She kept everything running smoothly for the ceremony and reception. She was there to help with everything and was very attentive to our needs. Her assistant Judy was equally as helpful and very sweet. I've heard horror stories about bossy, rude wedding coordinators, Tawnya and Judy are the absolute opposites! I would also highly recommend the YCC. Their packages were awesome! We chose the gold and couldn't have been more satisfied. Food, alcohol choices, and included services were hands down the best. 5 stars!

so many compliments about my wedding from everyone... It was all everyone talked about for the next week! I cannot tell you how wonderful they did and how they made our wedding so memorable! I would recommend the Youghiogheny country club to anyone and you will have the best wedding!

ception was absolutely beautiful! Nothing was left undone! Decorations inside and out; music with DJ Chris was insane; food delicious! asy to get a hold of. The club is beautiful and Tawyna decorated it very well with our stuff. Also, the food is delicious and Signature Desserts made us an awesome cake that tasted amazing! They were very nice to deal with and did exactly what we asked. DJ Chris is phenomenal as well and we got many compliments saying it was really fun and he had everyone dancing all night. Additionally, the staff waited on us all night, we felt like celebrities! Also, the outside was very pretty for pictures and it was nice to have the bridal suite upstairs for the wedding party. The nice thing about their wedding packages is that they are not set in stone and you can add or delete things due to personal preference. We had the gold package and it did make things very easy. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple who wants a great atmosphere, great service, and great food. We went to several other venues before this club, but no one was as down to earth and nice as Tawnya. Everyone had a blast!!

been happier! Our first meeting with Tawnya lasted almost 2 hours. We made sure that we had questions to ask, so that we wouldn't forget anything. At the end of the tour, we didn't have to ask anything since she covered it all as we walked around. We knew when we left that day, that we were calling her to book. The package included so much, it took a lot of stress away from having to make centerpieces or find a bakery etc... We cannot say enough great things about Tawnya. She was always there if we had any questions and made sure that we had all the information we needed. We can honestly say that we were not stressed one bit about how the day was going to go. We have received so many compliments on EVERYTHING!! The room was beautiful, the food was great, and everyone had a great time! We cannot thank her enough!! :)

Tawnya was so easy to work with and so accommodating with everything I wanted. And like my mom said the day of my wedding "Whatever Tawnya gets paid, she should get double". That is 100% true! Our friends and family keep raving that it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to! I would absolutely recommend the Yough Country Club to anyone!

The package we choose included the alcohol, the cake (Signature Desserts), the DJ (Motion Productions), and the centerpieces (Brides and Butterflies), as well as a day of coordinator. Tawnya was just wonderful to work with. She helped make everything go smoothly and was just a pleasure to talk too. My husband and I both are glad we choose YCC because everyone was so very nice and helped to make it the perfect day for us! Thank you Tawnya and YCC for the wedding of our dreams!

on the day of the wedding. All my guests raved about how delicious the food was (creamy princess soup is a must)!!! I recommend their Gold Package, which includes everything you need for your wedding! It really made things stress-free and super easy. We also had our ceremony at the club, at their outdoor location. It was absolutely beautiful! Tawnya helped decorate and made sure everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding and we are so happy we went with the Youghiogheny Country Club, for both our ceremony site and reception!

sier. The huge bridal suite is beautiful and comfortable with the hors d'oeuvres and drinks served to the bridal party. The vendors associated with the YCC are top of the line. Signature desserts made the most beautiful cake which also tasted great, DJ Chris was awesome, and the centerpieces by Brides and Butterflies were beautiful. The ballroom was absolutely beautiful and looked like something out of a fairytale. The food was so delicious. Every employee we encountered throughout the night was professional and pleasant. The reception totally exceeded my expectations. Tawnya made the whole process so easy and really made the day something that we will always remember. I have received so many compliments on everything. I honestly can not say one bad thing about the whole experience. I would recommend the YCC to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

