My previous hair/makeup artist left me hanging the week of the wedding, so my wedding coordinator referred me over to Leah at Your Beautiful Face and she really came through! She sent an amazing team that did incredible, and honestly I'm glad it worked out the way that it did because Your Beautiful Face was a million times better than my original hair/makeup artist! All of my bridesmaids looked beautiful and my hair and makeup was EXACTLY what I wanted, even though we weren't able to do a trial beforehand! I HIGHLY recommend Leah and her team!!

The Your Beautiful Face Co did an AMAZING job with hair and make up for my wedding. They truly stick to the meaning of their name by doing hair and make up that is flawless, but you still look like you! They listen to the style that you want and execute it beautifully. All my bridesmaids loved their hair and make up and were extremely satisfied with their look. I did a trial run which was perfect for my bridals, and then the day of the wedding everything went perfectly. They come to you so that you can get ready in the comfort of your own space with family and friends. So easy to work with, and they are so much fun! I highly recommend them and I promise you will be so happy with your look on your wedding day!

LOVED my wedding hair and make-up by Roxanna! Leah and her YBF ladies were professional and knowledgeable throughout my entire experience. I had a trial run a few months before the wedding, and that was so much fun - yes, it was a little extra, but it was so worth it! I showed Roxanna a few pictures as ideas of what I wanted, and she took those and ran. I felt so beautiful (which helps when you want your confidence to show in pictures that are going to last forever), and my mom and sisters looked stunning as well! I cannot say enough positive things about Your Beautiful Face! They truly made me feel like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day, and my bridesmaids were also very pleased with their hair and makeup. YBF provides a makeup touch up kit, but I didn't need to use it because my hair and makeup stayed flawless all night long. No kidding, I woke up the next morning and my updo was still perfectly in place! This speaks volumes to the quality of their hair and makeup artists as well as the products they use. My review would not be complete if I did not mention how Your Beautiful Face literally saved my wedding day! I came across YBF roughly three weeks before my wedding after I had a not so great hair and makeup trial at the salon I was originally planning to use (last minute I know, but I was planning my wedding from out of town). In a mild panic, I e-mailed a number of hair and makeup studios, and the owner, Leah, was very prompt to reply to my inquiry. She was able to schedule a trial two days later before I flew back to DC, and the rest is history. A big thank you to Your Beautiful Face! I plan to schedule a makeup lesson next time I'm in Houston!

My wedding was on 2/27/16 and Your Beautiful Face did a wonderful job on my hair/makeup, as well as all the bridesmaids. They arrived on time and did a great job at looking at pictures of hair styles each girl wanted and recreating it. Each service was allowed 30 minutes, but several ran over pushing us later than expected. We did allow extra time for this when planning, so all was well. Other than that, they did great. I would recommend them as your hair and makeup stylists.

Your Beautiful Face did an AMAZING job of making me and my bridal party look incredible for the wedding! I did a consultation for the bridal portraits I took, and I could not believe how beautiful they came out nor how light the makeup felt (as a woman who wears very little makeup). The team was very flexible on the morning of the wedding creating the perfect look for my bridesmaids, my mother-in-law, my mother, and me. They were extremely easy going when timelines were shifted due to delays in schedules, and everyone felt like a superstar walking down the aisle. Your Beautiful Face is reasonably priced, and this comes from someone who wasn't going to pay for day-of makeup due to cost. You will not be disappointed with this company!

Your Beautiful Face goes above and beyond for their clients! The job of a makeup artist is to enhance the beauty of their client, and YBF has a natural talent for making their clients stunning--and happy. I write for a bridal magazine and have seen their work time and time again, which can only be described as flawless. Talking to her brides is a joy, as they all lavish this company with praises. Personally, my family has used YBF for special occasions and high school dances as well, after many referrals, and they are the only ones I would trust for myself and my daughters. Dependable, skillful, truly caring.

I had my hair and make-up done by Leah when I was a bridesmaid for both my sister and my sister-in-law. She is extremely professional and easy to work with. She was punctual for all appointments and came to our house and did hair and make-up for the brides, all of the bridesmaids, and my mother both times. My sister actually had her hair done by someone else previously and Leah rescued her from having a less than great updo for her wedding! Everything held up great all night long, look beautiful in pictures, and we never required touch ups to hair or make-up other than lipstick. I plan on booking her for my own wedding next year.

April (one of the Your Beautiful Face artists) did an amazing job with my wife (the bride), my mother and mother-in-law. April was very quick, competent and friendly. Most importantly, my wife loved her hair and make-up! Thanks for helping our perfect day be that much better!

