In our initial meeting we realized my husband’s sister had actually attended a wedding officiated by Molly the year prior at our exact venue. This connection was a fun way to start off the conversation. When we spoke to my husband’s sister she remembered how personalized the ceremony had been and was under the belief Molly had been a friend of the couple. Molly was approachable, kind, and genuine in her interactions with us. Her process included having us individually complete a couples questionnaire to allow us to reflect on our relationship story, values, and hopes for the future to allow her to get to know us a bit better. Molly was able to weave our questionnaires together to create a touching, humorous, and completely personalize script to capture our many years together. The script was finalized after several review sessions and Molly was totally open to feedback we had around modifying certain parts of the script. We were so excited for our guests to get to experience our ceremony. The wedding day was absolutely perfect and we received many compliments on how sweet and personable our ceremony was. Molly was prepared and professional throughout the process working with her. In the end, Molly really did feel like a friend! We had several guests express surprise that we had hired Molly as they assumed she as a family member or friend given how well she knew us. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering working with her.

One of our friends even asked why we had decided to hire an officiant after already being legally married, and after experiencing the ceremony, she completely understood why. It became one of the most memorable parts of our wedding day. Another thing we really appreciated was Molly's vow support. We chose not to share our vows with each other before the wedding, so Molly reviewed both of them to make sure they complemented each other without revealing any surprises. As a non-native English speaker, I was especially grateful for Molly's support with my vows. She helped me think through how to express my story, values, and cultural background in a way that felt authentic to me while also resonating with my American husband and our guests. She helped me stay true to my own voice while making sure my message would be fully understood, and that was an incredible gift. Throughout the entire process, Molly was thoughtful, encouraging, and genuinely invested in making our ceremony feel like us. Molly poured so much time and energy to make sure that our wedding ceremony & script was perfected curated to mirror my husband and I’s personality, values and beliefs. She went the extra mile and scheduled a video call to chat through her process prior to officially booking her as our officiant. Throughout the duration of the planning process, she took the time to get to know my husband and I via video chat and sent us each questionnaire so she could get to know us individually and as a couple on a deeper level. She then infused those conversations/answers into the script that was an amazing touch so the wedding script was customized to our unique story and what made our relationship so special. During the timeline that she created, she left plenty of time in for any revisions and the script was completed and finalized in plenty of time before our wedding date that really helped calmed my nerves! She emailed us a week after our wedding thanking us again for working with her and wishing us a happy one-week anniversary! During that email she even linked the resources needed to request official copies of our marriage license. We would choose Molly time and time again to be our officiant!
