The only thing I could critique is depending on your day and time you may not be working with the same person so it is always a surprise. I only ever had one person (she did multiple of my fitting appts) that I felt like an inconvenience for her every time I was in. Otherwise, any other time I came in I felt very cared for and understood.

ess I went in with one idea but ended up with something completely different! Their dresses are all gorgeous but the stylist helped me find the perfect one for my April wedding and that flattered my shape. I knew I wanted eucalyptus green for bridesmaids and all my maids were able to find styles that they loved here! We all got alterations done that were very easy and reasonably priced. I also got my accessories and our wedding bands here, Nicole was able to order in perfect pieces to complete my look! I was SO disappointed with YDBN. We made an appointment, and after standing by the register without being acknowledged for 20minutes we finally had to tell someone we were there for an appointment (between other appointments so needed to be pro...
mpt) and was told "We're just finishing up with our other brides!" before turning around and giving a bride the option to continue trying on while we stood and waited. One of the areas to try on dresses is smack dab in front of the entrance and you are subject to everyone shopping the retail around you while making remarks and faces about everything you put on-it is not private nor an intimate experience whatsoever. The girl that was helping us was too busy running around helping everyone else to give us the time of day until my sister had already helped me into the first 4 gowns and we were obviously annoyed with her. She was not personal and her response to EVERY SINGLE DRESS was "so how does this dress make you feel?" It felt so scripted and fake. The dresses you choose to try on are literally DRUG across the store's dirty floor, the button loops are broken, the lace is torn and it's nearly impossible to feel beautiful in dresses so poorly cared for. I seriously could not get out of that place fast enough. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Nightmare. I would give it a 0 star if I could. Looks pretty but don't be fooled by Nicole's Lies. She told me that Watters makes the dress custom to fit my 4'11" size. I find out later that was a lie. My $3000 Watters dress arrived with a huge...
yellow stain, it looked like i wet my dress. Nicole had stories upon stories about how she sent it back and Watters made me a new dress which also came with a huge yellow stain in the same exact spot. After contacting Watters myself we found out that Nicole had lied. A new dress was never made. They do not make custom fitted dresses.. Etc.. At that point I had only a week before my wedding. The only option she gave me was to CUT the stains out and replace the lace, hoping it would look just like the dress was supposed to in the first place. I picked my dress up just a few days later as I was heading to get ready for the wedding. The seamstress did a horrific job, it looked like the lace was falling off the bottom and I could absolutely tell my dress was cut apart and put back together like 5 years olds art project. I had a seamstress try to make it look a little better last minute And There was nothing left for me to do but wear it..
Do not go here and be subjected to all the extra stress and lies.