I have had Leah and her team style my hair and makeup for 3 different weddings. Once as the bride and 2 times as a Bridesmaid. They are AMAZING!!!! As the bride I wanted more of a natural look to my makeup and they gave me exactly what I requested. I had no idea how I wanted my hair and let her team have creative charge on that and I have loved it every time!!!! I found her to be incredibly fair in pricing and her staff is very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire a makeup/hair stylist for thier big day!

Working with Your Beautiful Face was the BEST decision I made throughout the entire crazy wedding planning process!! Everyone’s hair and makeup looked stunning, and I never felt anxiety or worry leading up to or during the big day because the customer service was so wonderful. Leah, the owner, was so sweet and patient in making sure my bridesmaids and I were nothing less than ecstatic with our hair and makeup results. She was attentive and very professional. When my bridesmaids and I arrived at the venue she was already there with a table spread of makeup and hair tools set up, hot, and ready to go! I’m super impressed with the punctuality, delightful customer service, and most of all the confidence I felt on such a major, life changing day. My friends and family were so impressed that my hair and makeup remained intact all day and night despite hours of dancing! This company severely lacks talent and professionalism. They were very sloppy on hair and make up. They do not follow directions and could not style as show in photos. They were rushed trying to get everyone done in time for pictures and that definitely showed through in their work. I would never recommend or use this company in the future.

My bridesmaids, mother and myself used this company for both the bridal portrait and wedding. They come to you, look at pictures of what you have in mind, and do flawless work that lasts throughout the evening. I was dancing up a storm at the reception and the photos look awesome! My makeup didn't run! I loved these guys!

My mom booked Leah for my bridal party and me and I'm so glad she did. I did a trial run for hair and makeup a couple of weeks before the wedding and had a vague idea of what I was going for. Leah was very patient, easy-going, but a consummate professional and helped me comb through my Pinterest boards to narrow down my ideas and talk through my perfect look. I was pretty happy with my hair and makeup after the trial run but she wanted me to be thrilled, so we talked about a couple of tweaks and she took some pictures and made some notes. The day of the wedding when everyone else was overwhelmed with details, Leah was cool, collected, and exactly what we needed. She had her timeline down perfectly so that she and her assistant did hair and makeup for my mom, stepmom, aunt, three sisters, and me within a couple of hours without anyone feeling rushed or stressed. They had come to us at our hotel so it was a really wonderful, relaxing couple of hours during an otherwise hectic couple of days. She had all of her notes ready to go from our prep session, and she made the tweaks to my hair so that I was COMPLETELY in love with it. Same for my makeup. I don't normally wear a ton so I was a little freaked out by the airbrushing at first but once I saw all my sisters in fake eyelashes (and they did look great, just very dramatic) and I went natural, I felt very comfortable. All of our hair and makeup turned out flawlessly in the pictures, and we got so many compliments all night and people have been asking us ever since where we got our hair and makeup done. Another thing I was impressed with was her ability to work quickly with a variety of people and personalities. She did hair and makeup for both young people (i.e. my 19 and 22-year old sisters) as well as middle-aged relatives. Everyone looked classy and absolutely stunning and felt great. I'm so grateful that we found someone like Leah to work with--she's both talented and kind! Highly, highly recommend.

These people are so sweet, fun, and professional. They know how to do hair and makeup to where it looks natural but beautiful at the same time! They also come to the venue which is a huge plus!

Your Beautiful Face was hands down one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! It was a wonderful experience working with April, who coordinated all of the wedding day services. She was personable and attentive. I had a trial run for hair and makeup, and then on the day of the wedding, Roxana and Erica came to The Woodlands Country Club to do hair and makeup on me, my five bridesmaids and my flower girl. They did an AMAZING job!!! Each one of us was happy and could trust these two ladies to make us look our best! Roxana was in charge of my look and I cannot express my gratitude for being able to relax in her care! The hair and makeup held up perfectly through the night. I would highly recommend YBF to anyone looking for this service!! They were excellent!

I am extremely pleased that I chose this company! The girls working here are very talented in hair and make up! You have the same people do your trial as your wedding day which is perfect because they know exactly what you want before the big day! I was unsure of the air brush make up but definitely suggest it. It is light feeling and looking but stays perfectly the ENTIRE night - even after crying, dancing, eating and maybe even a bit of sweating. My hair also stayed the whole night. :) Great people!

