Your Own Winery - The Best Wine Bottle Favors

I don't even know where to begin, the customer service I received from Michele has been unparalleled! From the moment I reached out to her regarding her services, she has been extremely helpful. We went to her store and sampled the wine (which was amazing) and selected labels. We had a date set to pick up the wine, but unfortunately covid-19 had other plans. Although, we had to reschedule our pickup date, she was more than understanding. She even went above and beyond and mailed me new favors labels because we had to postpone our wedding to next year. I highly recommend them and honestly would give more than five stars if I could.

Had my daughter's bridal shower there last Sunday. We were looking for something different and fun and Your Own Winery delivered! Everything was great and we got many compliments on the venue, from the catered food which was delicious to the great staff that made the shower flow very smoothly to the bottling their own wine as the favor. The room was very comfortable for 40 people, not too crowded. I definitely recommend Your Own Winery for a fun Bridal Shower!

I am so glad my mom found "Your Own Winery" as a venue to host my bridal shower at! I was hesitant to do a very "traditional" bridal shower, so YOW was the perfect location. Michele was extremely helpful when we stopped into their new location in Bromat Plaza, just days after their move! They had not even had a party in their new space yet, but Michele gave us a tour of the space and an overview of the process (choosing two wines, helping to brew the wines, sending photos to Michele to go onto personalized labels, and then bottling on the day of the shower). Since I live out of state, I wasn't able to help with the making of the wine, but I am sure my mom and I will be back at YOW to host another event in the future! The day of the event, Michele and her staff were exceptionally helpful. The tables and tableclothes, chafing tables, and beverages were set and ready for us when we arrived to setup an hour before the party. The food from Preakness arrived promptly, and then our guests! Everyone enjoyed tasting the wine during lunch, and then bottling their own half-bottle to take home. (Having my fiancé & my faces on the bottles was a hit!) Getting everyone to participate in the bottling meant that I didn't have to play any silly games--exactly what I was trying to avoid. YOW provided exactly the shower I was looking for--we were able to have a delicious meal, share time with friends and family, and celebrate my upcoming marriage, while also bottling delicious wine to take home. I even have a few extra bottles to save for special occasions. Thank you Michele and team for a perfect afternoon!

I originally reached out to Your Own Winery because I was looking for a creative way to celebrate my Fiancée’s birthday. After contacting them, I found out that in addition to regular-sized wine bottles, we could make wine favors. This was an added bonus since our wedding was coming up and we hadn’t decided on favors yet. On our first visit, we tasted A TON of wine (I think we got a little tipsy) and started making the two batches we selected (Argentine Trio and Cabernet Blend). We came back two more times to finish the wine making process and bottle our wine. The wine favors turned out beautiful and tasty. I'm excited to see our guests reaction to these stunning, homemade gifts. Throughout the process the staff at Your Own Winery were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They even helped us bottle 120 wine favors at the end to speed up the process. We can’t wait to go back again soon to make more wine…this time some we get to actually drink!

From the minute I got engaged I knew u wanted wine as our favors. After some online searching I came across this place , I made a call and Michelle was super helpful and informative. We made our first appointment and everything from there was super easy. She made sure we had the right type of wine we wanted. Help us created our labels for our theme. I love this concept and I think for what you get the prices are very reasonable. We ended up getting more bottles than we needed since we love them so much we wanted extras for us. If you are looking for a place for favors or just a neat idea for your wine then this place won't disappoint

My fiance and I weren't sure what we wanted to do for our wedding favors. We both love wine, so we started to go that route, but buying them in bulk and labeling them ourselves seemed like more work and more money than we wanted to spend. We came across Your Own Winery and liked the idea that you participated in the wine making and bottling process. From our tasting all the way to our bottling, Michele and her team were amazing to work with! They were attentive and made everything so stress-free, a rarity in wedding planning. When our dog unexpectedly passed away, Michele helped us create the most perfect labels and tags so we could honor her at our wedding on our favors. We even involved our friends and family in the bottling experience, and they all had such a wonderful time. It was truly an amazing experience and a perfect choice for favors!

