KJE started 4 years ago after I started working in the biotech industry... strange place to start, I know. (I’ll tell you that story later :)) My love for planning events morphed into an obsession with planning weddings. My true passion is getting to know people, learning their stories, and then helping them create their special and perfect wedding day.

checklist. She made the wedding day very easy- from very brief descriptions of how we wanted the decorations, she set everything up perfectly without us needing to help at all while also seamlessly keeping everyone on schedule. She made sure things ran completely smoothly and was very fun, kind and supportive. Would highly recommend!

ar and a half in advance of my wedding- best decision I ever made. Not only is Katelynn amazing at her job but she is so great to interact with- I felt like we were just naturally friends. Not only did my wedding go off without any major issues but multiple people said it was the best, most organized, and most fun they had ever been to. A lot of that is because of Katelynn. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

reasonably priced since we were on a budget. I don’t remember how I found Katelynn but I’m so thrilled we did! From our first conversation over the phone, she was so calming, accommodating, experienced, responsive and sweet. We instantly felt at ease with her and knew we could trust her with our big day. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process— accommodated our requests and was always so communicative with us and all the vendors. She made sure everything looked beautiful the day of, ensured everything went smoothly, and thanks to her, I was not stressed at all on our wedding (that is a lot coming from me). It was by far the best day of our lives and we are so grateful to Katelynn!!! She worked with us, our dj, and our “Tamada” which is a Ukrainian emcee to incorporate a lot of silly games and some Ukrainian traditions. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator or whom to hire, you will not regret going with Katelynn!!

tude to planning a wedding through all the uncertainty of late 2020. Her vendor recommendations for flowers, catering, and cake were all spot on and blew us away with their final product. And when our original venue fell through 6 weeks out, Katelynn helped us find a new – and better! – venue within two weeks. From the big things to the little details, she helped us navigate it all and was incredibly responsive by text, email, or phone any time questions came up. And day of, she was the first person on site and worked magic to get everything set up and looking beautiful while we were off getting ready. She went above and beyond in so many ways, and we can’t imagine the wedding being the joyous day it was without her help.

to actually enjoy planning my wedding! She is worth her weight in gold in the day of alone. I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing and when one of the vendors arrived late, she negotiated money back. SHE IS THE BEST IN THE BIZ.

ils. Upon meeting Katelynn, I don't know who wouldn't love her. She's easy going and makes the whole process flow. She's friendly yet professional, and made our whole wedding absolutely perfect. I couldn't imagine having another wedding planner. Katelynn was great in dealing with many different vendors and coordinating everything. We can't thank her enough.