like an “all-inclusive” venue with tons of amenities (depending on your package). We had a gorgeous, huge bridal suite to relax in before the reception began which was pre-stocked with our hors d’oeuvres and had people waiting there to bring us drinks. YCC practically plans your entire reception for you. With the gold package, the wedding cake and DJ were included, as well as a vendor for centerpieces. You get all this at a (literally) unbelievable price. I went from being extremely stressed out to not having to worry about a thing after meeting with YCC (and Tawnya). The vendors that YCC are affiliated with are top of the line. The baker, Signature Desserts, was amazing. My cake was GORGEOUS and perfect, just as I imagined, and tasted even better than it looked. The DJ (DJ Chris, Motions Productions) was awesome. He has great taste in music, and there was barely anyone sitting once he started up. Finally, the woman who does the centerpieces (Brides and Butterflies) is so creative. As far as the overall décor, once all the linens were put on and the centerpieces put together, the YCC looked like something out of a fairytale. My sister kept telling me I had a “David Tutera wedding”. I know everyone always think they have the best wedding that anyone’s ever been to, but I REALLY believe that with my whole heart. The best part about it is that I feel like I barely had to do any work to get this reception. Tawnya made the whole process easy, and made sure to check on me throughout the night to make sure that everything was perfect (which it was). The entire staff of YCC was fabulous. I honestly don’t think I could say one bad thing about any part of my experience. I would recommend anyone and everyone to have their reception at YCC.

elicious. All of the gold package vendors were wonderful. We had our ceremony in the ballroom and it was beautiful and classy. Everyone was accommodating and pleasant all day long. We got so many compliments :) I would recommend this venue to everyone :)

ge so it made it much easier for everyone to relax and know when and where to be. The Food was outstanding!!! My guests are still talking about how good the food was. My DJ (Chris) was very entertaining, and knew how to "feel" the crowd for which music to play. He was very accomidating to US (Bride and Groom)for special requests we had. He was wonderful to work with, and would recommend him to any party. The Cake was decadent!!! I really was soooo happy how the design came out,(Signature Desserts)and the are very easy to work with. My Flowers were beautiful!! Exactly what I envisioned, and also the centerpieces, just perfect. Also wonderful to work with(Brides and Butterflies) My photographers were sensational, never missing a beat, I am so excited to see my prints!! The photo booth was a hit there were over 250 pictures. Fineline Photography was also very easy to work with.. reccomend them highly!!

th the country club listing two possible dates for our wedding. When we finally decided on which date we were going to settle on the country club changed our contract from a 5 and 1/2 hour reception to a 5 hour reception... same price. Then, the coordinator left us waiting in the bridal suite for almost an hour after arriving which shortened our night. To make matter worse, dinner was supposed to be served no later than 6:15 p.m. and we didn't get our food until almost 7:20. My chicken was cold and dry to the point that I couldn't even finish it. I felt completely rushed to eat because the food was so late coming out, and cold that people didn't finish eating and began getting up before my husband and I could leave our table. Several guests complained to me after the wedding stating that their food was cold and they weren't served the wedding cake. I specifically told the staff to serve all of the wedding cake and I did not want an anniversary layer, yet my guests didn't get cake?!? Our wedding was on a Friday and Saturday's wedding cookies were stored in the same area our cookies were placed... wonder who got whose... The staff at the county club lacks professionalism. The coat check is not worth a penny and didn't do his job at all. The decorations and linens are great, but the vases for the bouquets are PLASTIC! The staff lost a picture frame of mine, but did a good job repacking the decor I brought because the decor package by Brides & Butterflies was lacking luster. There is no where on location to take pictures in colder weather. The bathrooms are filthy. The DJ's equipment had a few second malfunction, and his cocktail music wasn't the greatest... all of these things one would expect to have top of the line, but it was just NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I even had one guest come to me days after the wedding and tell me that I got ripped off. I definitely feel cheated and would NOT recommend this vendor.

on the course. Food was great - people even took home to go boxes with their leftovers! (great for some of our older guests) - went above and beyond providing special meals - gluten free, dairy free, and vegan without blinking an eye and each guest with special need had their meal right without even double checking. Waitstaff and bartenders equally on the ball. Great experience! FYI on my plans: Nov 5th wedding, 100 people, sit down dinner & open bar

group pictures even after the sun went down. The food was excellent. They went above and beyond what I asked or even expected of them. The on site contact the night of the wedding kept everything roling so we did not get behind but stayed far enough away as to not be intrusive. We got far more htan we paid for!!!;I could not think of one complaint!