I was looking for a unique way to celebrate my daughter's upcoming wedding. "Your Own Winery" was perfect! The entire staff was so attentive that all I needed to do was relax and enjoy the party. And that we did! It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Guests so enjoyed the process of sampling, bottling, corking and labeling the wines as well as being able to bring their bottles home to sample later. Michele and her team were super helpful in aiding us in selecting the wines for our big day. Initially, we were there making a personal half batch, but we loved the idea so much we decided to have half bottles as our wedding favors. I want to thank Michele, Paul, and their other staff members, on their outstanding service, we received at my daughter’s bridal shower!! This past Saturday was my bridal shower at Your Own Winery. From booking it, to making the wine, to the party day itself, everything was absolutely perfect! Michelle was so hopeful from the beginning and was even more amazing the day of. All of my family and friends loved every second! I did not want a traditional bridal shower at all! I just hosted my sister's bridal shower at Your Own Winery and could not have been happier. From the beginning of the process Michelle was extremely helpful to us. My sister and I had a great time bonding while tasting and making the wine beforehand. They day of the shower they brought in a ton of staff to make sure everything went smoothly; everyone was extremely kind and they all went above and beyond to help us out. During the shower the guests had so much fun drinking and bottling the wine to take home as favors, everyone said they truly loved the experience. Your Own Winery also uses a fantastic caterer, and they even boxed up all the leftovers for us to take home. They took pictures for us throughout the day so that was something I didn't have to worry about, and even assisted with cutting/slicing the cake. You cannot go wrong with Your Own Winery, and I recommend them to everyone! The bride said the entire day was "perfect" and they were a large part of that success!

Great experience! My (now) husband and I created our wedding favors here. We were able to go in and sample the wine, while Michele and Paul walked us through each step of creating it. Once we were ready to bottle the wine, we made it a family affair and invited the bridal party! We all had so much fun, Michele and Paul are wonderful. All of our guests thought the idea was amazing, and the wine tastes so good! Can’t wait to go back to make our own batch of wine :)

In looking for a unique gift for our daughters wedding we happened upon Your Own Winery. What a fantastic find. The hosts, Michele and Paul, are very knowledgeable and the staff is very helpful. From the first sip, we found that they gave us expert guidance as we tried and then decided on our wine making selection. The process takes a minimum of two visits but it is informative and fun. The first visit you select the wine you'd like to make. This can be a bit daunting if your not sure as there are a lot to choose from. Be prepared to taste a lot of different types of wines. Once you've decided, you can start making the wine you've chosen. Step two is bottling. Michele was very helpful with label design and the process was very fun. We made it a family event and brought our own wine and some food as we bottled the party favors. 90+ bottles later we left with our wine, and the memories of a great experience that we will be excited to share at the wedding. I highly recommend Your Own Winery for that hard to find gift. We'll be back to bottle some for our personal collection.

My bridal shower was at Your Own Winery yesterday. We could not be happier with how it turned out! The food and wine were great. The guests enjoyed bottling the wine and topping it off with the cute labels made by Michele! It definitely gave us something different to do and made it a unique, fun experience for all. The staff was friendly and already emailed us beautiful pictures they took throughout the shower. We highly recommend Your Own Winery for any party or for making your own wine!

So this is very late but my bridal took place here on March 12. The service was incredible and I loved the fact that all the guests had fun making and bottling their own wine. All the guest have mentioned to me this was an awesome idea that family booked this place for my bridal shower. The guest have also told me it was an awesome experience and the food was amazing. This idea was fun cause guest were not just sitting and talking and be bored it took them out of their seats and they got to experience bottling wine and also trying the wine. The staff was very accommodating and the food was awesome. Great concept and venue for a bridal shower !!!!

I am so happy I came across this winery! This was one of the coolest and cutest experiences and it definitely adds fun to planning an otherwise stressful event (wedding). We did 3 batches (180 bottles) and all the wines came out amazing! The winery also printed out personalized labels for each wine and hang tags with our own messages. We made our wedding favors at Your Own Winery and could not be more happy with them! It was great to be able to make such a personalized gift and we know that our guests will absolutely love them. Michele was so incredible to work with from start to finish. Since we live an hour away Michele did the second step of the wine making process for us. It was a big help since our weekends were full of other wedding planning appointments. I am a perfectionist and was worried about the wine labels so Michele printed test proofs for me to make sure that I was 100% happy. The best part of the process was bring able to bring my family with me to fill and label the wine bottles. We made a day out of it and everyone had so much fun! My cousin said that she will definitely be doing the same favors for her wedding after she saw how great they were. As you all know, wedding planning can sometimes be stressful and exhausting but this was such an enjoyable experience! I am a little late writing this review, but better late than never! I went to a bridal expo about two years ago and saw your own winery's table all set up. After talking with them I knew this is what my fiancé Christopher and I wanted to do for our wedding favors! We love wine and we didn't want a chachkie to hand out to people who would put away and forget about. So I called Michelle much closer to when we had to start the process and she was nothing but accommodating with our busy schedules. Michelle and Charlie help you through the 3 step process and it was a great learning and bonding experience for my fiancé and myself. We made 3 different types of wines ( 2 different reds and a white) so people can swoop if they want to. The last step we took our bridal party to help bottle, label and cork the wine. We weren't sure how they would react or feel about having to "work" but they LOVED it. We had so much fun while being productive finishing our wedding favors. Paul took great photos of everyone working together and capturing the excitement on all our faces. I wold definitely recommend you own winery for anything and have told everyone we know about it. I can't wait for our guests to try our wine. It was really a great experience and we can't thank everyone enough! We are planning a family wine making trip after the holidays! Thanks! Your Own Winery is the best place to have a Bridal Shower. The staff was so accommodating and very helpful with my guests. I received so many compliments from my guests saying what a great and different idea. I can't thank Michelle and her staff enough. On top of that they took photos throughout my whole bridal shower. I highly recommend brides to have bridal showers there and also do wedding favors.

