Michelle was absolutely amazing! From the very start she was attentive, easy to work with, and a great listener. She answered all of our questions. We live out of state but got married back in my hometown. So I double-checked with her a couple of times to make sure we were doing things correct. When we asked if we could have our bridal party send her some stories about us to make the ceremony even more personal, she bring it on! There was not a dry eye in the house during our ceremony. I loved that she came and checked with us right before the whole thing started to make sure we didn't need anything. We would give Michelle all the stars! She is just fantastic. Afterward we said "I Dos" and walked back down the aisle she made sure to track us down, had our witnesses sign the paperwork right away. If you need an officiant she is it!

We highly recommend Yellowbird Weddings to officiate your wedding! The website is what initially caught our eye, I love that she posts about each wedding she officiates you can tell she takes pride in what she does! My husband and I are not religious so we were looking for an officiant that would focus on our relationship and leave out some of the antiquated traditions associated with a lot of wedding ceremonies. Michelle met with us to get to know us better as a couple and made herself available for questions all the way up to the wedding! My husband and I also decided we wanted to go with prewritten vows (as we are not Shakespeare's). Michelle provided a great selection to choose from and we found some that fit us perfectly. On the wedding day she delivered a personalized ceremony that perfectly characterized us as a couple!

Michelle did an exceptional job officiating our wedding. As she already comes highly recommended, I was not surprised, however, she did an amazing job! I am sure most who are looking to book Michelle are not having a "traditional" ceremony, so it is great to have someone so familiar with the process to guide you in creating a non-religious ceremony. I honestly would have been lost without her guidance in the structure of the ceremony and her (major) assistance with the rehearsal. I can’t say enough about how easy it was to work with Michelle. We are both Canadian but decided to get married in Buffalo at the Hotel Lafayette - and were surprised to see that ceremonies are a bit different in the states. She explained everything so clearly and it was exactly what we had wanted! She used the info we shared with her at our first (and only) meeting and transformed it into a lovely little speech - which was absolutely perfect. One of the best decisions that we made for our wedding was to have Michelle be our officiant! I could not imagine anyone else performing our ceremony and am so thankful that I found her.
