Based in Dallas, GA, Your Best Guest is a wedding planning company. From having a hand in the proposal to sending the wedding party down the aisle, this company wants to design your perfect wedding. Whether you want classic romance or vintage glamor, they want to instill every celebration with the passion they have for their work.
Owner Hannah Guest has been coordinating weddings and events in some capacity for several years. This company was founded in June 2018, but, prior to this, Hannah was the manager of an event venue on the outskirts of Athens, GA. Through this position, she witnessed many weddings, all of which were entirely unique and had completely original needs. Her services are available for weddings in Athens, Atlanta, and the northern Georgia area. She and her team can, however, assist with weddings outside of these regions for an additional fee.
Hannah’s years of experience are invaluable in coordinating the technicalities of each event. Her creativity, meanwhile, is allowed to flourish through designing the decor of events, including flowers. Each celebration is thought of as a representation of the couple, whether it’s through their favorite colors or a signature song. Your Best Guest can even go the extra mile and design completely original pieces of event furniture. Their main focus is allowing the couple to put their own spin on the day.
Together with this experienced team, couples oversee every detail of their wedding to ensure that it is true to who they are. Meetings are held at the company’s headquarters, ensuring that the clients know exactly what they want, and what they’re getting, from Hannah and her staff. Carefully thought out floor plans make optimal use of the venue’s available space, maximizing the comfort of every guest, as well as any attending staff. Constant communication between the couple and their coordinator can ease any pre-wedding worries. Couples can add extra services to one of Hannah’s predesigned packages, tailoring the service to fit their needs.

She was extremely organized, communicative, and on top of everything. She managed all of our vendors and came with us to various appointments. bride and every detail. Everything ran so smoothly and stayed on schedule from the morning of wedding day until it was all over late Saturday night. I know the job starts long before wedding day and has to be stressful, but there was a sense of security in everything getting done and being done well with Hannah’s talent and display of confidence and calmness. I’m not even fully aware of everything Hannah did but I know it was a lot and I know it requires a lot of time and planning and she didn’t miss a thing. Any bride might be naturally nervous on wedding day, but bride and groom can relax about everything getting done, running smoothly and looking beautiful with Hannah at the helm. The other staff from Your Best Guest, who helped make it happen on wedding day, were great too. The venue was flipped between ceremony and reception and it was all done beautifully during the cocktail hour, just as Hannah assured my daughter it would be. Best Guest for our wedding decor which turned out wonderful. Ashley truly went above and beyond not only to make us feel comfortable but to really help our vision turn to life! I also enjoyed their organization and the use of their client portal. pement ceremony in 2020 and had such a disappointing experience. Our flowers weren't at all what we wanted and even worse, we could see some of the structural elements that were supposed to keep the flowers up. Going into our wedding celebration this year, I definitely had some reservations/hesitations because I didn't want to have the same floral experience from 2020. I mentioned all of this to Hannah when we spoke on our initial Zoom call and she sympathized with us. She was understanding when I asked questions about the designs and never judged me for asking numerous clarifying questions. I always felt heard and understood by her throughout the many Zoom calls, phone calls, and emails. I had a very specific floral vision and Hannah brought it all to life - literally from a sketch to reality! Hannah also offers a bridal preview as part of her process and it was a perfect way for us to make changes and feel even more confident about the day of. We ended up making a few changes at the bridal preview which made the florals and décor stand out even more on the wedding day!!
I wanted a very floral heavy/modern/contemporary floral aesthetic with minimal to no greenery and she DELIVERED!! The centerpiece flowers were BEAUTIFUL, her candle décor was spot on, and the huge arch installation in our venue was a true "wow moment"! It felt exactly how we wanted; a romantic, beautiful floral style with candlelight ambiance! We could not have been happier with the florals + candle décor that Hannah and her team provided!!! I also met her older sister when she dropped off our personal bouquets and she was just as sweet as Hannah! I was SO incredibly happy I found Hannah!! a planing portal on the website….it all was so reassuring and stress free. Hannah even brought up soooo many things I would have never thought about. She, and Ashley, definitely have your back! We did a ton of DIY decor and we were able to drop it off at Hannah’s warehouse so they could store it and haul it to the venue on the wedding day…talk about a weight off a busy bride’s shoulders! Our wedding was flawless! We felt so comfortable with the events of the day thanks to a detailed rehearsal with Ashley the evening prior (she even wore her rain coat to make sure the rain would pass before our outdoor ceremony the next day! Lol) . Hannah and Ashley created a perfectly thought out timeline and had it printed for everyone in the wedding party. Everyone was on the same page. Our vendors were confirmed with and told all about the details about time/location, etc. Another HUGE weight off! Most of all, these ladies are PASSIONATE about their work. There is no question about whether their hearts are in it, it is simply expressed in their work and extreme eye for detail. The way they set our DIY decor made all my wedding visions come to life. My husband and I were able to truly relax and enjoy the day knowing Hannah and Ashley had us TOTALLY covered. They even prepared snacks for us to eat after photos before going in to the reception! We were sad to say goodbye to them at the end of the evening. They truly are the BEST guest you will have at your wedding!

I couldn’t finish this review without mentioning her amazing design work as well. I hired your best guest for my coordination, design and florals. I did not get to see my venue until I started walking down the aisle. I felt like I was walking into my Pinterest board. They NAILED my vision. It was even better than I could have ever imagined. It was so enchanted and beautiful. I cannot wait to get pictures back to stare at them. The amount of compliments we have received on how our venue was transformed from bare to something so beautiful is countless. Best of all, it didn’t cost me my entire life savings (although Hannah and her team are certainly worth it). First of all, if you have not considered hiring someone for day of coordination at least, I urge you to do so. I am very type A and a total planner and so many things came up which we ended up benefiting from Your Best Guest for coordinating. Hannah executed our event to perfection. She thinks of every detail and planned all aspects flawlessly. This being said, we ended up needing to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic and Hannah Guest and her services ended up being INVALUABLE.
Hannah and her team are a pleasure to work with. Hannah is extremely talented and professional. She makes you feel like you are her friend and the only client she is currently working with and I know this is absolutely not the case. She even sends sweet surprises along the way which make all the planning very special.
