, lunch, & dinner and I haven't been disappointed at all! The chef is terrific and so is the staff! It's become my eatery of choice. Atmosphere is great, customers are very loyal, prices are what you expect but you definitly get your moneys worth - everyone leaves with a doggie bag!!
We had our rehearsal dinner at Yahoola Creek Grill, and it was so perfect! The indoor/outdoor seating comfortably accommodated all of our guests and allowed everyone to mingle and ...
hang out in a relaxed setting. The outdoor patio was well appointed and set against the beautiful north georgia mountains. Micah did a great job walking us through each step of the process. The food was amazing and our bartender was very fast!
Had our wedding luncheon here. The food was great! The service was great! And they decorated the room so nice for us! Highly recommend.
It actually pains me to give Yahoola so few stars, because the food at our wedding was without a doubt the best wedding food I've ever had! But we had a HUGE crisis with the compan...
y. If not for my wedding coordinator, Yahoola would have left us with literally no reception. I paid out the wazoo for seven people from Yahoola to help set up. It was in my contract and I was repeatedly told by the woman working with me (whose name I will leave out for her sake) that everything was in order. My coordinator had a timeline created and as far as we knew, Yahoola was on board. I paid PER PERSON for those seven people, and we got five people who showed up three hours late, did not help set up and had terrible attitudes (except one young man who was wonderful!). My coordinator ended up setting up my entire wedding. Looking at my contract, Yahoola shorted me at least $600 worth of services. The food was so spectacular that my family decided not to worry about it (a credit to their chef). But I would never recommend anyone use them as a caterer for events outside their own restaurant.
Nick and Leah saved the day! We had a horrible experience with another vendor just one month before our wedding and was desperate to find an affordable and delicious option for ou...
r reception. Nick was so accommodating during the tasting and offered great advise to assist us in selecting our reception choices. During the Wedding Reception his team was professional and provided excellent conversation and help to the guests. They provided the bar service and food. I highly recommend Yahoola Creek Grill for every event! The food is delicious and service is great!!! Thank you so much Nick and Leah for making our day special and taking away the stress!
We were really happy that we found Yahoola Creek Grill as a Rehearsal Dinner venue to complement my son's vineyard wedding. The restaurant is very conveniently located between 400 ...
and downtown Dahlonega, and a recent renovation enclosing a glassed-in porch made it possible to accommodate our large party of 90 guests. Chef Nick prepared a classic Southern BBQ menu which was generously served family-style at long, communal tables. Leah, the event coordinator, set the tables with candles and natural materials which gave the place a warm, welcoming glow. It was a full house, but the serving staff did a great job of keeping everyone happy!
We held our rehearsal dinner here. The entire thing was planned out over email, since my MIL lives in another state, so that was very helpful. The space was very small for the am...
ount of people we had and it was hard to get the photographers in there but it turned out really nice. They did run out of one of the items that we requested though, even with a count on the number of people that wanted that item.