The whole process from start to finish was nothing but pleasurable!! Michele and Paul were super nice and helpful. We had a lot of fun tasting all the wines and picking ones for our wedding. We made a Watermelon Rose, Strawberry Riesling and a "Naughty" Merlot. The first session was very informative and it was fun learning the process of wine making. When our wine was ready to be bottled we went back and forth on email to custom make our labels and hang tags! We picked photos from our engagement shoot and were able to customize the color font on the labels. The hang tags were a great idea! We were able to custom make those as well with a cute wine quote and a thank you to our guests. We came back to bottle with some of our wedding party and everyone had a great time. They loved the idea and had so much fun corking and labeling!! We ordered lunch for everyone from the pizzeria next door (Michele's suggestion) and even sampled all three wines that we made. I highly recommend doing this for your wedding. A ton of wines to chose from, it's custom made and honestly the best wedding favor in my opinion. Super affordable!! Came out to just around $5/bottle. You can't beat that!!! Thank you for a great experience!!!

Making our favors for our wedding was fun and easy. We drove almost two hours to get to the shop coning from Brooklyn but it was well worth it. We had so much fun making the wine, and the whole staff was super helpful and lovely to chat with. We decided to keep this favors top secret till our wedding day because we know everyone will LOVE them. Michelle even helped us out by taking pictures of us each and every time we went. Once the secret is out (our wedding is July 9th 2016) we will DEFINITELY be back!

My wonderful Bride's maids just threw me the most amazing Bridal shower here. The place is amazing! All the guests and myself had so much fun bottling our own wine! We had the most incredible experience here. During all of the chaos and the wedding planning, getting to create our favors was a fun date that let us get away from it all. My fiancé enjoyed as Michele's crew let us sample the wine and then took us through every step of actually making the wine. Michele also has a great design eye and helps you to create the most beautiful customized labels. The whole presentation of the bottle is absolutely stunning and I can't wait to give them out to my guests. They also take pictures of you and share them with you, and it's nice to have a token keepsake like that. My fiancé and I are already planning to come back once we are married and make our first batch of wine as husband and wife. The only problem is, he wants to make a red wine and I want to make a white wine...I guess we will have to do both!

My sister-in-law did her wedding favors here and I saw from her what a fun and nice idea for wedding favors. The whole process was fun and interesting learning the process of making wine. The wine bottles are also bigger than normal wine wedding favors which are great!! We were able to bring family and friends for the last step to bottle, cork, and label our own bottles. I just had my bridal shower today at Your Own Winery and I couldn't have asked for a better day!! The venue is adorable, the staff is so friendly and nice! It was so much fun to actually bottle and cork and label the wine! I love wine so this place was perfect! It's really cool to do something a little different! Also, it was awesome that the owners took pictures for you too! They took like 470 pictures and within 30 minutes sent them to my e-mail. Thank you so much for making my bridal shower the best!

