From our first conversation over the phone, she was so calming, accommodating, experienced, responsive and sweet. We instantly felt at ease with her and knew we could trust her with our big day. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process— accommodated our requests and was always so communicative with us and all the vendors. She made sure everything looked beautiful the day of, ensured everything went smoothly, and thanks to her, I was not stressed at all on our wedding (that is a lot coming from me). And when our original venue fell through 6 weeks out, Katelynn helped us find a new – and better! – venue within two weeks. From the big things to the little details, she helped us navigate it all and was incredibly responsive by text, email, or phone any time questions came up. And day of, she was the first person on site and worked magic to get everything set up and looking beautiful while we were off getting ready.
