YMCA Camp Miller

This review is for a wedding at Camp Miller- We had a great experience having our wedding at Camp Miller. It was awesome to rent out the camp for the weekend, and have our family and friends stay right on site in the cabins. The ceremony spot overlooking the lake was beautiful, and guests were able to partake in fun traditional camp activities during our cocktail hour (canoeing, archery, tomahawk for a little bit extra price but so worth it). There were so many things our guests could do all weekend- hiking trails, ultimate frisbee, basketball, volleyball, soccer, human foosball, see barnyard animals, so much more! We also had Camp Miller cater as well and the food was great and we got a lot of compliments. Damita the events coordinator was so nice and accommodating. She was sometimes difficult to get ahold of though. I think it's good to keep in mind that they aren't a traditional wedding venue and so the service is different, you definitely have to plan most things yourself or hire a coordinator but I loved the freedom of decorating and using the space how I wanted. This venue is perfect for those that are outdoor enthusiasts and want to have a more laid back outdoor party weekend style wedding. Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to!
