A+ ! We were looking for a photographer for a family portrait and we had a large group. She communicated well, stayed in touch, made sure we were clear about what we wanted, and showed up early. We gave her a challenging task complete with dogs, elderly and extended family. Melanie took her time, she was patient, creative and worked with us. She made us feel comfortable and it was clear she wanted us to be happy. The photos came out great and we are so happy. I WILL use her again and highly recommend her to any one. Had an absolutely amazing experience with her! From the first time we met, she made us feel comfortable and informed. She was always early and ready to go for everything and was able to take all of our worries about capturing our day and our moments away. Yours & Mine Photography has been fantastic so far. Melannie was very accommodating to our scheduling needs (we live a couple hours away) and she was able to squeeze us in on a Sunday for our engagement photos. I've never taken professional photos before but she made it very comfortable and easy for us. She was very personable as well, which is definitely a plus. She took tons of photos, and sent us close to 300 images on a flash drive not even a week after they were taken, edited and everything. They were beautiful photos. She even sent us 10 photos via Facebook as a sneak peak before the flash drive arrived in the mail. She was also very accommodating of my desire to have my giant dog in our photos. She took great pictures of him as well :) So far, she has been personable, professional, but also very fun! Her work certainly speaks for itself. One of the things I really like about what she sent us was that she would do one photo several different ways. Shed make it color, as well as a sepia or black and white, so we were able to choose for ourselves which version we liked best. I also loved how she captured the natural environment into our pictures. She used objects in nature as staging, which was exactly what we were going for. Thus far, we are extremely satisfied with Yours & Mine Photography and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great photographer.
