We absolutely recommend using Katie and her team as a bar service for your event! We used Your Bar Maui for our wedding in Kapalua and it exceeded our expectations. Not only were the signature cocktails fantastic, but the staff and service went above and beyond. Our guests loved the drinks and setup of the bar. Katie was able to customize our bar service based on our vision and was extremely communicative leading up to the wedding. She even put together a customized bar list to make alcohol shopping easy. Katie and her team made our wedding day even more special with their drinks and service! One note for future clients: If you are purchasing your alcohol from Costco on Maui in hopes to return unopened bottles after your event, make sure the bottles are NOT refrigerated (or even remotely cold) and the labels are completely in tact. Costco unfortunately would not take our unopened bottles because there was slight condensation on them and tables had small marks. Although this was incredibly frustrating, we were able to make a bunch of peoples' day outside of Costco by handing out our unopened bottles. Hopefully people can learn from our mistake :)

Katie at Your Bar Maui was such a pleasure to work with! She worked with me to plan my bar menu for my wedding in Kapalua, Maui and made the process super easy by providing options for signature cocktails and a shopping list for alcohol. The cocktails were so delicious and not too sweet. Our wedding guests definitely enjoyed them and we had an amazing night :) Katie also offered a disposable barware option which was affordable for our budget. It was a seamless experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend them for anyone planning a wedding or fun event. Thank you Your Bar Maui!

was extremely helpful and timely in building a menu, determining the right amount of product to buy and even provided some helpful tips on what to do with anything extra (even though there was not a lot lol). Katie was extremely professional and was great with all of our guests, young and old. We had two craft cocktails as well as a full bar for guests to chose from. We had a lot of guests with many different tastes for cocktails, Katie and team knocked it out of the park. Katie also really understands how to help a client stay on budget, we came in knowing what we wanted to serve and how much we wanted to spend and Katie found ways to make our cocktails fun and special while also staying on budget, she does a great job making it fun to plan this part of the reception. From the guests arriving at the ceremony to the last bus leaving, Katie and team were there providing a fun and professional bar service. Their bar staff was quick but still meticulous with their cocktails, making sure the first Mai Thai looked just as beautiful as the 100th :) You really cannot go wrong with this team and I highly recommend them, Katie thanks again for the great service and for helping make some great memories at our reception, we will be forever grateful. To anyone planning a wedding/reception, YourBar Maui really is the best choice.

uper important to me to have fresh and local ingredients wherever possible and Katie worked SO hard to make this happen. Our signature drinks were incredibly delicious. I knew I wanted Aperol in one and ginger in the other and Katie was on it! We brainstormed together and came up with Aperol Paloma and Ginger gin gimlets and OMG were they amazing and so beautiful to look at!! Every dream I had, Katie elaborated on and made into something even more amazing. And that was just the beginning! She was so on it with every singe detail, worry, or question I had. She and her staff were professional yet so much fun and felt like my hype team! They really set the stage for the incredibly magical evening. I had so many people tell me how amazing the bar and the drinks were and I am SO thankful I hired her!! She is truly the best if you are looking for a bar look no further.