I've been in many many wedding and for the first time ever, every single bridesmaid, the bride, and my mom all loved their makeup! Leah, the owner, did a fantastic job and really tried to give each of the look we wanted. I was impressed with the level of customer service and follow-through with the company, also love how each bridesmaid can pay online for their makeup. They always emailed reminders about appointments (trial runs) and before the wedding confirmed every details with me. The makeup artist we were scheduled to have ended up not being able to make our wedding, which I wasn't even aware of at first, as the owner came and filled in for her that day even though she was out on maternity leave- seriously had just given birth like 2 weeks before and was there doing all of our makeup with a huge smile. She was amazing!!

I loved Mandy. She was so wonderful and listened to what I wanted. She came to our hotel room, which made it very convenient. This place is very reasonably priced. We had three people get makeup done and we all looked stunning. She was quick and too the point. The airbrush made us look flawless. I wish I had asked her to put a thicker coat of foundation on because after eight hours I did not look as good...After a long day of wedding festivities, makeup is going to wear off.

I highly recommend Your Beautiful Face for your makeup and hair! I am not one that is super comfortable with a lot of makeup and styling but I still wanted to look special on my wedding day. Leah did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and suggesting things that she thought would look beautiful. She has great taste and style and in the end I was so happy with how I looked (and felt!). It was just right, I felt comfortable and myself and yet looked and felt beautiful. And the makeup and hair lasted all day through heat, rain and all the wedding wear. Leah and the other artists were all very nice, professional, and personable and I enjoyed the whole experience. Again I highly recommend them!

My artist's name was Heather, and she did an impeccable job on my hair and makeup. She was incredibly sweet and fun to work with, and I got non-stop compliments on my hair and makeup at the wedding. I'm so happy I decided to use a professional artist instead of doing it myself. There is no way I could EVER do such an amazing job. They are the most reasonably priced hair and makeup company I found. My only complaint was that it was very difficult to schedule my trial run for my bridal shoot. When I booked with them, they told me to tell them when I scheduled my bridal shoot and they would handle my trial appointment. In reality, I had to coordinate the schedule of my artist with that of my photographer (which is not what I was told on the phone), so I had a stressful time finding a time that worked for everyone. My bridal shoot ended up being so close to the wedding that I didn't have time to print pictures to display at the wedding. But, if I had known that I needed to cross coordinate schedules in the first place, that wouldn't have been an issue. In the end, I am very happy I used Your Beautiful Face. And if you are looking for a vintage inspired look, Heather is your go to girl.

Heather did a wonderful job on my wedding day. My hair looked beautiful thanks to her! She also did my mom, sister and other girls in the wedding party. We all loved what she did. She is great to work with and I highly recommend using her.

My hair and make-up trial was amazing, the wedding day hair and make-up were even better. Even with 6 girls, we stayed on track and even finished a little early. Everything was great and I felt like a princess! They are a little slow with getting back to e-mails, but always responded within a few days.

I have never felt so beautiful than the day of my wedding. Heather did my makeup for my portraits and on the day of my wedding, beautiful. YBF came down to galveston to do the makeup of all my bridesmaids and they were actually more reasonable than a lot of people my friends have used. Leah also did my airbrush tan for all the events. Gorgeous color and looks amazing. I can't say enough about this company, great choice!!

Mandy did an outstanding job on my hair and makeup! I really did feel like a princess. She also did my bridesmaids hair. They were all very pleased. The only bad thing was by the end of the night my hair was coming down and I lost many bobby pins. You can even see some hanging out in my photos.

Leah did my hair and makeup for my engagement pictures, spray tans, and wedding day hair and makeup. NO COMPLAINTS!! She's so good! The ladies at You Beautiful Face Co. were so good!! We had three people in our wedding party get hair and the airbrush make up done. The ladies will come to your venue and do all the hair and make up. The trial run for me was a lot of fun. I didn't even bring anyone with me and it was fun. They were very patient and efficient. They are also very affordable. Thank you for all you did.

I have never actually liked getting my hair or makeup done because I never felt like I looked like myself. . . and I am so glad that was not the case for my wedding. Your Beautiful Face did an amazing job making me feel beautiful AND like myself on the day of my wedding. They were quick and my hair and make-up (airbrushing is amazing btw) were perfect. Totally worth the expense!

I would recommend Your Beautiful Face to any bride. A friend recommended them to me when my hairdresser did a terrible trial! These ladies got me in for a trial within a week even though were extremely busy! She took my suggestions and gave me great pointers about the type of hair I have that no other hairdresser has ever given me. The day of the wedding I had to women do the hair and makeup for my 4 bridesmaids, me and my mother. All the girls looked beautiful and loved the experience!

