I booked Yelena and Vlad for my wedding and am so thankful I chose them. We had an outdoor winter wedding and Yelena and Vlad stuck it out through hours in the snow and captured incredible photos. At one point Yelena was giving up her own jacket to keep me warm in my wedding dress in between shots. They are so easy to work with and can make anybody feel comfortable in front of the camera. We booked Yelena and Vlad for our elopement in Stanley, Idaho, and they were so amazing to work with! Despite encountering some mountain weather on our wedding day, they were very accommodating and flexible with working through rain, wind, and cold weather to make sure we got all the shots we wanted. It was apparent how dedicated they were to our wedding day and how passionate they are about their work. They were so easy and pleasant to work with and made posing feel natural and effortless. They were even great working with our dog, who can be a little sensitive around strangers, but we still got some great photos with him! I happen to look at lots of wedding photography for work, so I’ve seen tons of wedding photos! Between looking through Yelena and Vlad’s portfolio and working with them, it is clear how overwhelmingly talented they are. Yelena and Vlad are an amazing couple to work with. They made it very convenient for us to meet and discuss what we wanted for our wedding even though it was in the middle of a global pandemic which I truly appreciated it. Their photo quality is fabulous and they really take the time to get the best pictures and make it fun. It was also great to have both angles of photos since there were two of them taking pictures. They captured all of the special moments we could have hoped for our wedding day. I appreciated their enthusiasm at trying to get photos of us with smoke bombs in pumpkins and capturing all of our guests dancing in their halloween costumes. I would recommend Yelena and Vlad for any type of photography you need.

Yelena and Vlad provided the most extraordinary experience!! Every single member of my husband and my families raved about how much they enjoyed them both (we had a very small wedding where Yelena and Vlad actually stayed in the same lodge as us) and how they could not believe the care and creativity they both put into our photos. The photos are just absolutely amazing!!! (And this is coming from a gal that is notorious for hating photos of herself - and I am quite literally obsessed - truly can’t stop looking at them!!!) They both also made the experience so comforting and calming, I am not exactly comfortable being on the spot with attention on me - they both have a gift and have clearly found their calling. Yelena and Vlad were so easy and fun to work with! We got so many STUNNING phots and had such a fun time. Our package we purchased included an engagement session but since we skipped this we did photos in our wedding gear the weekend after the wedding and it was such a fun way to relive the day and get some amazing shots of just us in different scenery. Yelena and Val were so flexible and we traveled from Boise to Stanley for the session. Wedding day they were also amazing capturing every moment and we’re there for the entire day which was nice not having any time constraints making the day no stress! Booking with Yelena ans Vlad as our photographers for our wedding was one of the best and easiest decisions of our wedding planning. In fact, when we started planning they were the first ones we got to check off our list. It's really a no brainer. The quality and talent that you get compared to the price is really a steal! Yelena and Vlad truly know how to capture a love story and that's what she did for my husband and I. Not only do you have the choice of photos on a usb drive or cd but you can also get prints and canvas and the most amazing wedding album ever to display and share with family and friends. When we started getting photo teasers, our friends and family commented how great they are. We are saying this because Yelena and Vlad are very good at what they do. They are so responsive and take the time to answer all your questions. When you meet with them, you are open to many wonderful options and are not limited in the style or design that you want. Yelena Tsioma Photography is seriously the best! My now husband and I had NO idea where to start with wedding planning except for getting a good photographer. We lucked out with this duo because they were so helpful with their advice and experience and helped us plan a beautiful day. They took the time to get to know us and figure out just what we wanted in our pictures. On the day of the wedding my wardrobe had a slight issue and Yelena came in as the MVP and helped get us back on track. All while still capturing precious moments. Yelena and her husband, Vlad, were amazing photographers! Not only were the 1,000+ pictures of my wedding beautiful, but their customer service was the best I have ever had. They were always happy to meet me in person, multiple times before and after the wedding. They were always on time and never put a time frame on a meeting that we had. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt great when leaving a meeting. You know how anxious a bride can be!! They were always so friendly. What I also loved about their photographing at my wedding was that guests didn't even notice them taking photos during the ceremony! Yet, they got such amazing photos of the ceremony, but were so quiet. They were never a distraction to guests during the ceremony or reception. They also made my husband and I feel really comfortable during our engagement photo shoot because we both felt so awkward since we had never done any sort of photo shoot before. They made us feel at ease. And their turn around period for engagement photos and wedding photos was SO FAST! Seriously, I wish I could rate them MORE than just 5 stars... Yelena and Vladimir are absolutely incredible! They were so easy to work with, very laid back, fun and professional! We asked them to shoot our wedding in Oregon and they arrived early the day of the wedding, prepared and ready to go and caught every moment and more! Before the wedding day they told us what to expect with the event timeline and asked what we are looking for- if we wanted any specific shots done and whatnot, they helped us create a photo timeline so we can get group photos done in a quick and timely manner. They stayed true to their contract and we had picture proofs on time without delay. We loved them so much and cannot wait to work with them again soon, definitely recommend them and will be booking again soon! :)

