was amazing! We discussed my vision, my husband's vision, and what was possible within our budget. Tuby was always conscious of our budget and gave us multiple options based on both our budget and inspiration pictures. Every meeting was well organized, had an agenda, and quite frankly fun. After a couple meetings with Tuby, we decided to hire her as our planner as well, which was the best decision we could have made. Tuby knew other amazing vendors such as the lady who ran our photo booth, which was a huge hit with guests! Working with Tuby and her team felt like working with family. When it came to planning, Tuby also exceeded expectations. With her multiple phone calls confirming appointments, 40-page schedule, and infectious smile when greeting vendors, I felt so comfortable with Tuby leading our wedding. Tuby stayed in contact the entire time of planning the wedding and even made sure to point out small details that we had not thought about. Tuby's team, especially Meg, was also very kind, knowledgeable, communicative, and fun to work with. Venue visits became something that we looked forward to because of Tuby. During the wedding day, Tuby exceeded expectations! Me, my husband, and our guests were all blown away by the gorgeous decor, impeccable attention to details, and professional staff. My guests literally gasped as they walked into the room. We got married almost a month ago and still receive feedback that our wedding "looked like heaven", "no detail was overlooked", "every design fit perfectly", and my favorite compliment that it was the best wedding guests had ever attended. Tuby's rentals were high quality and perfect! Small details like the gold silverware made all the difference. My husband and I are so thankful to Tuby for every single thing she did to make our wedding the absolute perfect day. My wedding day was nothing short of perfection and something I will never forget. ust when I first spoke to tuby a year ago and rightfully so! They absolutely exceeded my expectations and let me tell you they were high!!! Tuby and the whole team went above and beyond countless times to make our big day everything we envisioned and more. I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done without Tuby there every step of the way. My whole family thought I would be bridezilla.. I mean, I even thought I would be… but there was nothing to be bridezilla over! I really got to enjoy every minute of my wedding day and that’s all thanks to you guys. was an employee who was found to be inside the garage of the ceremony site ( a residence) they were collecting chairs from. The chairs were outside and there was no reason for him to be inside. Additionally this same employee kept asking to use the restroom inside at the reception site (also a residence) and made vulgar comments to the owner such as “I gotta take a shit” it was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable with a stranger inside homes without permission and asking to use a private restroom when there was a gas station just down the road. I hope in the future this kind of behavior is not the kind of behavior they allow with their future employees.

Tuby from YCBT rentals did a great job with my wedding. I started planning with her 8 months in advance and I was painstakingly particular about everything. She worked with me on all the details and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Every guest told me the decor at my wedding was amazing! People commented that the decor is like the pictures you see when you google wedding decor ideas. There was a lot of attention to details and Tuby added things to my decor which were not contracted. She told me before my wedding that she would add things to the decor when she was setting up since sometimes things look sparse once you get them in the ballroom. I didn’t honestly think she would but she added things which I was not expecting and it all turned out spectacular! Would give her a 100 out 10. Best decorator in the Phoenix area. Amazing to work with and executes your vision perfectly and then adds some more on top of that. I also had to delay my wedding because of Covid and Tuby rescheduled me without any issues. I would use her for any party decor. Don’t waste your time with any other decorators. YCBT has the most modern/up to date decor items. No other decorator in Phoenix will come close to it. Other decorators will charge 4x what YCBT charges for 1/4 of the quality.

Their thoughts and ideas were beautiful, they were the perfect decorators for our wedding, and they felt just right for us and our personality. They were exactly the type of decorators we were looking for. From step 1 to step 10 they was on point with everything; no stone left unturned. Tuby made the wedding planning process as smooth as can be and we cannot stress enough how amazing she is!! The experience was stunning from beginning to end. She was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure our special day turned out to be as perfect as we envisioned it. Even after we made slight changes her and there they were accommodating each time. We had the easiest and most enjoyable wedding planning experience and it was all thanks to Tuby. Our wedding ballroom decorations were absolutely perfect! Tuby and Michael went above and beyond for us and we appreciate all that they did for us regarding our special day - Can't thank them enough!!!! Thank you Tuby and Michael for such amazing decorations that you made for us and the extra touches you added was beyond generous. You were way above 5 stars! I used this vendor for my chair rentals, since I did not like the venues chairs. SO easy to work with. They took care of setup and take down all themselves. Best price guaranteed. ...
I did a ton of research and they by far beat all the other vendors in terms of price. I use the gold chiavari chairs and they were beautiful. After paying for the order and months later I didn't need as many chairs as I though and they issued a refund. Very wonderful to work with!

The food was incredible (prime rib! roasted potatoes! cocktail meatballs!), but more than that, she surprised us with customized monogrammed menus that matched our decor.