I had a very specific idea of how I wanted to look at my wedding, and Leah nailed it! She made it happen...even better than I could have imagined. She met with me a few times leading up to the wedding and really listened to exactly what I wanted. She is sweet, extremely patient and immensely talented at both makeup AND hair. She added the perfect extensions to my hair that gave me the exact look I had brought to her in pictures. The makeup and hair lasted all night. In fact, when the wedding was over, I didn't want to take it off because it was still so perfect! I had met with a few makeup and hair people before the wedding and none of them compared to Leah. Also, I have worked with lots of makeup/hair artists in both LA and NYC, and by far, Leah is the best one I have ever worked with. She also did the MOB and MOH who both looked spectacular. She is worth every penny, and more. Without a doubt, I would recommend her to anyone wanting to feel beautiful -- whether fully "glammed-out" or with a more natural look...because Leah can do anything you ask for. I can't thank her enough.

My makeup was flawless on the day of my wedding. I did a bridal portrait session, a wedding day package as well as my bridesmaids. It was a bit expensive for the bridesmaids hair & makeup, but mine was worth every penny. My skin looked flawless, and the makeup lasted from noon until midnight. I also have extremely straight Asian hair that does not stay up, and I did not have a single hair out of place on my wedding day. My portrait session, I tried a loose style (a la Taylor Swift), but that didn't stay. I blame my hair type though, not the stylist. I told her of the problem for the wedding (same person) and we did a different style, and it was perfect!

While the makeup for myself and my bridesmaids was nice, the process was a struggle.

Leah was great -- really easy to work with, and she really listened to me. I loved the look and it absolutely lasted -- from just before noon when she finished, all the way until we got to the hotel at midnight!

On my way for my hair and makeup appt. I got in a wreck and was 30 minutes late. She was AWESOME!! She curled my extensions while she waited and was very understanding! My makeup was perfect and she added the extensions that matched my hair perfectly and made it look so pretty and full. My now husband thought I looked beautiful and that was the goal! Plus she is just so COOL!

Leah owner of, “Your Beautiful Face” was an absolute lifesaver. She made me feel like a bride on my wedding day which was not something I thought anyone could do. I was married on Sunday June 26, 2011, in the chapel at St. Luke’s Hospital in the medical center in Houston, approximately 72 hours after being diagnosed with Acute Leukemia. Originally we had a destination wedding planed for 8/20/11 but life had other plans. The doctors informed us that I would be too sick by August to have a wedding and especially one out of town. The plan was for me to start chemotherapy ASAP and I on Friday morning that was told if I wanted to get married I would need to do it no later than that Friday. At around 8am on Saturday I called and texted Your Beautiful Face and asked if there was any way they could do my hair and make-up on Sunday for a 2pm wedding. I got a response immediately from their office saying they could do it and would call shortly. When they called back they said the owner wanted to my make up herself and that she would be there by 10:45am. She was on time, super nice, quick and worked in a cramp hospital room surrounded by nurses, friends and family, it was VERY impressive. Not only was Leah incredibly nice, prompt and professional. Her work was amazing, fast and beautiful. I felt so wonderful to look in the mirror and realize she did such an amazing job that I didn’t look sick; in fact I looked beautiful and got tons of compliments. Her most amazing last minute treat for me. I had a medical port installed in my left shoulder and was upset that it was going to be visible, so she installed hair extensions in that matched my hair and went forward over my should and hid the port. For me Your Beautiful Face made my wedding. I would love to use her again, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

This is the best Make-up company in Houston! They are amazing ladies. I had Mandy and Cricket for my wedding day and they both did an amazing job with all my bridesmaids and flower girls. I also had the great pleasure of using them for a friends wedding and had amazing results with them again. I suggest you use this company for any make-up needs!!!!

I cannot believe how amazing of a job Heather did on my wedding day. I truly felt like a princess. I changed some of the things I originally wanted from my trial and she went with it and did an amazing job. The stylists are very cool and laid-back, and they do their job quickly and efficiently, leaving you looking amazing. My mom and and bridesmaid also got their makeup done and looked beautiful. The makeup lasted through a hot July day and well into a night of dancing. I highly recommend using their services for any makeup/hair needs. The fact that they bring everything to you makes it even better!

Your Beautiful Face was a great choice for me! In the interest of making my wedding day as easy as possible, I looked for a combined hair and make up vendor who would come to our location. Your Beautiful Face turned out to be exactly what I wanted. They do a wonderful job! There were 4 of us total who used their services the day of the wedding and we were all very pleased with the results. Despite the heat and dancing, hair and makeup stayed in place all day and evening! They really listed to what I wanted done and absolutely nailed it! I would certainly recommend them for any major event you have coming up. One caution, hair and make up trials are not free so make sure that you factor that into the budget and schedule something (engagement photos, bridal shots, something) after the trial to help make it worth it!