Wow! Yelena and Vlad are AWESOME! These two were so great, I don't even know what to say! First off - their work is fantastic. They're able to create beautiful, artistic photographs as well as traditional wedding photos for your parents. We desperately wanted to go outside for our wedding, but it ended up rain/snowing all day long. They helped us make the most of the situation, and we ended up with some absolutely beautiful shots that couldn't have happened if the weather was perfect. These two have wonderful, fun, caring personalities. When it started snowing during our photo shoot, Yelena immediately gave me her coat off her back, then Vlad gave his to Yelena. It was so sweet, and these two really work hard to give you the best wedding photos possible. I know that I'll be hiring them again in the future for various photo shoots. Yelena also helped me do a tasteful boudoir shoot a few months before the wedding, and kept it a secret from my groom the entire time. It was so fun! I highly recommend the boudoir shoot - it's a huge confidence boost and makes a great wedding gift for your husband.

Where do I even begin? Yelena and Vladimir are an amazing photography couple. It's fitting that a husband and wife would photograph a wedding together! They were far more affordable than all the other photographers in our city, and even with the travel fee for them to come to Pocatello they were more affordable, offered more hours of photography and more edited photos, and they had two photographers working the wedding instead of one. Having two shooters is invaluable. You get different angles, they can simultaneously capture precious moments happening in two different places (how often do you see a sweet moment happening behind the solo photographer's back? Not the case when you have two people! I am so grateful). Plus it saves so much time on the big day to have two shooters. Vladimir took care of the guys' getting ready photos, Yelena was with us ladies getting photos at the same time. When it comes to group shots, one will arrange you or hold the flash and the other takes the picture. They get the perfect lighting because one can hold the flash at the perfect angle and distance while the other snaps the picture. We even got a few incredible aerial shots because Yelena saw a perfect lighting opportunity and hopped up on Vladimir's shoulders to capture a tender moment. They are so dedicated to their work and getting those perfect photographs! The photos are still being edited, but they did release a few for us to see on Facebook. Everyone is telling us it looks like a magazine wedding--the colors are so vibrant, the people so beautiful, the lighting so spot on, and the artistic angles make you swoon. We never felt rushed to get all our photos taken because they offer many more hours of photography than the competition, and they're so knowledgeable that they know how to fluidly move you from one pose to the next, snapping candid shots along the way. Yet they never overwhelm you. Their creativity is astounding--you wouldn't even think to ask for some of the gorgeous photos these two will take. Those artistic photos are my very favorites so far. Yelena and Vladimir are very easy to get along with (my husband doesn't like taking pictures, but they had him laughing!). They were so willing to answer my many emailed questions, usually giving me more advice or information that answered questions I didn’t even know I had! From the very first meeting I knew I would be comfortable with them. I even had Yelena do a boudoir shoot for me (just her of course; Vlad brought in lighting equipment and then waited in the car until we finished). She helped me pose every hand gesture and point my toes just perfectly to make me look my very best. I felt beautiful, and she would coach me on what angle to turn my shoulders for example, and as soon as I got it she would say, "Perfect, you are gorgeous!" as she snapped a few different photos. I'd never done a boudoir before, but she is the right photographer for the job if you are considering it! She is very comfortable with it, which helps you relax and enjoy the experience! I loved it—it was fun! And again, she is so creative. I cannot wait for my husband to see! Our photos are stunning, Yelena and Vladimir were more talented and amazing than I could ever have dreamed of, and the hardest part about the whole thing will be choosing which of the hundreds of perfect pictures to print and hang on the walls. I didn't have to think of a thing, they were just there, capturing every moment for us to treasure.

Yelena is the best photographer in the treasure valley with very reasonable prices. I have been in several weddings where she was the photographer and had her do my own engagement and wedding photos. She is so sweet, professional, and does amazing work!

Yelena was downright fantastic. She is highly organized and great at planning. The pictures were stunning, and worth the price. She even traveled for our wedding (5+ hours) and stayed in our hotel for ease of access. She found a great location when our first option was unavailable (weather). There was some confusion around the building of the actual album- but I was likely complicating the process. I highly recommend- you won't be disappointed.
