real elegance. First, Pavel is absolutely professional and polite and on time with everything (both on the day of the wedding and in delivering your photographs after the fact). He also has a solid sense of humor and is a genuinely nice person: it was really comfortable working with him, and he slipped seamlessly into the crowd in a way that let him snap some amazing candid shots. But he was also sensitive to when others were snapping photos too—recognizing those were moments that mattered to our guests and to us—and he made sure to get high-quality and natural versions of those too. The editing and processing on the photographs was absolutely gorgeous, as you can probably tell from his portfolio. He provides you with an extensive suite of images, but each one is color-balanced in a totally subtle and graceful way. He made our wedding look stunning! Pavel also has an eye for good spots for photographs. When I mentioned that there was a beach we might be able to go to on the day of our wedding, just for a 10-minute shoot, he gently urged us to try it out, and he was absolutely right in his instinct: the photos from the beach turned out to be the best pictures we got from the night. They are just lovely. Also, for a bride and groom who were relatively low-key in certain ways, Pavel was fantastic with working with our relative lack of direction. At times we asked him to "go and take photos of the area" (sorry Pavel! so vague!) and he came up with some lovely photos of our venue and great detail shots. He was happy to work with a list of shots that we wanted, and requested a good amount of information before the day to make sure that we got covered what we wanted covered, but he was also ready to be creative when we didn't have a strict plan. That was very helpful. The system that Pavel uses for delivering your photos to you worked really well for us. He gives you a link to a password-protected page with all your photos, fully downloadable and high resolution, and beautifully curated and organized. You can order photos straight from that page or save them to your own computer. What's great about this is that it serves as a gallery that you can share and as your own personal cloud database. My husband and I would both highly recommend working with Pavel. His prices are incredibly reasonable and he is the best guy to work with. Thank you Pavel!
