the week of our wedding and made sure everything went off without a hitch on our wedding day. From decorating the morning of to coordinating our sparkler sendoff later in the night, Hayley was on the ball and made our day absolutely perfect!

t when things started going wrong behind the scenes Becky was my saving grace. She was so on top of her game that I was even able to avoid potenial day of issues with other vendors because of her experience and professionalism. I'm really picky so I won't bore you with specifics but I will say that if you are looking for someone who truly cares about actually making your special day special, then look no further. Discovering her on the Knot was the best thing that happened to me and in the grand scheme of things, hiring Becky was a steal and I only wish I had contracted Something Blue full time and not just as my day of coordinator. Thank you so much Becky!!

She made our wedding run smoothly and brought us a lot of comfort in knowing that she had everything under control. everything would be perfect. She called me the weeks leading up to the wedding just to check on me and how I was feeling. The week of the wedding, she was amazing! She did everything and more I could have asked or imagined. The day of the wedding she did more than I even realized. From fixing our broken wedding cake to taking everything to my parent's house at the end of the night, Hayley was amazing. My wedding day was enjoyable and relaxing with Hayley and her team there. I truly cannot say enough great things!

I like lists, so I will use one here to describe why we love Becky, why she is the best at what she does, and why you should stop obsessing over internet reviews and hire her immediately. 1. She knows who to go to in order to get the best of everything. All of my vendors were amazing, and Becky led me to all of them. 2. She was somehow able to pull together my vision, based on vague descriptions of still developing/constantly changing ideas. 3. She handled my awesome, but overly excited mother like she's known her forever. 4. Everyone told us that wedding timelines never stay true. They are wrong! We were right on schedule- even a couple of minutes early. I still don't understand how she made that happen. 5. We had a lot of moving pieces to our wedding (three musicians, several rentals companies, plus the usual florist, caterer, etc). As mentioned, they were all amazing. But if anything went wrong, I had no idea. 6. I experienced zero stress during my planning process. We live in Chicago and have a busy schedule, I think we made three wedding related trips to Lake Geneva in the year and a half we were planning. 7. When we got back to our room, all of our gifts and cards were magically there waiting for us. 8. Her assistant, Jen, was super sweet and helpful the day of our wedding. We are still blown away by how amazingly coordinated our wedding was- it was literally perfect. I'm just a little sad that I don't have an excuse to text/email Becky anymore, though I'm sure my mom will be inviting her to all of our family gatherings.

deliveries, handled any issues that arose (i didnt even know our cake was late arriving) She was amazing!! I can not say enough about her. I couldnt imagine my day without her!! She made everything go so smoothly from set up to tear down. She gathered everything at the end and made sure everything got back to our hotel. She even remembered to grab my moms glasses, every detail was accounted for!! This was not just a nice to have thing this was a MUST to have!!

Becky was there for me every step of the way always offering her patient advice and expertise to my endless questions about everything ranging from wedding invite etiquette to the dinner menu and everything in between. She is friendly and professional and never seems to lose her cool in all the hustle and bustle of wedding planning. I can't speak to everything she does behind the scenes - but I know it's a LOT because I can tell you with a grateful and thankful heart that I really did feel like a guest at my own wedding. Everything was just as I dreamed it would be and I have Becky from Something Blue to thank for that!
