This venue is great for a wedding reception. It's a fairly new building and the space is beautiful. You're renting the space only here, so you will need to arrange a caterer, beverage provider, linens, and china. Gwenn, our contact, was very helpful and friendly and has a list of vendors that they have worked with. Gives you the opportunity to be very creative - you can really transform this space into something great! One downside is that the space is offered in two rooms that are connected together with 3-4 sets of French doors. Small room accommodates 100 while large room accommodates 200. Dance floor is in the small room (you can rent a dance floor if you only need the big room). We had 220 guests so we could fit most guests in the large room, but there were a couple of tables that were awkwardly placed in terms of viewing the head table and then later moving them off the dance floor. This space is also best for buffet-style dinners, as there is no full kitchen (not ideal for plated meals). Everything turned out great though!
