Your Wedding Officiant, LLC is a wedding officiant service in Irwin, Pennsylvania but servicing the tri-state area. We specialize in providing personal and unique wedding ceremonies reflective of a couple's life, love, and desires! We are open to ALL COUPLES! We will work with you to provide the type of wedding ceremony you want and desire. Whether Secular or Spiritual, Short or Long, Inside or Outside - your desire is our guiding principle. Although you may choose any member of our staff to perform your wedding ceremony (depending on availability), during the planning process you will be working with Rev. Dennis to design the ceremony which will be a remembrance for you, your family and friends. Rev. Dennis M. Wargo, M.Div. is a formally ordained, non-denominational/ married catholic priest/minister who specializes in providing couples the wedding THEY want! I work with my couples to craft a unique ceremony tailored to their wants and desires. I am open to working with ALL COUPLES regardless of divorce or choice of spouse. We start with your choice of the basic framework of your ceremony. Through discussion, we can establish the overall tenor of your ceremony. Whether you would like a Traditional, Modern, or Contemporary approach coupled with a formal or an informal setting. I am open to a variety of ceremonial styles from non-religious to religious, simple to complex. Principally I believe that the couple makes the choices and I will follow those choices. Rev. Dennis holds an Ecclesiastical Endorsement from The International Council of Community Churches and is a member of CITI Ministries, Inc. Our staff includes Minister Georgeanne (Gigi) Trask, M.Ed., Minister Judith (Judy) Shannon, B.S., and Minister Keri Harmicar, BA who also perform Wedding Ceremonies. These individuals are Ordained through the First Nations Church and can perform weddings. Minister Gigi, Minister Judy, and Minister Keri are also available to perform your wedding ceremony if that is your desire. We all believe in the same philosophy that this is your wedding and your desires and wishes are tantamount. Just let us know. Just for your background information, should you choose either Minister Gigi, Minister Judy, or Minister Keri Rev. Dennis, however, will remain your point person for the development and construction of your ceremony. Minister (Gigi) Georgeanne is an Ordained Minister with the First Nations Church and Ministry! Additionally she is a graduate of Robert Morris University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree and then went on to complete her Master’s in Education from Chatham University. She is married with two great children and a wonderful husband Scott. During the day she works teaching Special Needs Children Life Skills. She is a welcome addition to our Wedding Family and a highly recommended and valued asset to our team. She brings a wealth of skill, understanding, and experience to our team. She is a fun loving outgoing individual with a wonderful personality.
Minister Judith Shannon, BS
Officiant
Minister Judith (Judy) Shannon, BS currently holds a Bachelor's degree from Geneva College and will finish her Master's degree in Chaplaincy in May of 2025. She is also working toward her formal chaplaincy certification. Ordained by the First Nations Church, where she holds an Ecclesiastical Endorsement, she is currently able to perform weddings in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Maryland and is licensed/registered as an officiant in the States of Ohio and West Virginia. An active member of East Liberty Presbyterian Church, she is involved in many volunteer projects including the Chapel Market which provides clothing and toiletries to the homeless and poor. In 2023, she retired from full time work and enjoys spending time with her two young grandsons, Bradley and Brody, who give her so much joy.

Minister Keri Harmicar, B.A. is ordained through First Nations Church and holds Ecclesiastical Endorsement through First Nations Church and Ministry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management, with a concentration of Communications, and a minor in Philosophy and Religion from Malone College. She also holds a Certificate in Women's Leadership from Notre Dame.

Rev. Dennis and Minister Judy are incredible at what they do. We found their services on The Knot and set up a Zoom call and immediately felt at ease with them. They streamline the entire process and make things very easy and straightforward, while keeping it personal and unique to you. Communication was always easy and fast, and there was never a question left unanswered. On our big day, Minister Judy was absolutely perfect. She was professional and personable. Working with our wedding officiant, Rev. Dennis M. Wargo, was a decision we do not regret at all and I would highly recommend to anyone getting married. We were able to design each part of our ceremony to fit exactly what we wanted as a couple. Rev. Rev. Dennis was absolutely amazing. We were very nervous when choosing an officiant for our wedding. My husband and I are both not religious, however we come from religious families. Rev. After looking for an Officiant we came across Your Wedding Officiant. There are 3 Officiants you can pick from. Rev. Dennis responded to all of emails quickly, was informative and was incredibly kind and helpful while planning our wedding ceremony. My husband and I just knew we wanted to get married but weren’t sure what ceremony would be best for us. He worked with us on a few drafts to get the ceremony right, and Minister Georgeanne totally delivered on the day. Minister Georgeanne was better than anything I could have hoped for in an Officiant. She is an absolutely incredible officiant - she is professional and passionate. Her warmth and kindness immediately grounded me as I made my way with my daughter and step-daughters to the gazebo. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. She arrived early to our ceremony and even suggested the best place for the ceremony and she really delivered! Rev. Dennis allows you to customize your wedding ceremony from start to finish. He sends you pamphlets with different options for each part of your ceremony, and he is open to your suggestions as well if you'd like something reworded. He makes himself available to Zoom with you as often as needed during the planning process to make sure everything is exactly as you want it to be. He attended our rehearsal as well. His pamphlets and pricing guides can be a bit long and overwhelming, but we appreciated the transparency and having so many options to choose from.

