I'm so glad that I hired your favorite day and I sincerely advice hiring a coordinator for the wedding. Please include this in your budget and you can take off lot of stress. Even though Lauren was a day of coordinator, she was in touch with us from a month before the wedding. We had several conference calls and couple of in person meetings as well. The amount of time and energy she put in planning is priceless. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Lauren and her team to anyone planning a wedding or an event. Lauren, thank you so much for everything. My Day of Coordinator was the impressive and amazing Beth McIntyre. I reached out to Beth a few months after getting engaged, knowing I was looking for just a Day of Coordinator because I had been planning all the other details myself. I knew I wanted a Day of Coordinator to not only help keep things in order but also relieve my family, friends and self from any day of tasks and stress. Well, Beth did just that and more. At our first meeting, she came prepared with a detailed questionnaire. Needless to say, I was impressed, but it didn‘t stop there. Beth presented me with a list of tasks that she would be taking the reigns on a few weeks before my actual wedding date. When agreeing to meet with Beth, little did I know that she not only handles the day of coordination but steps in four weeks prior to handle all vendor communication, final meetings as well the rehearsal. Right then and there, I knew I had made the best decision. The next few months went by every so often Beth would touch base just to make sure things were going well, which was unexpected, especially from a Day of Coordinator. Once we go to the month before that‘s when Beth went full gear. We had our first final touch base meetings and from there she took the reigns. I have never felt such a calm during the whole planning process. Beth reached out to vendors, handled final contract pieces and was there for anything I needed during those last few weeks, my “Control Freak“ side was finally able to relax. I mean do I even need to go into the rehearsal or day of? Everything was perfect. I couldn‘t have asked for a better person to hire as my Day of Coordinator. Beth was attentive to my needs, put my husband and I first even when family came into play. All around, I would highly recommend her for being part of your special day, it‘ll be one of the best decisions you will make as a Bride to Be.
