Yosemite South Gate Villa is a 3000 square foot Villa with a 10000 square foot entertaining space with ample room for receptions, parties, and special events of all kinds. A very large gated secured parking area has easy access for catering, deliveries, and transportation for any size vehicles. With its Yosemite South location, located 12 miles from the South Gate, it offers easy access to the park entrance and quiet seclusion—a perfect choice for Yosemite sunrise weddings or full events at this location. Additionally, the Villa is close to town, supermarkets, and numerous dining options. The entertaining space boasts near 360-degree unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and countryside, creating a magical atmosphere and an experience to remember. With its South side location, the average temperatures are amazing, high enough for cool breezes that make it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a very large rec room. There is also a separate pool cottage with a queen bed. The entire property is included in the price of your special event for two nights, giving adequate time to adjust, decorate, and set up to your liking. We do have a one-day access deal that gives you the property from 8 am to 8 pm. Enquire if interested.
