ng and I didn't know much about how the timeline was supposed to go. Gus provided us with a rough draft of a timeline and which 'events' we'd need to pick songs for. He took the guesswork out of it! And he was flexible during the reception when I asked him to tweak something. He was a GREAT MC too! He worked to get people on the dance floor when they were just sitting around talking. And, Gus worked with my coordinator to help keep the evening on track. We couldn't have hired a better DJ/MC for our wedding and reception. I highly recommend Gus!

He was able to find every song I needed for my processional and dances. We wanted our guests to actually have fun and let loose and they definitely did! Gus and his son Theo kept the dance floor full and going all night long, it was a blast. Seriously, I will always cherish the memories of dancing all night long with so many members of my friends and family at my wedding. Lastly, his uplighting is awesome and really sets the mood for the whole event. Definitely go for it!! Thank you again Gus and Theo!!!!

ade us feel comfortable. He met with us prior to the wedding to go over what we wanted. Some items we had to no clue and he gave us examples. I’m not sure if this was his first same sex wedding however he made us feel right at home. I would reccommend him for any type of wedding or party.

Their music/game choices are always appropriate and they know exactly what to do to keep your guest attention and engaged. I highly recommend working with them and look forward to working with them again!

Many of our folks were not big dancers, so most party songs didn't strike their fancy. We did give Gus a really long list of songs (over seven hours - yikes! we overdid it a bit...) that we hoped he would choose from, but most of them weren't played. (Perhaps because he was trying to get the crowd to a point where Motown and 90's music made sense?) Anyways - a really nice guy and very eager to please.

looked like we just gave up mid-song and walked off the stage. The music list I provided was not followed, nor did he play all the genres we had asked for. I could forgive all these things but when I was walking down the aisle he played the wrong version of the song I had selected. (I had sent him the name of the song, the artist, and album.) Originally I wanted him to go to the wedding rehearsal but he insisted that he had been to the venue before. This was a mistake he started paying the processional songs way too early. Also guest who sat in the back during the reception commented that they could hardly hear any of the speeches. I had gotten great reviews about him from the venue and the wedding planner but I was very underwhelmed. One of the few regrets of my wedding.

e time to chat with us -- not even about our wedding, but really took the time to get to know me, my husband & my mom too. He gave us a detailed questionnaire that allowed us to customize the music for our ceremony & reception. Gus also partnered with our photographer to come up with an itinerary for our wedding. At the reception, he kept things moving along at a great pace & kept the party going. His sound system was great, everyone could hear him & all the toasts, there was no feedback from the microphone or speakers, no static, very clear & great volume. His music is clean & censored, which was important to my husband & I. Bottom line, we HIGHLY recommend Gus!!

He really kept it moving and everyone had a great time! We would totally use him again and highly recommend checking him out. You will not be sorry.

He'll even dress as formal or casual as you want! He gives you a questionnaire to complete with different styles of music what songs you want played when what order you want everything in etc. He also has a list of songs you specially DON'T want played. A few lists of songs he has were given to us so we could give him a better idea of what types of songs we definitely did not want played as well as songs we would liked played. He didn't overdo the emceeing either. He made the whole thing completely about us our guests and having fun!
