e and worried that the turnaround time was too short, but Seb and Victoria were nothing but kind and assured me that they would take care of it! With their expertise they helped me plan out how the message I wanted to engrave would look on the back of the watch and took it over from there! I even called a few days later to ask them if they could resize it and they did that no problem! When I came in to pick it up, the engraving was exactly what I was looking for. The work was excellent and the customer service was even more so! I would recommend them to anyone looking to make their jewelry purchase that much more special.
