dates of travel without my permission. She refuses to give your money back and tell you that its not refundable. This is FRAUD. KENDRA will not get away with this and still owes me 3580. She is the most unprofessional person i have dealt with in business. She is to busy going on the vacations she books instead of booking the trips she plans for the guest that she contracted. She has deceptive business practices, and she will not get away with this. IM not done with her and her business will not do this to anyone else. Shes rude, disrespectful and has a excuse for everything. She broke a contract then tells you that its not refundable which is illegal. JUST WAIT.

hich i though was strange. Just felt really out the loop on what I was paying for...still do. Also when I asked for basic detail about what I was paying for i was told "feel free to book elsewhere if you have concerns" instead of providing me detail. Be prepared to be kept in the dark if you book. Wont be using for my bachelor party or honeymoon.
