Leah is by far the sweetest & most down to earth person to work with! The monthly check ins helped keep me on track while juggling work & school. She can literally do everything. S...
he not only helped plan/organize my wedding but also did decor rentals, the florals & plan my honeymoon to Disney. She’s quick to answer any questions you may have & is very knowledgeable & flexible. I would book Perfection bridal again if I could.
If y’all are stuck on who to book for all your coordination and planning needs, then please look no further than Leah Barnes and her wonderful team! My wonderful husband, Alec, and...
I just got married this past Sunday, and I swear I never felt so calm about a day in my life. She nailed the design of our wedding (and we had a very specific vision from the get go so to say we were impressed is an understatement). From start to finish, Leah was there to help with any questions we had. She made the planning process easy to handle and was the best support system when I felt overwhelmed with the whole process. All of the meetings and access to Aisle Planner helped us stay on track and immensely supported us in making sure the day we envisioned came to life. So, with that being said, if you are a newly engaged couple looking for someone who will take care of y’all and your special day, please book with Leah and her team. I promise you’ll thank yourselves when you’re enjoying your day like we did.
What a joy it was to work with Leah Barnes, Your Perfect Day, LLC. At our initial consultation, it was evident Leah is extremely professional and confident in her job, which immedi...
ately put us at ease. Leah is efficient, reasonably priced, and intuitive about her client’s needs. She listened intently to the vision we had for our wedding and using the ideas we shared worked diligently to help make everything fall into place. We used Perfect Stems for our florals, also coordinated by Leah. She has an amazing spirit and positive energy. Leah continuously reminded us we could just relax and focus on being bride and groom because she had it all under control! Throughout the wedding planning process, Leah was extremely responsive with all communication. In the months leading up to the wedding, we met regularly with Leah to ensure we were completing tasks in a timely manner. She praised us for being on schedule and reminded us to reach out to her should we need help with anything. Leah served as a liaison with our wedding vendors as needed. Leah is an outstanding wedding planner, day-of-coordinator, and a strong, capable woman who not only listened to our needs, but helped make our dream of a perfect wedding day a reality.
Leah is amazing at wedding planning. She thinks of things that I never even thought to think of when it came to planning the details of my wedding. We were able to get so much deco...
r rented and all of the linens/tables/chairs with Leah's assistance and it was such an easy process. Leah also did our flowers with her flower shop, Perfect Stems, after we purchased the fake florals we wanted for bouquets, and they were beautiful. We also got some live flowers for our reception. Everything is affordable and wonderful. Our day of coordinator, Nakia, is also amazing and she handled problems with such grace but exactly how we wanted it done. She probably also handled problems I have no idea happened. Everyone here is so nice and attentive. They made my day so amazing.
Booking Leah of Your Perfect Day as our wedding planner & day of coordinator was the best decision my husband and I made throughout our entire 2 year engagement. We were on the fen...
ce as to whether or not we thought we needed a planner/coordinator, but I truly cannot picture how difficult our wedding planning journey, & the event itself would have been without her. We learned immediately after getting engaged that planning a wedding in a post pandemic world was incredibly stressful & expensive, so we decided to invest in Your Perfect Day's services to help. As an extremely organized and detail oriented person... I truly could not have pulled off the amazing day without her. Leah offered resources, options, encouragement, tips, guidance, and support throughout EVERY step of the way. We could write a novel as to how vital her role was throughout our engagement and wedding day. Do yourselves a favor and let the Your Perfect Day team assist you & your fiancé on your special day!!
Leah is AMAZING! No matter how organized or good you think you are at planning, you need to hire her & her team. We had a small wedding (40 people) and I'm a planner my nature. Hir...
ing a planner is not something I wanted to do but our venue required it. I am BEYOND grateful we did. Hiring her not only spaced out our to-do list, but with her years of experience after hundreds of weddings, she knows about all the details you forget about. Like the details that aren't listed on the "wedding to-do checklist" you find on Google.
Having her also allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day and know that everything would be handled. We could truly enjoy the day, each other, and our friends and family. If you don't have a planner, often times you are the go-to when a vendor needs something, when someone is running late, when the DJ needs to know if it's cake cutting time, etc. etc. etc. Having Leah gave us the ability to enjoy and be present... it was priceless.
In addition to her planning services, she has event rental and design and Your Perfect Stems florals. An all-in-one wedding experience. Having everything at your finger tips with one person/company, cut down on so much stress and time spent. We were able to get our arch, table centerpieces, ceremony decor, candles, chargers, napkins, bouquets... basically everything from her - and it was SO beautiful.
As far as cost and pricing, she had different options depending on your needs. Some services are discounted if you hire her for planning, & she was the most affordable of all the wedding planners I researched. AND she goes above and beyond. Clearly, I can't say enough amazing things about her & her team.
I am sad the experience is over because I already miss our frequent chats and check-ins lol. If you get the experience to work with her and her team, count yourself as lucky. I know we are. <3
Let me start by saying that my wife refers to me as “cheap” (although I consider myself “cost-efficient” lol) – and when she told me that she scheduled a meetings with wedding coor...
dinators, I initially went in very skeptical of the necessity. But let me tell you that when you find the right one, it is worth every penny. I’m a guy – I didn’t know all that was involved in a planning a wedding and I quickly became overwhelmed hearing about logistics and vendors and décor and timeframes. Luckily, we came across Your Perfect Day, LLC. Leah and Liz removed all anxiety and doubt with their meticulous planning. There wasn’t any aspect of the day that was unknown from when we woke up to when the wedding was over. Every minute accounted for – every vendor addressed – how the room should look – where everyone should be and when… There was nothing to worry about because everything was taken care of. And to top it off, Liz treated us like her best friends and she was just doing her part in making our day perfect. I cannot possibly give a higher recommendation than to go with Your Perfect Day!
Worth every penny! Leah and her staff made our wedding planning experience and our wedding day seamless! She is reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about all of her client...
s. I do not know how people plan a wedding without a planner and I would recommend Leah to any person! We rented all of our decor and had Leah do our flowers, it was just perfect! My bouquet was gorgeous! She truly sticks to her mantra of you will not lift a finger on your wedding day except your ring finger.
Leah was so kind, fun, helpful , and organized! She understood my daughter's vision, shared great ideas, had a weekly checklist of what needed to be done , and kept it all runn...
ing smoothly! We rented decor from her and she brought it to the venue. Leah truly strives for you to have The Perfect Day! The day of the wedding went beautifully! Leah and her wonderful assistant, Alyssa were phenomenal! From decorating, setting up, timing everything to flow so perfect with the ceremony, helping with the reception, to then cleaning up after a very long day! I couldn't have imagined doing all of that without them! They were truly a blessing ! Sincerely, Teresa
