communication and beyond accommodating. Despite the dreadful weather forecasted for our wedding, Yorktowne Farms had all the accommodations needed. Our wedding was beautiful and all our guests commented on how spectacular the property was. The new bridal suite is stunning and a great addition. Highly recommending booking this venue!

ay, we were still able to have a gorgeous wedding thanks to the tent and barn. Terri and Mark were extremely helpful throughout the planning process, always very quick to respond and had all the info we needed. They were also a huge help during the wedding weekend, supporting us when we needed help through set-up, tear-down, and the wedding day itself. We definitely recommend having your wedding at Yorktowne Farms!

on us throughout the day which was awesome! I was in contact with Terri up to the day of the wedding. She is so sweet and responds fast! They made my family and I feel as if we were their family! I had the perfect wedding and I have them to thank for it! The barn is amazing and you can do about anything in there!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE!!!

HER WEDDING AT A BARN. HOW EXCITED WE WERE TO FIND OUT THIS FARM COULD BE RENTED OUT. TERRI AND MARK ARE TWO OF THE NICEST PEOPLE YOU WILL MEET. THEY ARE VERY INVITING AND MAKE YOU FEEL SO AT EASE AND AT HOME. THEY ARE SO HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM AND THEIR VENUE. THERE ARE THREE TO FOUR OUTSIDE AREAS FOR AN OUTDOOR CEREMONY, EVERTHING CAN ALSO BE INDOORS IF NEEDED DUE TO BAD WEATHER. TERRI WAS A BIG HELP IN OFFERING SUGGESTIONS OF SET UP, CATERERS, DJS, ETC. A DEFINITE PLUS WAS HAVING THEM THERE THE DAY OF TO HANDLE PARKING AND ARRIVAL OF HIRED SERVICES. MARK EVEN HAS A GOLF CART TO TAKE THOSE THAT HAVE A HARD TIME WALKING TO THE CEREMONY SITE ON THE PROPERTY. THE GROUNDS ARE VERY WELL KEPT AND PICTURE PERFECT. I WOULD HAVE ANY PARTY/CELEBRATION HERE, IF I COULD!!!!!!!

immediately reached out to Terri Carter via email. She responded within minutes to my email ready to coordinate. My husband, Jared, and I wanted to get married on September 24th. We were so fortunate Terri had this date available. She set up a date for us to come tour the venue. As soon as we drove up to the venue I was mesmerized by the beautiful view. Terri was so generous to give us a tour of the grounds and explain everything we could expect on our wedding day. She also provided a packet that included pricing, when the venue was available, and other vendors we could use for catering, DJ, etc. The price for this venue was extremely reasonable given all that is included. My husband and I knew immediately this is where we wanted to get married. We were so lucky Terri had the venue available for the day we wanted and how flexible she was with our timeline. She coordinated with our caterer to ensure everything would be set up on the day of the wedding. We were able to begin using the venue the Thursday before our wedding and had it all the way to the following Monday. Both Terri and her husband Mark were so kind to ensure we had access to the tables, chairs, and linens to help for a smooth set up. The day of the wedding, Terri and Mark were the absolute best. They graciously allowed us to use their house for the bridal party's entrance into the ceremony. They both made sure everything was set up and running according to plan to alleviate some of the stress on the bridal party. Terri and Mark are the sweetest people you will ever meet and ensure that your day goes exactly how you expect. My wedding was absolutely perfect and I can not thank them enough. My husband and I appreciate all of Terri and Mark's help to make our wedding more than we could have ever dreamed of. We both highly recommend this gorgeous venue and its coordinators.

ite has a beautiful willow tree, lovely stream, gorgeous barn, and home, which is perfect for pictures. The owners also keep a stunning, planted area if you want to get married in front of flowers. Across the way, you have a beautiful horse farm with fawn and mamma horses. The owners are some of the most caring, fun, kind, and loveable people you will ever meet. They make sure that the property looks perfect for your special day. They have the option for you to have tables and chairs in the barn and a second set of chairs for the ceremony. Allowing us to manipulate venue space as needed to accommodate our guests. For anyone doing wedding research, tables and chairs are rarely included with the venue, and if they are, you can never change the setup. This made it great for us to rearrange the space to include a photo booth. They also have plenty of parking behind the barn and out of sight for the event. Again, wonderful place with amazing owners whom we cannot thank enough for letting us have our dream wedding at their venue.