Rev. Dennis was absolutely wonderful! We met him via Zoom a few times, and each time he was so kind and thoughtful- it felt like we knew him our whole life. We loved that Rev. Dennis was able to create a ceremony that mirrored a traditional Catholic wedding too. His levels of planning and detail was exceptional, and extremely helpful to us as we planned our wedding in under a year. As the couple we were able to pick out the verses of Scripture, the music, prayers, etc. that we wanted for the ceremony, doing this was so fun and also made us feel Christ even more in the center of our relationship. At the wedding, Rev. Dennis performed a beautiful ceremony and his homily was spectacular. Weeks after the wedding my family would still tell me how wonderful the reading was as it made everyone stop and listen. I would recommend Rev. Dennis to EVERYONE!!!! He was fantastic, very thankful for him and his passion for the Lord.

Rev. Dennis was absolutely amazing to work with. He and his team take all of the stress out of planning a ceremony. For an affordable price, he provides countless options of how your ceremony can look. Each option was so beautiful and unique that it was actually hard to narrow it down! Plus, there is plenty of room to add in whatever you wish. We added in two separate readings no issue. Your Wedding Officiant also specializes in being flexible with the ceremony order. We had multiple flower girls and different family arrangements - they were accommodating to everything. When I was nervous about our family arrangements, he offered to meet with us via Zoom to arrange everything exactly how we wanted. Plus, they took care of the wedding license while we were on our honeymoon! Can’t recommend them enough.

We hired Rev Dennis for our September 10 wedding. He was so helpful during the planning process. He helped walk through building our ceremony and was very open to making tweaks and changes we had along the way. He took the stress out of the ceremony, and the ceremony ended up being perfect. Dennis was such a great choice for our officiant. I loved that he provided several different choices for each piece of the ceremony or left it open to be fully customized. The ceremony as a whole was also fully customizable which my husband and I loved because we really didn't have any idea what we wanted to say in the ceremony. He was also such a great resource during the planning process to answer any questions and address any concerns even up until the night before the wedding where I had emailed him asking to add one additional thing to the ceremony. He also wrote a beautiful piece to add to the remembering those who passed portion of the ceremony in remembrance of my father who recently passed. I'd highly recommend Dennis to anyone for their upcoming nuptials or various other commitment ceremonies, he is open to any and all couples of various ceremony choices whether religious or not as well as from casual up to the most formal.

She performed the ceremony and came for the rehearsal the night before. After just a few minutes of talking with Minister Judy, you feel like you have known her forever. She was so sweet and genuine, and made our ceremony feel even more special. We got so many compliments from guests about her presentation style and warm demeanor. Rev. Dennis was incredible! He was very patient and understanding throughout our journey toward getting married. The whole process was smooth from customizing the ceremony, adding or removing certain components, and executing it on wedding day. I highly recommend Rev. Dennis made this process by far the easiest out of all the wedding planning we had to do. We were able to do everything over zoom, which was so convenient for us. For couples having their wedding in the US but living in a different country, he's your guy! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed working with Rev. Dennis and having him officiate our wedding ceremony. He made it so easy for us to plan (even being 5 hours away) by providing various guides and options to use as we designed our ceremony. He was also very open to us rewording and combining many of the options to create the exact ceremony we wanted. On our wedding day, we had so many guests compliment how beautiful the ceremony was! Working with Your Wedding Officiant was a breeze. Their menu-style of options for our ceremony was really helpful in shaping what we wanted out of our ceremony. Dennis is very passionate about helping to ensure that a couples' ceremony is 100% what they want. He doesn't push you in any way, yet he does offer suggestions based off of choices that you make, leveraging his extensive history on the subject matter. The suggestions that he made for us really made sense and we're glad we incorporated them into our ceremony. Minister Gigi did a great job of performing our ceremony. It ended up being very special and memorable. She did a wonderful job with the hand-fasting part of our ceremony, which really stands out to me. Overall, the folks at Your Wedding Officiant were wonderful to work with and helped play a big part in making our big day special.

We were three months out from the wedding looking for an officiant, we were lucky that Your Wedding Officiant had one availability left for our date. Working with Rev. Dennis was so easy. If we had questions, or if he did, he was quick to schedule a call and work with our schedules so we could make our ceremony special to us. My husband wanted a very Catholic feel to the ceremony and I think we came very close to it with not actually getting married in a church. Minister Judy performed our ceremony and she did a wonderful job. We had her come to the rehearsal, we went over some finer details for the script, went over placements and what to do during the ceremony. She was flawless day of. Could not ask for a better experience.

Rev. Wargo did an excellent job with our ceremony. We decided to use CITI ministries very last minute and had a very short time to plan. Rev. Wargo was helpful and understanding and made the process very simple. We had plenty of options to make the ceremony exactly what we wanted. Even with the very short planning period and our decision to forego a rehearsal, the ceremony was beautiful and went smoothly. I highly recommend him and his service.
