Our guests really enjoyed the music he played for the cocktail hour and reception and they loved that he went around each table and asked for couples wedding song so he could incorporate them throughout the night. We highly recommend him for your wedding or any other event. We had so much fun and are very thankful for having him MC/DJ at our wedding! Thanks so much for everything. 10/10 RECOMMEND :)

We appreciated using the website to select songs for different stages of the ceremony and reception and plan our timeline. Our guests enjoyed the opportunity to request songs. We had another call approximately two weeks prior to the wedding to firm up details and Alex was again engaged and enthusiastic about our event. His positive energy was consistent the day of. He checked in with us to make sure things were going as planned and was receptive to more requests from the guests. He worked very well with the other members of the team that made our wedding a beautiful event.

aware of the crowd - at one point he played a song that nobody was into, and within 15 seconds he had changed it. That kept everyone on the dance floor! Cons- We had a phone conversation a week in advance to finalize details and the timeline of the reception, however he didn't do anything that we discussed in that conversation. I decided to not have the "Anniversary Dance" that we had initially talked about and Alex said he was going to cross it off his timeline - yet on the wedding day he did it anyway. Luckily it wasn't a huge deal, and the Anniversary Dance seemed to go over well - but you never want your DJ to go rogue and do things that you didn't want done at your wedding. In that same week-out phone call I told Alex that our venue was going to keep the bar open until 10 so we wanted music to play until 10 (we had originally discussed ending the party at 9:45 because we thought we had to be completely out of our venue by 10.) On the night of our wedding, Alex made a "3 songs left" announcement at 9:30. Seems as if our discussion about keeping the party going until 10 was forgotten. My husband had to go over and talk to him and remind him that we had asked him to play until 10. So as far as music choices and keeping the party going, Alex was fantastic. The part that needs work is the event timeline management (which is a big part of wedding DJ-ing) and listening to & remembering client's requests.
