A long overdue review on Yadav. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here, and we also bought our wedding bands from them. The experience has been amazing – it's such a stress-fr...
ee environment where they really make you feel like family. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and they made sure I felt confident in every decision. They were even able to customize my wedding band to be exactly what I had envisioned. I’m so happy with my pieces and love that I now have a jeweler I can trust and remain loyal to. If you’re looking for exceptional service and quality, this is the place to go! Also, it doesn't hurt that there new showroom is to die for -- so chic.
After loving my engagement ring I decided to purchase a wedding band through them. They promised a turnaround time which was not honored after accepting payment in full. I had to c...
hase them down by phone (no one responded to my email). Ultimately my custom band arrived and was the entirely wrong size. I had this confirmed by a separate jeweler and it cost me added money to resize. I am disappointed that for the quality of product they do not care about service. I would suggest being cautious with this company.
I was so nervous about buying a diamond and creating a custom ring 100% on line (I live nowhere near CA). But all the local brick and mortar jewelry stores were just outrageous in ...
the prices they quoted me. The entire process, start to finish could not have gone any smoother- I purchased my center stone first but wanted to see it in person to confirm it was a keeper. Then they paid for me to ship it back to them and we started the custom design process. I gave them a LOT of clear cut details and images to go on, but the end product is literally flawless and EXACTLY what I envisioned. Every detail from the right "tone" of rose gold, (I like more pink and less coppery) to the size of all the acccessory stones, to the "low profile" basket setting which was very important to me. End result = 1.75 carat center oval stone (E color, VS1 clarity) set very low on a basket setting with a 1/2 pave band (2 mm wide) and a dainty hidden halo. Wedding band is 6 bezel set diamonds (0.5 carat total weight) on a 3mm rose gold band. Because tge main ring is set so low, the wedding band cannot sit flush against it so they designed it in an "interrupted " fashion, meaning there is actually a gap intge wedding band to give it the illusion of sitting flush. I chose to solder tge 2 rings together for tgis reason, so the wedding band would not spin and show the gap. It's like they read my mind and the best part is I expressed wanting it done in time for a trip to Turks and Caicos and they somehow managed to build this ring from scratch and have it in my hands in 7 days flat! It is stunning and I am so happy with it, 10/10 for Yadav!
Bought my fiancé her engagement ring from Yadav 2 years ago. The diamond and setting are beautiful and were appraised by a local jeweler about $2k more than I paid for the ring.
I ...
purchased the extended service plan and couldn't be happier. The ring ships from Virginia to Yadav in San Francisco, get re-rhodium plated, cleaned, retightened and resized (if needed) and arrives back in 3 days.
The second time we sent the ring in they even shipped it back in a new ring box and soft carrying bag. 10/10

I was looking for the perfect engagement ring for my future wife and due to the fact that she was in the jewelry business for 14+ years, you can only imagine my stress in finding a...
n engagement ring that was flawless and beautiful. I also wanted to propose on while we were on vacation, thus only a week away. Yadav Jewelry not only met my timeline (I also live on the east coast, so shipping it was also a factor) but exceeded all of my expectations. They called me personally to discuss my options after a lot of emailing back on forth (discussing options) and communicated that they would do whatever it takes to get the ring to me in time prior to my departure for vacation. My finance' (now my wife) was absolutely taken away with the beauty of the diamond and the setting. She loves it and it looks even more stunning along with the matching wedding band that Yadav provided. I would highly recommend Yadav. If they can exceed all of my expectations and deliver the most perfect ring 2,800 miles away "and" personally" call me to discuss, I don't know how you/anyone else can go wrong. Great Customer Service !!!!!
Amazing diamond and setting that my bride to be doesn't stop getting compliments about.
The Yadav team was very helpful, they could answer any question I had. The prices are phenomenal when compared to other online jewelers, and the quality of the ring is all I could ...

ondition and at a reasonable price, the ring was ready earlier than I expected.
I bought a 1 karat lab created diamond from Yadav to put in my fiance's engagement ring. She and I could not be happier with this purchase. I took it to Zales, to get an estimate o...
n how much to mount the diamond in the engagement ring, and the store manager was the one that ended up helping me. The whole time she was complimenting the clarity and the cut of this diamond. When I told her how much I paid for it. She looked at me in astonishment and said that's wholesale price. Where did I get this? I smiled and said I have some decent connections.
I didn't end up getting the diamond mounted at Zales, but the manager pointed me to another Jeweler that did mount this diamond. The gentleman that mounted it, after I told him it was a lab-created diamond, told me that the only way to tell between a lab-created and a real diamond is the serial number. The makeup of a lab-created is identical. He said the same thing that the Zales manager told me that the cut and Clarity were astonishing. I could not be happier with this purchase and I would recommend Yadav to anyone. I saved hundreds of dollars by buying a lab created diamond. My fiance loves it.
If you're looking for a jeweler with transparency and a vast inventory then Yadav is the choice to choose. I was in the market for an engagement ring and, like most men, have no id...
ea about the stress that follows. My search from Rarecarat.com led my to Yadav and after viewing their inventory, I decided to have a leap of faith and bought my fiance's diamond directly from them. The customer service from Yadav is top-notch from point-of-purchase to delivery. I've received consistent communication throughout the purchasing process and the delivery process. They made sure that we received our diamond with follow-up calls/e-mails. My fiance and I also made a personal trip out to San Francisco to their boutique because we wanted to inquire about future trade-ins. That being said, if you're reading this review then you are probably like myself at one point looking for the right details before committing to a particular jeweler. To this I say, give Yadav the opportunity to earn your business and you won't be disappointed.
Yadav was excellent. Fantastic customer service, great selection, fair pricing. They are my go to for all my fine jewelry needs!
I bought here our engagement ring and our bands all good and on time they offered, great and fast customer service by phone!!!!
