YC Steakhouse Catering intends to provide a fully personalized steakhouse experience for couples and their guests. The food connoisseurs create everything fresh on-site using only the best ingredients available. The team brings the wood tables, charcoal stations, and the chic bar on the day for a top-class presentation to complement the food. Bartenders and servers are included in the packages to pour fresh beers, assist the champagne toast, and ensure an overall seamless gourmet experience.
YC Steakhouse serves everything from appetizers and light bites to s’mores and tasty desserts. Couples can experience an authentic Argentine grill through the perfect parrillada made by the Gaucho Grill Master. The meat is carefully cut and cured to perfection in low-burning flames, offering a juicy and flavorsome experience on every bite. While enjoying a glass of champagne with friends, guests can sample from the antipasto platter, smoked salmon roses on rye, or the truffle mac and cheese tarts. Finish the night on a sweet note with a specialty cupcake, cake pop, or cookie platter. The caterers accommodate various dietary requirements, including dairy-free, gluten-free, and plant-based.

with. And of course most of all THE FOOD!!!! I cannot even explain how many compliments we have gotten. From people who go to weddings almost every weekend all I have heard is that we had the best wedding food anyone has ever had. We had leftovers for days and the entire house enjoyed. If you are even contemplating this caterer do not waste another second--you need them! They helped with set up and made sure the flow was perfect for my wedding day. Everyone on their team pitched in and bartending, apps on the roof, dinner, THE COFFEE CART (a HUGE hit!!)and everything in between was a dream come true.

The food was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We received countless compliments on the bites during cocktail hour, the entrees, the side dishes, the mini desserts/churros and the cafecitos and cortaditos. A lot of our guests didn’t even know what a cafecito/cortadito was and I had some people tell me they were on their 4th cup! I’m pretty sure they flew home! My husband and I don’t eat to live, we live to eat, so having amazing food at our wedding was a non-negotiable. This is not a “buffet”, this is an EXPERIENCE and I would highly recommend YC Steakhouse to anyone planning a wedding or an event. Stacey and Jorge are amazing people who built an amazing business and you can tell that they truly love what they do. Their staff is really great and the price was very reasonable for a menu with steak and shrimp! We are not Spanish and we loved the idea of Argentine Food for our reception. It was a hit! Everyone raved about the food and we are so glad we hired them!
