About this vendor
Young Hip & Married, based in Missoula, MT, is a wedding officiant team that offers services in BC, Alberta, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Their mission is to create lively and special ceremonies so you can look back on your wedding day and remember the unforgettable experience.
The company's story started in 2004 when Shawn and Erica Miller married. Their wedding journey inspired them to help others have a beautiful and personalized ceremony. With Shawn's coaching training and Erica's background in psychology, they started a relationship coaching company in 2010. This was until they recruited their friend, who was a wedding officiant, and they soon started offering coaching and officiant services for couples. Today, they operate in cities across Canada and the United States with our team of 40 plus wedding officiants, elopement photographers, and support staff.
Young Hip & Married will create a creative and personalized ceremony, whether a fancy hotel celebration, a quaint backyard picnic, or an intimate occasion with you and your fiancé on a mountaintop. Their services range from elopements, custom weddings, and adventure elopements to ceremony rehearsals, vow-writing courses, and ceremony script writing. Contact the team for more information on their wedding packages.

From start to finish working with Shawn was a pleasure. His enthusiasm for his work is like no other. I discovered him on TikTok while researching officiant related subjects. His c...
ontent brought many things to my attention that I had not previously thought of and with that, I had to hire him. We had our own officiant, a friend, so what we used Shawn for was ceremony script writing, vow assistance, and help with preparing our chosen officiant for our wedding. Shawn has said that the ceremony is one of if not the most important parts of your wedding, and I couldn't agree more. My wedding was a dream come true and the ceremony script and vows were huge contributing factors. Hiring Shawn was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding and was also one of the best values. Do yourself a favor and hire Young Hip and Married for your wedding and vow renewal related needs.

was amazing. She took all of the things we said about our love story to heart and made the speech for the day a great tale of our love together. I absolutely recommend them for every one that wants or needs an unforgettable officiant that helps make your day more amazing along the way. Not to mention the vow tutorial made our vows not only sound amazing but they were so meaningful to both us and our families when we read them during the ceremony.

th her, and we absolutely loved working with her! She responded to any questions we had super quickly, kept us on track by scheduling meetings at mid-way points to go over the ceremony, and was so patient with our indecision on some elements. Sarah also came to our rehearsal the day before the wedding in the rain and was still smiling and so positive about the whole thing, and helped make sure everything went smoothly. The day of, the personalized vows she wrote were perfect- she paid so much attention to what we'd told her about ourselves and our values, and our friends and family can't stop talking about the ceremony and most of them cried, haha. We'll never forget it, and we're so grateful to Sarah! We'd give our highest recommendations to Sarah and to Young Hip and Married.
