Whether it’s a business meeting, staff retreat, reception, seminar, graduation party, or other special event, the Yellowstone Art Museum offers one of the most delightful settings in Billings. Entire Museum:Maximum number of guests is 400, depending on availability of gallery spaces. Includes downstairs spaces outside of the galleries and Raven’s Cafe, the courtyard, and upstairs spaces outside the galleries. Museum first floor:Maximum number of guests is 200, and includes the downstairs areas outside of the galleries and the courtyard. Rental of gallery spaces is on a case-by-case basis. Visible Vault (new!):Maximum capacity is 125 for reception and 60 for a seated dinner. Museum second floor:holds up to 120 guests for a reception and 75 guests for a seated dinner.

nies, the hallway (which I used) for medium sized weddings, and a room upstairs for larger weddings of up to 400 people. YAM was one of the cheapest places in town. For the same price you can have the ceremony and the reception there. We chose just the ceremony and had the reception at a hotel to minimize drinking and driving for our thirsty guests.

o had their wedding there. It was absolutely beautiful! they have a courtyard where we had the ceremony, and the reception was in the halls of the museum. We were allowed to not only bring in our own food but also use their kitchen!! they had a bar available for only an extra $75. Best part was we had our wedding after hours so the place was ours, and our guests were allowed to roam and view all the exhibits! I would highly recommend this place! we only paid $675 ($600 for the venue and $75 for the bar) Where other places were quoting me AT LEAST $1000, plus i had to bring in my own tables and chairs, whereas they were provided at the museum with NO extra cost!
