Jessica is so fantastic at what she does -- organized, professional, and intuitive. Our wedding day was so successful, every problem was dealt with swiftly and seemingly effortless...

ly (although we know there was so much effort going in!) We are so grateful for Jessica's meticulous planning and thoughtful questions in the months before the event. She really got to know us in order to best support us on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend Yeti or Knot to anyone getting married! Thank you Jessica!

Jessica was fantastic as our day-of coordinator. She made sure everything was taken care of and helped our wedding day run smoothly from start to finish. We ran into a few challen...

ges with other vendors, and we were so grateful to have Jessica there to step in, problem-solve, and keep everything on track. Having someone we could trust to handle issues behind the scenes allowed us to focus on enjoying our day. She was also incredibly helpful when we were faced with unexpectedly extreme heat. Jessica quickly helped us think through last-minute options and adjustments to keep our guests comfortable. Overall, we are so glad we had her support. Her professionalism, calm presence, and attention to detail made a huge difference. The ability to utilize her rental inventory was an added bonus and made planning even easier. We would absolutely recommend Jessica to any couple looking for a coordinator who truly cares about making their day a success

We enjoyed working with Jessica for day-of coordination of our wedding reception in May 2026. Her expertise leading up to the event and attention to detail on the day itself allowe...

d us to breathe easier knowing she was taking care of the details and would manage any last-minute or unexpected concerns. The event itself went flawlessly, and she kept us on point and on time throughout, while allowing us to enjoy the night hassle-free. She offered to attend our welcome party the evening before so she could meet our families and establish familiarity and points of contact, even helping with some small needs she observed, which was above and beyond our contract. Jessica’s vendor relationships and management, as well as her own inventory of stock items for centerpieces and more, were valuable. We opted for an add-on package for her to help us with creative planning, and her presentation for table centerpieces and activity ideas were super helpful. Finally, Jessica rounded out her support for us with a few personal touches at the end that helped to make our experience all the more special. We appreciate her support and would recommend Yeti or Knot for other couples.

We were hesitant hiring a planner/coordinator early in our wedding planning process, but by the end we couldn't imagine having done it without her! It was such a relief having Jess...

ica handling all the important coordination and day-of tasks so that we could focus on celebrating! She walked us through a lot of the planning stages, asked us important questions, thoroughly notated and documented everything, and worked directly with our venue and vendors on the timeline, layout, and details. She was a wonderful host and MC, keeping the evening on track and making slight modifications when necessary. She communicated very well with us and facilitated a fantastic evening! Jessica even helped us find a replacement officiant just a couple weeks before the wedding when ours had to back out. We felt confident trusting her with our big day and everything went smoothly. Top notch wedding coordinator, thank you, Jessica!

Hiring Jessica as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We did all of the planning ourselves and didn’t think we needed a day of coordinator...

, but we are so happy we changed our minds! We DIY’d all of our decor, and Jessica set it all up beautifully. As the bride, one of my biggest fears was getting overwhelmed before the wedding with questions and problems, but Jessica was able to handle everything. She managed all our vendors, answered any questions that came up, and made sure everything ran on time. She found solutions for issues we didn’t even think of like moving our appetizer table inside due to the heat and making sure guests sat towards the front during the ceremony. Everything went so smoothly, my husband and I were completely stress free on our wedding day. Jessica played a huge role in making it the best day of our lives, and we are incredibly grateful to her!

ualities that became even more apparent as the big day approached. One of the things we appreciated most was how seamlessly she built relationships with all of our vendors. She took the lead on nearly all communications in the week leading up to the wedding, which gave us so much peace of mind. She created and circulated a detailed timeline, an inventory list, and a contact sheet with every vendor’s information so we had everything we needed (and more!) in one place. Her preparation ensured everyone was on the same page and that things flowed beautifully on the day of. She also truly advocated for us. Whether it was sourcing trusted local vendors or making sure our priorities were heard and respected, we always felt supported. Her attention to detail during the venue walkthrough reassured us that nothing would be overlooked — and it wasn’t. Everything ran so smoothly, and we know her behind-the-scenes work played a huge part in that. Finally, when it came time to clean up and pack out, she made sure every last item was accounted for, even when not everything fit in our cars. It was such a thoughtful and helpful touch, and one that made a big difference at the end of a long day. We can't thank her enough for the calm, organized, and professional presence she brought to our wedding. She helped make the day not just beautiful, but truly enjoyable.

I cannot say enough good things about Jessica! My first day-of-coordinator cancelled on us with only 2 weeks until our wedding and we were in a complete panic. But we met with Jess...

ica who had every question and detail she needed ready to go, she stepped in and completely saved the day. From the moment she connected, they were calm, professional, and incredibly organized, which immediately put us at ease. Jessica quickly got up to speed with all our details, and I had a lot! She coordinated every aspect of the day with poise, from vendor management to timing, ensuring everything ran smoothly and without a hitch. I had a lot of DIY decor and I didn’t think we would finish before guests arrived but I got swooped away and somehow she pulled it all together. Every box or rouge decor was magically gone and the place looked amazing! I can’t imagine how we would’ve managed without Jessica. Her dedication, hard work, and positive attitude made all the difference. If you're looking for someone who can handle the pressure and make your dream wedding a reality—no matter how tight the timeline—this is the person you want. Truly, a lifesaver!

We are beyond grateful to have had Jessica as our wedding day-of coordinator! Jessica is incredibly organized, thorough, and was genuinely excited to help bring our wedding vision ...

to life. Throughout the planning process, she connected us with multiple vendors and checked in with us periodically to make sure all was well, always reminding us that we had her as a resource. She was invaluable through this process. On the day-of, she coordinated everything with care and efficiency, ensuring that every detail from vendor arrival to decor placement was perfectly executed to how we described. Even with a last minute set-up change, she kept everything flowing smoothly and on track with the timeline. Thanks to Jessica’s hard work, we were able to have fun and fully enjoy our special day. I cannot recommend Jessica highly enough as a day-of coordinator - we are so grateful to her for making our day unforgettable!

stions and allowing us to enjoy our day. She provides a wealth of knowledge and connections from her time in the industry. It was helpful to learn about current trends and partner with her through the planning process. inate our rehearsal and wedding day. After a few conversations she was able to see our wedding vision and made it come to life day-of. Her expertise and familiarity with our venue (Boettcher Mansion) made the process even smoother as she knew many of our vendors, the venue-specific rules and guidelines, and she was able to give recommendations regarding layout and overall event flow based on her past experiences. We told Jessica our main goal was to be as hands-off as possible on our wedding day and she delivered! Everything turned out perfectly and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you, Jessica!!!

ot differently had we not had Jessica's help and guidance. We are forever grateful to all of the time she spent making our wedding exactly what we wanted. After the wedding, guests asked me if anything went wrong or not according to plan and my response was, "If it did - I did not notice!". Jessica is that good - you definitely want her on your team! If we did it all over again, Jessica would be my first call, no doubt.