AMAZING, AMAZING FAVORS!!! My husband and I are big wine-o's and love doing tasting, etc. We saw them at the bridal expo and knew it was meant to be. The staff is so nice and Michele is so wonderful and accommodating! We had an amazing bridal party bottling party which was tons of fun. The group is still talking about it and even more importantly the guests LOVED the favors. Having had our wedding on April 2nd, people have already tapped into the bottles and said how amazing the wine is! My sisters, future sisters in law and best friend threw me a spectacular bridal shower here a few weeks back. I couldn't believe how cute the space was and how perfect it was for a bridal shower. We love wine and we knew all along wine would be our wedding favors. I looked at many different options and so glad we found “Your Own Winery”. Michele, Paul and Charlie are amazing. From the tasting to bottling, the experiences are amazing and fun. I am sure all of you already know that from either reading the reviews or from your own experiences. Our wedding is not till later on this year but I already know it will be a big hit and everyone is going to love our favors. More importantly, not only the labels, the ideas, the staffs, the places are unique and amazing, the wines are also delicious. We ended up making our own wines for “us” to drink and our friends also made their own wines when they bottled with us. I highly recommend this place whether for your wedding favors or for your own home to drink . The value of the wine and the whole experiences are first class and five stars all the way. We are going to be a long term customer to “your own winery” because it truly is a great wine school/place .

Michele and the gang are absolutely wonderful! They explain everything in detail and will assist you any way that they can. The process is so much fun and you really are involved in every step. Plus the wine is delicious! My fiance and I made 180 bottles as our wedding favors and they were a huge hit! The red Enigma and white Chardonnay were delicious and enjoyed by all. We loved this entire process and the wine so much that my parents and I went back to make and bottle a batch of Strawberry Riesling that is out of this world! Such a unique wedding favor that your wedding guests can enjoy well after the wedding has ended.

Very helpful staff. The place was very clean each time we had an appointment. We had fun through all of the processes. We had to miss one of the appointments because I was very ill, and my fiancee was not in town, and the staff managed to work around that issue. The bottling process was a fun event to do with the bridal party. I would highly recommend this business to everyone that likes to drink wine. Oh and make sure to eat before doing the taste test because they do not mind making you try multiple wines until you find the perfect one(s) for your wedding.

We are so glad to have chosen Your Own Winery for our wedding favors! My husband and I first visited Your Own Winery to do several tastings. We then decided on a merlot, which our guests loved! The second time we visited, we brought members of our family to help bottle, cork, and label the wine. What an awesome experience! Michele and Paul were so friendly and helpful! We had such a wonderful experience with Michele and Paul! We went twice to their NJ location; the first time to taste their delicious selection of wines (totally recommend their summer selection!), and to made the wine. We ended up making an extra batch so we can keep a lot for ourselves! On our second visit, we were able to bring members of our bridal party, along with snacks and drinks, while we bottled, corked, and labeled our favors. Not only did they come out absolutely beautiful, but Paul captured the day for us with pictures, and emailed them to me immediately. Michele and her family were very welcoming and were there to help the whole time. I went to a Wedding Expo at the Meadowlands Expo Center in January and came across Paul from Your Own Winery as a vendor there and began speaking with him and it peaked my interest to see about making wine. My fiance and I decided to make our own wine as a special favor for the guests at our wedding and it was the best decision we made! The owners, Michele and Paul and the entire staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had so much fun working with them! We made 4 batches of wine and it was such a reasonable price. Michele even helped us design personal wine labels using our engagement pictures which turned out to be perfect! We were able to bring some of our family members with us to help with the final step of bottling and labeling the wine. We recently held a bridal shower for my daughter at Your Own Winery. Michele and Paul Crecca were wonderful in both the planning process and execution of the shower. It was an exceptional experience. My fiancé and I were looking for something special to give our guests that was a true representation of us. We also wanted our favors to be something our guests could enjoy and not just toss on a shelf. We heard about Your Own Winery on The Knot and used a 10% discount that we saw on the site. When we arrived at Your Own Winery, we tasted many wines and decided to make three batches using three different wines. We spent a little more than we had planned, but we were okay with that because we made extra bottles just in case (or maybe to enjoy on our own ;) ) and we got so much more out of the experience then expected. The bottles are much larger than I have seen at other weddings. We gave Michele 3 engagement pictures and she created beautiful labels for the bottles. We are so excited to use and share more of our photos with our guests. We had so much fun making our wine. We even had a little party and brought our bridal party in to help bottle, cork and label the bottles. We brought wine (and even tested some of our own wine) and snacks and had a great time. The whole process was a blast and made the whole thing so much more valuable. We can not wait to give these to our guests this Fall!! The staff is awesome. So friendly and nice. You will not be disappointed with this vendor. We are planning on going back and bottling more wine for ourselves!

We just finished bottling wine for our wedding this weekend at Your Own Winery. We came all the way from Long Island with our bridal party and our families to help and join in on the fun!
